Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Melbourne • Wellington • Singapore • Houston • Lima RELEASE • TRUST • FREEDOM Welcome to DailyPrayer.uk. I’m Reverend Ben Cooper. Come in for five minutes, let’s open God’s Word together, and let’s pray. Some burdens are visible, while others are carried silently. A worried mind, an uncertain future, a difficult relationship or a responsibility that seems never to grow lighter can slowly weigh down the heart. God never asks us to hide those burdens or pretend they are not there. Instead, He lovingly invites us to open our hands, release what has become too heavy and trust His faithful care. 1 Peter 5:7 (NIV) “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” What a deeply personal invitation for today. The Lord does not simply notice our worries; He welcomes them into His care. Every anxious thought we place before Him is met with compassion, every fear is met with His presence and every burden surrendered becomes lighter because we are no longer carrying it alone. So today, let’s gently remind ourselves that fear will not win, because Jesus Christ lovingly receives every care we entrust to Him and faithfully carries what we cannot. Father, thank You that Your heart is open to every concern we bring before You. Thank You that You never grow tired of listening, Your mercy never runs short and Your compassion reaches into every corner of our lives. Lord Jesus, encourage every listener today. Bring healing to those who are unwell, comfort to those carrying hidden grief, hope to those feeling overwhelmed and renewed strength to everyone who has been quietly holding too much for too long. Teach us to place every burden into Your hands with childlike trust. Holy Spirit, loosen the grip of anxiety upon our hearts, help us rest in God’s loving care and remind us that we never face life’s weight alone. Across the world, from Melbourne to Wellington, from Singapore to Houston and Lima, may every listener discover the freedom that comes from placing every burden into the caring hands of God. Welcome And Invitation To Pray
SPEAKER_00Welcome to Daily Prayer. I'm Reverend Ben Cooper coming to Live from Mass Studios in London, England. Let's open God's word together and let's pray together. Whether you're worshiping, whether you've been praying, whether you're just sitting in the stillness, wherever you are across this world, will you lock in with me? I invite you to join me for this audio prayer. Come on, let's just pray like we never prayed before. We're going to jump straight through to the beautiful book of Peter.
Naming The Weight We Carry
SPEAKER_00We're in 1 Peter chapter 5, verse 7. This is the title of the prayer. Lay down what has become too heavy. Holy Spirit, there is a lot of heavy baggage in our lives. Lord, we are holding on to suitcases. Lord, we got a rucksack on our back. Lord, we've even got a wheelbarrow in front of us. Lord, we are pushing and we are carrying too much load. And Lord, there is so much stuff in our head, it is weighing us down. Lord, it is affecting our mental health. And will you help us to lay down what has become too heavy? Lord, life just feels too heavy. Lord, we're hearing about wars, rumors of wars, the political drive, the social media, Holy Spirit, work, financial pressure, relationships, children. Lord, the commute run, we are tired and we are weary. Lord, you need to help us to get rid of this load, Lord. And Lord, how do we do this, Jesus? Lord, in the rawness of prayer.
Cast Your Anxieties On Him
SPEAKER_00Lord, we're going to come to you through the great book of 1 Peter 5, verse 7. Cast all your anxieties onto Him because He cares for you. Father, that is a beautiful scripture. And Lord, there is a lot of anxiety across the world. At work, at home, cultures, lives. Lord, wherever we are, we are carrying anxiety and we are carrying so much stuff. It's too heavy. Lord, it's affecting our system. It's affecting our stability. It's affecting our walk. It's affecting every area of our lives. The system of the world is too heavy. Lord, life is too heavy. The weather system is too heavy. The spiritual atmosphere is too heavy. Lord, we are living in very strong and very powerful
Release Worry And Choose Trust
SPEAKER_00days. And Lord, we're going to call on the God of Joseph. We're going to call on the God of David. And his name is Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nissi. He is the God of all Israel. He is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. So, Father, we call on that God that spoke this world into being from Genesis to Revelation. We're calling on Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Rapha. Right now, Lord, we stretch out and we need your help. Lord, help us to release. Lord, help us to release this heavy weight that we're carrying. Lord, sometimes my mind just goes all over the place and I feel very down and very depressed. Help us to release the worries, the fears. And Lord, as we release that, Lord, I pray that it will be replaced with trust. Lord, help me, help us, help all of us to trust the word of God, to live by faith and not to live by the emotional drive. Help us not to live by the rhythm of the world. And Lord, as we release the worries and the fears, Lord, we learn to trust more. And Lord, as we learn to find those two areas of this spiritual walk with you, Father, all of a sudden, out of nowhere, we find freedom. Because you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. Lord, I pray that we won't engage in the political drive, the war cry, the shipping lanes of life. Lord, the razzmataz of the world. Help us not to conform to the pattern of the world. But Lord, we are carrying heavy stuff. Lord, this stuff is heavy. Lord, we got suitcases filled with worry, doubt, insecurities, unforgiveness. Lord, all the worries and the complicated way life is. Lord, we got suitcases, we got baggage, we got excess baggage, Lord. We got a rucksack, and there's even a wheelbarrow and a skip. Lord, we got a skip on the front drive of our life. And Lord, we're filling the skip up with so much stuff.
Stop Recycling The Past
SPEAKER_00But Lord, we keep rummaging through and we're trying to recycle. Lord, we don't want to recycle what was. Lord, what has happened has been now to the cross of Calvary. Lord, will you help our minds not to go back in the skip of life? Will you help us to have a mind that is free? So right now, help us release trust and find that freedom in Jesus Christ. But Lord, we come to you right now. Lord, in this quiet moment, Lord, invite us to let go. Lord, invite every one of us just to let go of the suitcase of life. Lord, help us to get out of the skip. Lord, we are rummaging through the skip of the mind. Lord, we're going through yesterday. Lord, we're going through this morning. We're going through six months, twelve months. We're going back through our lives through the skip, dear God, of thoughts. Lord, help us to let go. Lord, take the rubbish away. Holy Spirit, help me to lay down what has become too heavy.
Comfort For The Weary And Blessing
SPEAKER_00And Lord, there are many things in our lives that are too heavy. And Lord, I pray that you will carry those hearts that are weary, that you will wipe tears away right now in the name of Jesus Christ. And Father, we thank you that all things are possible to those who believe. Lord, will you encourage every one of us today? Lord, will you heal those broken hearts today? Will you bring comfort to those that are scared, that are hiding grief? Lord, I thank you that there's hope in the name of Jesus Christ. If anyone, Lord, is feeling overwhelmed, run down and stressed, Lord, I pray that they will rise on wings as of eagles. Holy Spirit, loosen the grip of anxiety upon our hearts. Help us to rest in God's love, God's care, and remind us, dear God, that fear will never win and nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Lord, I thank you that you are helping us in every corner of our lives. Lord, breathe. Holy Spirit, breathe over our lives right now and carry us to a new destiny. May the Spirit of the Lord carry you wherever you are. Don't ever give up. In the beautiful name of Jesus Christ. Continue this journey with us in the name of Jesus. God bless.
