Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Psalm 4:8 Peace Rest Security
SPEAKER_00title of this prayer together is from Psalms 4, verse 8. This is our closing prayer together. In peace, I will lie down and sleep. Father, Lord, we need to sleep. Lord, the world is raging. The world is loud. The drumbeat is beating. Father, I thank you that we do not conform to the pattern of this world. Lord, I thank you that the love of God is over our lives. But Lord, there are three areas I want to bring before you. Before we sleep tonight, Lord, I pray for peace. Lord, this word peace keeps coming up over and over and over again. And Lord, I need this. Lord, we need peace in our hearts. We need peace in our lives. Father, with peace, we need rest. Lord, we're not resting as well as we should do. Lord, our bodies are trying to rest, but our mind is wide awake. Holy Spirit, Lord, I pray that you will bring rest to our minds. Lord, deal with our thought pattern right now. And Lord, bring security. Lord, I ask you, dear God, that we will find safety and security in the presence of you. But Lord, we need more of your love as well, Lord. Lord, we need love. We need your peace. We need rest and we need to feel secure. Because Lord, sometimes anxious thoughts rise like a volcano. Sometimes fear comes in like a powerful tsunami. Sometimes doubt hits us, dear God. Oh, Holy Spirit, we need you. Lord, we're tired. Lord, we are weary. The conversations that are still in our head right now, the responsibilities that we're turning over in our thought pattern. Lord, I pray that we will rest tonight in the name of Jesus Christ. And Lord, as we walk through and pray through Psalms 4, verse 8, in peace, I will lie down and sleep. For you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety. Father, I thank you that this hour is bringing to a close. And before we close the curtains on another day, Lord, as we rest our head on the pillow, holy fire of God, wherever we've been today, whatever the rhythm of our life is, we bring everything that we've gathered in our heart, our mind, our spirit, and in our thought
Declutter The Mind Before Sleep
SPEAKER_00pattern. And Lord, help us to declutter. Lord, we need to declutter. Lord, we need to order a skip. Lord, we need to get a skip on the drive of our lives and declutter the loft, the basement, every room, every drawer, every mindset. Lord, we need to declutter ourselves. Lord, I need to declutter my mind, my thought pattern. Holy Spirit, go into the loft. Go into our mind tonight. Holy Spirit, empty the loft, my mind. Get rid of all that stuff. Lord, get rid of it tonight, Lord, because it's not helping us sleep. And Father, Lord, help us to lay it in the skip. Holy fire of God, Lord, will you go for our lives? Will you sweep through our minds? Will you, dear God, clean the house through? Lord, clean our physical home through and clean our house as our spiritual us. Lord, sweep the dross out. Lord, get away, Lord God, remove the cobwebs, remove the fear. Holy Spirit, sweep through our spiritual life, sweep through our heart, sweep through our body, sweep through our soul.
Wildfires In The World And Within
SPEAKER_00Lord, we need to rest because we got battle fatigue. Lord, as we watch the news channels, the wildfires are breaking out. Holy Spirit, the fire of life is so hot, so intense. Father, I pray, Lord, that the fire of God will descend on us. Lord, we don't want the wildfires. Lord, put the wildfires out, the wildfires of the mind, the wildfires of the thought pattern, the wildfires of money, of being scared, of uncertainty, the wildfires of every scenario. Holy Spirit, we want the fire of God, the Spirit of the Living God. Right now, Lord, we call on Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi. And as we stretch out live from London, England, Lord, we pray, dear God, for Zimbabwe, Botswana, Russia, Rwanda, Bahrain, and Italy and wherever we live. As we climb into bed, as we sit on the sofa, as we close, close our eyes, Holy Spirit, I ask you right now that you will bring peace and love, security and rest.
Pause Breathe And Ask For Rain
SPEAKER_00But right now, help us to pause, to gather our breath. Lord, it's been a long day. My voice is tired. Lord, I'm getting tongue-tired. I'm struggling for words. Lord, we need to lay our head on the pillow. We are exhausted and we are weary. The wildfires, the temperature, the sun is hot, the rhythm of life is too much. Lord, bring rain. Holy Spirit, bring rain tonight. Lord, bring rain in our hearts. And right now, as we climb in that bed, as we sit on that sofa, help us to close our eyes now, Lord. As we sit on the patio, Lord, on these warm summer evenings, help us to close our eyes and just to say, Jesus, put out the wildfires in my head. Lord, bring rain, bring atonement, bring hope, bring your sovereignty, bring your grace. You are sovereign, you are God. And right now, Lord, we're gonna sleep and bring that peace to our hearts in the name of Jesus. And Father, I thank you as we lay down, as we lie down according to Psalms 4, our sleep will be sweet. Holy Spirit, bless us all. Bring that rain tonight, put the fires out in our mind, the wildfires across the world, the physical fires, the spiritual fires, the mental fires. Holy Spirit, put the fires out and let us sleep.
