Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Come in for five minutes, let’s open God’s Word together, and let’s pray. There are seasons when we quietly reach the end of our own strength. We may still be smiling on the outside, yet inside we feel worn, stretched or simply exhausted. If that is where you find yourself today, hear this gentle promise from the Lord: His grace does not arrive after your strength has returned. His grace meets you exactly where you are and faithfully carries you forward. 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV) “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’…” What a life-giving promise to hold onto today. Weakness is not the end of God’s work; it is often the place where His strength becomes most visible. The Lord is not disappointed by our need. Instead, He draws near with compassion, restores our hope and provides the grace we need for each new step. So today, let’s gently remind ourselves that fear will not win, because Jesus Christ strengthens weary hearts with grace that never runs dry and love that never lets us go. Father, thank You that Your grace is never exhausted and Your mercy is always enough for today. Thank You that You meet us with kindness, sustain us with strength and patiently walk beside us through every season of life. Lord Jesus, encourage every listener today. Bring healing to those who are unwell, fresh strength to those who feel exhausted, hope to those who are discouraged and quiet confidence to every heart that wonders if it can keep going. Teach us to depend more deeply upon Your grace than upon our own abilities. Holy Spirit, renew our inner strength, lift our eyes towards Christ and help us discover fresh courage in the quiet confidence of Your presence. Across the world, from Melbourne to Wellington, from Singapore to Houston and Lima, may every listener discover that God’s grace is enough for this day and every day that follows. 2 Corinthians 12:9 And Enough Grace
SPEAKER_00with me. We're gonna jump straight through to 2 Corinthians chapter 12, verse 9. This is the title of the prayer. His grace is enough for today. Lord, help me to slow down. Lord help me to pause and to breathe. Lord, whatever the time zone is, whatever the rhythm of today is bringing. Lord, through the very different areas of life, Lord, the very different challenges that we all face together. Lord, whatever we are going through life, Lord, many challenges, many rivers, many trials, many tribulations. Lord, one thing is a constant, and that is your grace. Lord, because your grace is sufficient for each and every one of us. And Lord, as we pray through 2 Corinthians chapter 12, verse 9, but he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Lord, that's enough. Lord, that is enough for me right now to realize that your grace is sufficient. Your grace is everything. Your grace is perfect.
Endurance Over Burnout And Hurry
SPEAKER_00And Lord, I'm asking you right now, Lord, for three areas of our lives. Lord, help us to endure. Help us to keep going on the race and the race of life of endurance. Help us to keep going on that treadmill. Lord, help us not to get exhausted on the treadmill of life, but Lord, to keep a steady walk, a steady rhythm in the power of the Holy Spirit. Lord, we don't want to run this life, dear God, sprinting. Lord, we don't want to reach burnout. Lord, we just want to keep enduring. Lord, we thank you that through endurance we are finding strength because your grace is sufficient for us. For your power is made perfect in weakness. And right now, Lord, I thank you when I'm tired, when I'm weary, when I'm exhausted, when I feel lonely and I feel scared. And wherever we are, Father, we we bring ourselves before the cross. Lord, we just pause at this
Worry, Fear And World News
SPEAKER_00moment. Lord, this this time, Lord, we're being authentic, we're being real, we're being true. And Lord, we're scared, dear God, of what's happening around the world. Lord, we're scared about what's happening on the news channels, the shipping lanes of life. Lord, we're worried about the rhythm of work, life. Father, we're worried about our health. But Lord, we're not going to allow the worry and the panic and the fear, dear God, to detract what you have for us. And Lord, what you have for us is grace. Because your grace is sufficient. Lord, when I keep my eyes on the world, Lord, I thank you. Grace is still with me. Lord, when I keep my eyes on the rhythm of life, your grace is sufficient. Lord, wherever we are, your grace is enough. And Lord, we pray for more grace. Lord, we pray for strength. And will you help us to endure? And will you help us to realize that your grace is enough for this hour? And Lord, we cry
Healing, Mercy And Grace Like A River
SPEAKER_00out. And Lord, we ask, dear God, that the God of Israel, the Father of Isaac, Jacob, and Abraham, Lord, we will walk in complete healing. Lord, that we will find that the Spirit of the Lord is in our heart like never before. Lord, wrap your loving arms around each and every one of us. Carry us through the valleys, through the trials, through the worries, through the fears. But Lord, we thank you right now that your grace never runs dry. It is like a river that is flowing. There is a constant flow of grace. Lord, when we feel exhausted, your mercy is enough. When we're tired, your grace is enough. Lord, remind us that we are redeemed, that we are the righteousness of God, and the Spirit of the Lord is over our lives, and no weapon forged against us shall prosper. From the four corners of this world, we stretch out and we pray together right now. And Father, I thank you that when I'm weak, when I'm tired, when I'm exhausted, when I'm feeling, dear God, I've got a load of fatigue. When I'm worried about work, life, family, friends, every scenario under the sun, your promises are a constant. Your presence is a constant. Lord, and I thank you that you meet us exactly where we are. Holy Spirit, I thank you that grace is falling like rain over every heart at this hour. Lord, whatever our time is, Father, you are faithful, you are just, you are the God, you are the God of all things, you are the creator of heaven and earth. Lord, I pray that we will keep our eyes on Jesus wherever we are today. I pray that the love of God, just through this time today, that the power of the Holy Spirit will strengthen you in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.
