Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Jude 24 (NIV) — He Is Able to Keep You from Stumbling Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. The day is finished now. Whatever it brought you, whatever went well and whatever didn’t, you don’t have to carry the whole of it into the night. There may still be things you wish you had handled differently, questions you cannot answer yet, or situations you know will still be waiting for you tomorrow. But tonight, we come back to something wonderfully simple: God is able to keep you. Scripture (NIV) “To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy.” — Jude 24 Heavenly Father, thank You that our security does not depend upon our ability to get everything right. You know our weaknesses, our mistakes and the places where we sometimes lose our footing. Yet You do not turn away from us. You are able to keep us. Lord Jesus, as this day closes, help us release the things we cannot change. Where we stumbled today, give us grace to learn without living in condemnation. Where we succeeded, keep us humble and thankful. Where tomorrow feels uncertain, help us trust You without needing to know every detail. Holy Spirit, settle our hearts tonight. Guard our minds from rehearsing every mistake and imagining every possible problem. Give us the quiet confidence that comes from knowing our lives are held by God. We cannot see everything ahead, but You can. We cannot control everything, but You remain faithful. So tonight, we place ourselves, our families, our hopes and our unfinished concerns into Your hands. Fear will not win, because God is able to keep us, and His faithfulness is greater than our weakness. Rest tonight knowing that you are not holding yourself together alone. The God who guided you today, strengthened you through weakness and watched over you is still with you now. Sleep in His care, and rise tomorrow with fresh mercy and fresh hope. Welcome And Settle For Prayer
SPEAKER_00Welcome to Daily Prayer. I'm Reverend Ben Cooper, coming to you live from our studios in London, England. Let's open the Word of God together. Let's pray together and stand together. We're going to close the curtains on a day together. We're going to cry together. We're going to rejoice together.
Open Scripture And Keep Going
SPEAKER_00As we pray together, I want to invite you to get into the Word of God, into Scripture. I want to invite you to get straight into the power of the Word of God. Get yourself a Bible. Get yourself into Scripture and don't ever give up. And just pray through. If you're struggling to pray, go to Psalms 23 and just get that psalm in your spirit. Psalm 23 and Psalm 91. But don't ever give up. And I just want to say thank you for staying with me today. When I get tongue-tied, when I stumble over words and just the rhythm of life. You know, we are pressed on every side, but we are never going to give up. And thank you for your faithfulness. Thank you for sharing these prayers out.
Jude 1:24 Sets The Theme
SPEAKER_00But without further ado, let's close this day with a prayer together. And we're going to go to the book of Jude 24. This is the title of our prayer. He is able to keep you from stumbling.
Tired Of Falling And Stumbling
SPEAKER_00Holy Spirit, all it feels like I do so much is just fall down. Lord, so often I just keep falling down. And Lord, I'm tired of falling down. We're tired of stumbling over the hurdles of life. Lord, just like a track runner running around the track, a hurdleist. Lord, we haven't got the energy anymore to keep running and jump in the hurdles of life. Lord, I'm stumbling at every hurdle. I haven't got the strength and the energy to jump anymore. Lord, we're tired. So Lord, I pray that we will not run this race anymore, the race of life on our own, and think that we have the strength and the capabilities of running the race of life without you. So Lord, I pray, Holy Spirit, right now, for any one of us that is scared of keep stumbling and falling and having setbacks and scared and worried. But Lord, as this day, as we close the curtains on this day, Lord, I recognize that I'm a sinner saved by grace. But Lord, I thank you that we have been bought with a price, the price of the blood of Jesus. And right now, Lord, I thank you that as we rise, we get back up. Lord, and when we fall again, we rise and get back up. And Lord, I thank you, dear God, that we learn from the falls, we learn from the stumbling, we learn from the mistakes, we learn from the rabbit holes of life, we learn through the corridors of life, we learn, dear God, of going down the cul-de-sacs of life. We learn when we stumble. So Lord, I thank you that even when I stumble and fall and make mistakes, you're with me, that you never leave us nor forsake us.
Seen By God With Great Joy
SPEAKER_00And Holy Spirit, we come to you right now and we walk through Jude 24 to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before His righteous, glorious presence without fault and with great joy. Holy Spirit, you see us so different. Holy Spirit, you see us so different to how I see myself. Lord, I thank you that you give wisdom without finding fault. Lord, that you give salvation without finding fault. Lord that you give redemption without finding fault. Lord that you give us eternity without finding fault.
Let Go Of What You Cannot Change
SPEAKER_00And Lord, at this hour, help us to let go. Help us to let go right now, from the battlefield to the boardroom. Lord, wherever we've stumbled today, the things that we cannot change, help us, dear God, to live by grace and to learn to live in the power of faith and in the love and the confidence of Jesus Christ. Lord, that you hold us in, that we are grafted into the vine. And at this late hour, Lord, as the sun has already descended over the hill of life today, Lord, I thank you as darkness has dropped in, as the moon is in the heavens above, as the stars are in the sky. Holy Spirit, as we close the curtains on another day, Lord, help us to close the lid on our stumbling. Help us to turn the key on our history. And Lord, help us to brave right now and to say, Lord, I just come to the realization that you love us unconditionally. And when I fall and slide on the ice of life, and when I make catastrophic mistakes, when I do sin phalax, when I say the wrong word, when I go down the wrong track of life, Lord, you bring us back into the grafted area. And Lord, we are always grafted in that area. Lord, sometimes I feel like we live our lives on elastic. We go out on the elastic and the grace. That grace, that elastic draws us back to the Father's house.
The Prodigal And The Father Running
SPEAKER_00Just like the prodigal son, Holy Spirit, I pray for every prodigal. I pray for every prodigal that says, Jesus, help me. I've left my father's house. I don't know how to get back. Lord, I'm living in the field of pigs. Lord, what do I do? I've got no money. I feel worthless. I feel scared of life. The father was running to the son. The father ran and he left his own home and he ran to meet the father. The
Blessing For Sleep And Dawn Invite

Live from this studio in London, England, all the way to every nation, every tribe, every colour. Don't ever give up. God is with you. Have a beautiful sleep. The father is with you.
