Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.

The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Psalm 4:8 (NIV) — I Will Lie Down and Sleep in Peace Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. The day is coming to an end, and perhaps there are still things turning over in your mind. Things you wish had gone differently, conversations you keep replaying, or questions you cannot answer tonight. But you don’t have to carry everything into tomorrow. This is a moment to breathe, come close to Jesus, and allow your heart to become still. Psalm 4:8 says, “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.” Father, tonight we place this day into Your hands. Thank You for carrying us through what we could handle and what we couldn’t. Where our minds are restless, bring peace. Where our hearts are heavy, bring comfort. Where we are holding tightly to things we cannot change, help us release them to You. Lord Jesus, we pray tonight for people and communities across Bahrain, Hungary, Botswana, Zimbabwe, the Netherlands and Italy. Watch over homes and families. Bring peace to those who are lonely, comfort to those who are grieving, and reassurance to anyone facing tomorrow with uncertainty. Let people know that they are seen by You, even in the quiet moments when nobody else knows what they are carrying. Holy Spirit, help us leave tomorrow where it belongs. We have enough grace for tonight. We don’t need to solve tomorrow before we sleep. So we place our worries, plans, hopes and unanswered questions into the hands of God, trusting that He will meet us again when morning comes. Fear will not win, because we can rest in the care of God. Father, keep watch over us tonight, give us peaceful sleep, and let our hearts rest in Jesus. Amen. Welcome And Settle Into Prayer
SPEAKER_00Welcome to Daily Prayer. I'm Reverend Ben Cooper coming to you live from our studios in London, England. Let's pray together, stand together. Let's open the word of God as we come to the close of another day. Thank you for staying with us for the duration of today. And will you stay with me just for these four or five minutes, just as the curtains close on another day? Let's close the curtains with the power of prayer.
Psalm 4:8 For Peaceful Sleep
SPEAKER_00We're going to jump straight through to the beautiful prayers of David. We're in Psalms 4, verse 8. As we get ready to close our eyes, as we climb into bed, we get out of the rhythm of life. I believe God is with you. You are anointed. The Holy Spirit is over your life. But this is the title of our closing prayer today. I will lie down and sleep in peace. Holy Spirit, we're going to sleep in peace. Lord, no weapon, dear God, that is forged against us shall prosper, according to the word of God. So Lord, whatever has gone on today, whatever is happening, the battles, the family dramas, the work issues, the children issues, the relationship issues, the financial pressure, the home pressure, the mortgage pressure, the social media pressure, the just the pressure and the rhythm
Handing Over Today’s Pressures
SPEAKER_00of life. Father, remove all these pressures. And as we lie down, we're going to sleep in peace. Lord, according to your word, according, dear God, to the psalmist, the prayers of David, Psalm 4, verse 8. In peace I will lie down and sleep. For you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety. Father, we are dwelling in safety. And tonight, Lord, we place into your hands this day, the entire day we lay at the footstool of Jesus. And Lord, there are situations that we can't handle. There are situations that have stretched our minds, and we've got a restless mind right now. So Lord, every mind that is going through a restless state, bring peace. And Lord, where our hearts are heavy, bring comfort. And Father, we thank you right now that you are holding us tight. And when we are holding on to things
Cutting Chains And Finding Freedom
SPEAKER_00that are holding us down, Father, I pray that you will cut the guide ropes. Lord, I pray that God that you will cut the chains, that you will cut the umbilical cords, the soul ties gone in the name of Jesus, the sickness gone, the fear gone in the name of Jesus, the doubt gone, the worry gone. Lord, cut away soul ties. And Lord, I pray that you will bring us into a posture of freedom. And as we lay down tonight, Lord, as we listen to the rhythm of the Holy Spirit, ministering to our bodies, ministering to our spirit, ministering to our mind, Lord, I pray that we will go into a place and the place will be worshiped. Lord, that we will just speak the word of God over our lives. Lord, I thank you that angels have been deployed. Lord,
Quenching Wildfires In The Mind
SPEAKER_00I thank you for the refreshing rain. Lord, we have been watching wildfires, wildfires breaking out around the world. And Lord, sometimes I've got wildfires in my mind. Lord, sometimes a wildfire, a thought breaks out. And so often, Lord, these fires rage with inside of us. The fears, the doubts, the worries, and no one can see the wildfires that are in our hearts, our minds, and our focus. Lord, I pray, Lord God, that there will be a deluge of rain from heaven. And Lord, that you will put out these wildfires of these thoughts, that we will sleep well tonight. Lord, also when you put these wildfires out, Lord, I pray that
Leaving Yesterday And Looking To Jesus
SPEAKER_00we won't live in our library. Lord, we won't live in that vast sum of books that we've got. We've got books and we've got files on our history. We don't want to live in the book of yesterday. We don't want to look at our library. We want to look towards Jesus Christ. Lord, help us to lift our eyes to Jesus. Lord, help us to cast all of our burdens onto Him because He cares for you. The Bible is calling you. The Scripture is calling you and calling me. Jesus is saying right now through Matthew 11, come to me, all of you that are weary and laden, and I will give you rest. From the battlefield to the rainfall, to the sun rises, to the sunsets, to as the moon is in the heavens above us, the stars are above us right now, the Spirit of the Lord, as you look across the platform of your life, the realization before you, the power of God is in your life. Father, take us beyond the curtain of this life, take us behind the vow, take us into the Holy of Holies. Father, bring peace into every house, every business, every human being.
Blessing Homes And Nations Worldwide
SPEAKER_00Lord, take the suitcases away. Father, tonight we place into your hands the things that we cannot do. And as we stretch out late at this late hour, live from London, England, all the way to Bahrain, Hungary, Botswana, Zimbabwe, the Netherlands, and Italy, every town, every village, every human being, Lord, wherever we are sitting right now, wherever we are laying in our bed right now, wherever we are walking right now, wherever we are, I pray for that town, that village, that area, that suburb. Lord, I pray for that nation, that continent, wherever we are, that you will bless, dear God, the lands in where we live. Spirit of the living God, I pray tonight will be the best sleep, the best night sleep we have ever had in our lives. Holy Spirit, minister to us tonight. Lord, as we close our eyes, Lord, our eyes are heavy, our minds are wayward, and our heart needs to be steadfast in the word of God. So, Lord, I thank you. As we prophesy over each of our lives, we prophesy now that we are going to sleep in peace as the Holy Spirit ministers to our heart right now. Carry us through, Lord, right through to the early door and Spirit of the living God, just remind us that we are grafted into the vine, that the God of Israel loves us, that angels have been deployed, and the power of the Holy Spirit is ministering to us right now. Sleep well, don't ever give up.
Sleep Well And Join Dawn Prayer
SPEAKER_00God is with you. But as I always say, will you join me for the first prayer of dawn tomorrow morning before the dawn rises, before the world starts pressing against us? Let's get in the posture of prayer. Don't ever give up. But you're gonna sleep well tonight. God is with you, and the Holy Spirit is ministering to you. Good night and God bless.
