Lamentations And The Morning Theme
SPEAKER_00unfold. Lamentations 3, verses 22. This is the title of our prayer. His mercies are new every morning. Father, we come to you in the stillness. Father, we come to you, Lord, with heavy hearts, wandering minds, and uncertainties in our spirit. But Lord, one thing is for sure that nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. And Lord, before the dew of the grass lifts off today, before, dear God, we pull the curtains back on a brand new day. Before the sun comes through the bedroom window, Spirit of the living God, I pray, Lord, that we will feel the warmth of the Holy Spirit. That we will feel your love. Lord, that you will take the feelings of being scared and worried away. And Lord, we thank you that there is power and mercy in the greatest name in heaven
Praying For Deeper Hope
SPEAKER_00and earth. And right now, we pray for three areas of our lives. Lord, we pray for more hope. Lord, I pray, Lord, that we will live our lives in hope. Father, that we will go further and deeper. Lord, not in our church life, not in our ministry, not in religion, but Lord, that we will go deeper in our prayer life. We will go deeper reading the word of God. And we will call on the name of Jesus Christ. Father, we thank you that nothing can separate us from the love of God. That is in Christ Jesus. And no weapon forged against us shall prosper. But Lord, we need more hope. Lord, we look across the news channels. We look across the platform of the world. And Father, we see that there is no hope. But Lord, through the word, through God, because you are the God of all hope. And we come before you right now and we pray for
Asking For Mercy And Steady Faithfulness
SPEAKER_00more hope. Lord, not only do we need hope, but Lord, we need more of your mercy. Father, will they let there be showers of mercy over our lives right now? And Lord, we thank you for your faithfulness. Lord, whatever we go through, the trials, the worries, the fears, and the doubts, his mercies, your mercies. Lord, we thank you that your mercies are new every morning. And help us to breathe right now. Lord, I pray as we walk through Lamentations 3, 22, because of the Lord's great love, we are not consumed. For his compassions never fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness. Help us to pause, Lord, as this day starts to unfold. Lord, whether it's our working week, whether it's a weekend, or whether it's our day off, whatever our life is reflecting right now, whatever lies ahead, your compassions remain the same. Lord, when the world comes against us, your compassions remain the same. Lord, when everything seems to drop out of our boots, your compassion remains the same. Lord, when the world comes against us from four corners, Lord, when the arrows and the darts come frying in, the text, the emails, the words, the situations, Lord, when it all comes in like a flood, your mercies remain the same. We get the children ready. We get the lunch all packed up. We get the house ready for the rhythm of the day. Whatever we are doing, I thank you that the love of God will never lead us. So Father, I ask you right now that we will find hidden treasures through the power of the Word of God. But Lord, I thank you that fear can never win and we are grafted into the vine. And nothing, this day, nothing, dear God, can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Wherever you are, have a beautiful day. Don't ever give up.
