Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Welcome To Daily Prayer
SPEAKER_00Welcome to Daily Prayer. I'm Reverend Ben Cooper coming to you live from our studios in London, England. Let's open God's word together and let's pray together. God bless you. It is early morning. I hope and pray you slept well in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We're going to jump through and I invite you to stay just for these four minutes, just before we progress any further in our working day. Whatever is happening,
Lift Your Eyes For Help
SPEAKER_00don't ever give up. We're in Psalms 121, verse 1. This is the title of the prayer. Lift your eyes. Your help comes from the Lord. Father, help me to lift my eyes. Lord, my eyes are still tired. Lord, we're wiping sleep out of the corner of our eyes right now. Because Lord, it is early. Lord, before the sun comes through the bedroom window, before we pull the curtains back on a brand new day. Lord, before the grass, dear God, starts to spring forth, before the dew lifts off the grass of life. Lord, before, dear God, this day unfolds. Spirit of the living God, I pray in the glorious name of Jesus Christ, whatever season we are in right now, Lord, as we lay in bed, Lord, as we think about the responsibilities, the fears that lie ahead, Lord, I pray for calm at the name of Jesus. Help us to pause, to be still and to gather our
Help Hope And Confidence Today
SPEAKER_00breath. But Lord, there are three areas of our lives that we are praying for right now. Lord, we need help, we need hope, and we need confidence in Jesus' name. But Lord, as this day gently starts to unfold, Lord, we're already in the office while we're laying in our bed because our mind is already in the office scenario. Lord, we're already at school even though we're laying in bed. Lord, we are already at work. Lord, we're on the commute, but Lord, we're still laying in our bed simply because our mind is already racing forward. So Lord, help us to stop racing our thoughts forward. And Lord, help us to focus on Jesus Christ, our Lord and our Savior. But Lord, the responsibilities that lie ahead, the calendar events, the challenges that are just lying in the wings of life.
Let Go Of The Baton Of Fear
SPEAKER_00Holy Spirit, we come to you. Lord, as we run the race of life, Father, just like an athlete, Lord, I pray that we'll hand the baton on. Lord, we are running this race. And Lord, will you help us to let go of the baton of fear of doubt? Lord, as we let go of that baton, as we let go of worry, doubt, fear, feeling scared, the responsibilities, the uncertainties. Lord, as we go around the track of life, Holy Spirit, I pray through the relay race of life that we will let go of the baton. And Lord, it is so difficult at this last stage of the race to hand it over. Help us to let go and to let God. Help us to let go of the baton at this hour. Because Lord, we're already in work, we're already at school, we're already on the commute, and we're still laying in our bed right now because our mind is already in front. So Lord, I pray that we will find a place of calm, we will find a place of stillness, and the Spirit of the living God will speak directly to our hearts. So Lord, help us to let go of the baton. Help us, dear God, to pause, to gather our breath. Holy Spirit, I pray for whatever situation, whatever trial, whatever worry, whatever fear, I thank you, Lord, that you are strengthening us, you are carrying us. Open our eyes. We want to look to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And Lord, we pray through the beautiful prayers of David. Psalm 121, verse 1. I lift my eyes to the mountain. Where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth. Lord, you are the maker of heaven and earth. You are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. You are that Jehovah Jirah. And Lord, you are the Lion
Psalm 121 And A Global Blessing
SPEAKER_00of Judah. And right now we stretch out from this bed. We stretch right out from the workplace. We stretch right out from this studio. Live in London, England. Father, we stretch out to Perth, Christchurch, Singapore, Dallas, Santiago. Lord, we pray for one another right now. We're praying for confidence. We're praying for hope. We're praying for help. Because, Lord, that's the cry of our heart right now. Lord, above everything else, Lord, the main prayer is, please, Lord, help. Lord, as we go through the valley of the shadow of death, Lord, we're never gonna fear, we're never gonna doubt anymore because we invite God in to the rhythm of our life, every situation. Lord, you're walking with us wherever we are, from the four corners of this world, Spirit of the Living God, I pray that heaven will breathe over us right now. And Lord, as we get ready to get out of this bed, Lord, as we comb our hair, put our makeup on, Lord, jump in the shower, get the lunch ready, Lord, as we prepare the children, Holy Spirit, as we get ready to leave the house, I pray that the Spirit of the Lord will carry each and every one of us. Bless us, Lord, in your unfailing love. And Lord, remind us right now, as we remind one another, Lord, that fear will never win and that we are grafted into the vine. I believe the Spirit of the Lord is over your life. Wherever you are, let's lift our eyes to Jesus. Let's focus on Jesus Christ, our Lord and our Savior. Have a beautiful morning. Don't ever give up. Come on, let's get in today. Holy Spirit, I pray that you'll bless every heart that's with me. Lord, carry everyone, give them strength. Lord, let your mercy and your grace be over their lives. May the Spirit of the Lord carry you across this world in the greatest name in heaven and earth.
