Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Psalm 121:5 (NIV) — The Lord Watches Over You Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. The day is beginning to slow now. Perhaps you are on your way home, finishing work, caring for family, or simply trying to find a quiet moment after everything today has brought. Before you carry the concerns of tonight into tomorrow, pause here for a moment. You have watched over many things today. You have made decisions, answered questions, cared for people and perhaps worried about things you could not control. But there is something you can release now: you do not have to watch over everything yourself. Scripture (NIV) “The Lord watches over you—the Lord is your shade at your right hand;” — Psalm 121:5 Heavenly Father, thank You that Your attention does not grow tired and Your care does not switch off when our day becomes difficult. Lord, we bring You the people we love, the situations we cannot resolve and the concerns that have followed us through this day. Help us to remember that You are God and we are not. We can care deeply without believing that everything depends upon us. Lord Jesus, teach us to release what belongs in Your hands. Where we have been anxious, give us peace. Where we have been carrying responsibility that was never ours, help us let it go. Where someone we love needs Your protection, remind us that Your care reaches further than ours ever could. Holy Spirit, quiet our minds as the evening comes. Help us to stop rehearsing conversations, predicting tomorrow and trying to solve problems that cannot be solved tonight. Give us wisdom for what we can do, humility for what we cannot, and faith to leave the rest with God. We have done what we can today. Now we place the unfinished things into Your hands. Fear will not win, because the Lord watches over us and His care does not fail. May the Lord give you peace this evening, guard your heart from unnecessary worry and help you rest in the knowledge that you are never outside His faithful care. Welcome To Daily Prayer
SPEAKER_00Welcome to Daily Prayer. I'm Reverend Ben Cooper, coming to you live from our studios in London, England. Let's open the Word of God together. Let's stand together and let's pray
Naming The Pressure And Fragility
SPEAKER_00together. How are you feeling? Do you feel emotional? Do you feel stretched beyond stretched? Do you feel lost in culture and society? I believe Jesus is calling us. We are living in very powerful spiritual days.
Psalm 121 And God’s Watchful Care
SPEAKER_00Come on, without further ado, let's get straight to the Psalms 121, verse 5. Thank you for staying with us today. Thank you for locking in. Come on, just pause for these few minutes. We're in Psalms 121, verse 5. This is the title of our prayer together. The Lord watches over you. Father, it feels very emotional at this moment. Lord, home life, work, family, friends, culture, the rhythm of life feels very emotional. Lord, we can almost say that we feel pretty fragile at this moment. But Lord, we thank you that the Lord watches over us. So Lord, whatever city, whatever town, Lord, wherever we are listening to the sound of my voice, praying together right now. Lord, I pray, Lord, as we just take a moment out. Lord, I pray that you will enable everyone that's listening to my voice right now just to sit to be still, just to take a moment out of the busyness of life, to look up to the heavens and say, Jesus, I need your strength. Lord, I pray as we have a cup of tea, have a cup of coffee, just take a moment to breathe today. Holy Spirit, bless everyone that's praying with me. Bless everyone that's listening to my voice. Bless everyone in every city, every town, every color, every tribe, every rhythm of our lives. Lord, we feel very fragile and we come to you right now. And Lord, I thank you as we walk through Psalms 121, verse 5. The Lord watches
Shade In Intense Weather And Culture
SPEAKER_00over you. The Lord is your shade at your right hand. Father, I thank you that you are the shade that we need, because Lord, the weather is intense. Lord, the spiritual atmosphere is intense. Lord, the land within the UK at this moment is barren. Lord, we are needing rain. Lord, not only do we need, dear God, the rain from the clouds in the heavens above, but we need spiritual rain. Lord, we need the spiritual rain of the Father across every continent, every town, every village. Lord, because as we look at the weather and we listen to the wildfires that are breaking out, Lord, the world is really wild. And as we watch wildfires out of control, we see Father, Holy Spirit, we need you in our lives. And Lord, I thank you that the eternal God watches over us. You are Jehovah Jairah. You are Jehovah Nissi. You are the great I am. You are the first and you are the last. And Lord, for this early evening devotional prayer time, these five minutes, Lord, as we pray together. Lord, the world is so loud. Culture is noisy. Lord, the families expectation over our lives, the friends that expect so much from us, the workspace that expects so much from us. Relationships expect so much from us. Culture expects. The world expects. Lord, we are stretched beyond stretched. And Lord, I thank you that we are finding shade under the right hand of God. And Lord, the weather is hot. The intensity of life is extremely strong. And
Surrender Fear And Rise In Faith
SPEAKER_00Lord, all the concerns, all the disappointments, all the fears, all the doubts, we bring them in our suitcases and we leave them at the cross because the Lord is watching over us. The Spirit of the Lord is in our lives. Lord, we hold on to the power of faith. We hold on to the word of God. Lord, we walk right now. We crawl in faith. We run in faith. Lord, we cry in faith. We cry out, Jesus, Holy Spirit, Lord, watch over us today. We are scared and we are worried. But Lord, we're going to rise on wings as of eagles. We're going to come out of the ashes. We're going to come out of the skip of life. We're going to come out of the valley of the shadow of fear. We're going to come out of the pit of despair. Lord, you're going to lift us as you lifted David out of the slimy pit. You're lifting us right now. Lord, wherever we are, from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the shop floor, to the prison, dear God, to the barbers, to the pedicure, to the van, to the commute, wherever we are, Spirit of the living God, we cry out, God, watch over us. Holy Spirit lead us. Lord, let Jesus Christ be that living word, that good shepherd over our lives. Lord, we thank you as we pray through. Lord, we believe that there is breakthrough right now. Lord, we believe that we're rising. We believe that shackles are gone. We believe that the promises of God are yes and amen. Because the God of Israel is watching over you. Don't ever give up. There is power, there is glory, there is anointing over your life from every town, every city, every village, wherever you are right now, whatever nation you are in right now, God is blessing you, God is healing you, God is leading you. There is a greater way in his name is Jesus. It isn't church, it isn't ministry, it isn't a rhythm of religion, it is the power of the word of
Get Hold Of Scripture And Stand
SPEAKER_00God. Whatever you do in your life, as we come out of this prayer, get hold of the scripture, get hold of the word of God, and you read the word and you believe that word and you live in that word and you rise up because the God of Israel is watching over you. Don't you ever forget that the God that created heaven and earth is watching over you in every rhythm, in every season, from the battlefield to the boredroom, the love of God is over our lives. Let's remind ourselves that fear is never going to break through anymore. Fear is never going to take us away from what God has for us because nothing can separate us from the love of God. But as the psalmist so beautifully puts it in Psalm 121, verse 5 the Lord watches over you.
Evening Blessing And Next Prayer
SPEAKER_00The Lord is your shade. He is at your right hand. Have a beautiful evening. Don't go too far. Gather your breath. Deal with what you got to deal with. Believe in the word of God, and the Spirit of the living God is giving you freedom. Join me in a few hours as we close the curtains on another day. Don't ever give up. God loves you.
