Let's pray together and let's stand together wherever you are across the world. Good morning and welcome as this day is about to spring forth in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. I welcome you for these four to five minutes, but also for the duration of the rest of the day. We're going to pray our way through. Everything is going to be okay. Jesus Christ is with you. Before you make your tea and your coffee, just pause a minute for four to five minutes. Let's bring everything to Jesus before the rhythm starts moving.
Matthew 6:33 Sets The Focus
SPEAKER_00This is the title of our prayer this morning. Matthew 6, verse 33. Seek first this kingdom. Father, the prayer is simple right now. Holy Spirit, we come to you. And Father, we pray for three areas of our lives. Lord, we pray that we will find, Lord, that we trust in you more and more and more. And Lord, that there will be a purpose, Lord, for every second, every day. Lord, that we won't look into the purpose of the rhythm of the world, but Father, we will seek his kingdom first. And Lord, I thank you that we will make you our priority. Lord, as soon as our eyes open, Father, we just say yes,

SPEAKER_00Lord. Thank you for a brand new day. Lord, thank you for the family. Thank you for the home life. Thank you, Lord, for my life. Thank you for our lives. Thank you for families and friends, people at work. Thank you for neighbors. Thank you for every area of our lives. Holy Spirit, Lord, we present this day to you. We thank you for our workspace. We thank you for college life. Father, we thank you for our health. We thank you that we are well. We thank you that we are being healed. SPEAKER_00But Lord, before the dawn starts to rise, Lord, before the sunlight comes through the bedroom window, Lord, before the phone starts to scream at us, Holy Spirit, we come to you right now and say, Father, help us to seek first the kingdom of God and your righteousness. So Lord, we fall into the power of Matthew 6.33. Lord, we lay ourselves down in the scripture right now. Lord, help us to breathe, to gather our breath. Lord, set our minds up for a beautiful day. Set our hearts up for a beautiful day. Lord, the responsibilities, the unanswered questions that just keep seem to be roaming around our mind. Lord, take us deeper into the kingdom of God. But Lord, as we walk through Matthew 6, 33, but seek first his kingdom and his righteousness and everything else shall be added to thee. Lord, we just bow in the presence of the King. We bow in the presence of the Holy Spirit. Lord, we rest in the presence of our God. And Lord, as we stretch out live from London, England, all the way to the United States, to New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, and South Africa. And Lord, I pray that our eyes will be focused on Jesus Christ, the author and the perfecter of our day. And Lord, I thank you that this is a new day. And Lord, not only are the author and the perfecter of our day, Lord, you are the author and the perfecter of our life. Holy Spirit, I thank you that our lives are woven into the power of the Word of God. And Lord, we're seeking the kingdom. Lord, we're seeking the Father's heart. Lord, we want the rhythm of heaven right now. Lord, from the battlefield to the shop floor, from the shop floor to the first sunrise of today. Lord, I pray that you will bless us and grace us with your glory. But Lord, I ask you that we will seek ye first the kingdom of God and thy righteousness and everything else shall be added to us.
