Philippians 1:6 — He Who Began A Good Work In You Will Carry It On Live from our studios in London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Melbourne • Wellington • Singapore • Nashville • São Paulo PURPOSE • GROWTH • FAITHFULNESS Welcome to DailyPrayer.uk. I’m Reverend Ben Cooper. Come in for five minutes, let’s open God’s Word together, and let’s pray. There are days when progress feels slow and faith seems quieter than it once did. We can begin to wonder whether God is still working in our lives, especially when change takes longer than we expected. Yet the Lord never abandons the work of His own hands. If today you need fresh confidence that your life still has purpose, let’s pause together and listen again to His promise.  Philippians 1:6 (NIV) “…he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” What a wonderful assurance this gives us. God does not lose interest in His children, and He never walks away from the work He has begun. Every quiet step of faith, every whispered prayer and every act of trust matters to Him. Today, let’s gently remind ourselves that fear will not win, because our future is held by the faithful Lord who continues to shape us with grace, wisdom and unwavering love. Father, thank You that Your plans for our lives are never abandoned. Thank You that even when we cannot always see what You are doing, Your faithful hand continues to guide us with perfect wisdom. Lord Jesus, encourage every listener today. Bring healing to those who are unwell, renewed hope to those who feel discouraged, strength to those growing weary and fresh purpose to everyone wondering whether their life still matters. Help us to trust that You are continuing the good work You have begun within us. Holy Spirit, keep shaping our hearts, renewing our minds and teaching us to become more like Christ each day. Across the world, from Melbourne to Wellington, from Singapore to Nashville and São Paulo, may every listener walk forward with renewed confidence, knowing that God’s faithful work in their lives is continuing today. Philippians 1:6 And Not Giving Up

SPEAKER_00

We're gonna jump straight through to the great book of Philippians 1, verse 6. But whether you're gonna join me on this audio prayer, whether you've been praying or worshiping in your own rhythm, the Spirit of the Lord is over your life. Don't ever give up. Come on, let's let go and let God. This is the title of the prayer. He who began a good work in you will carry it out to completion.

Known By God Before Creation

SPEAKER_00

Father, we thank you that you are carrying on this work that you set out to do. So, Lord, before the foundations of the world, you knew each and every one of us. Lord, we've been grafted into the plan of God from day one. Whenever day one began, Lord, before eternity came into existence, before the world was spoken into existence, through the power of the voice of God, you said, Let there be light, and there was. But Lord, before light began, we was in your heart. Lord, we was

in your plan. And Father, I pray for everyone that feels scared of life right now. I thank you that Jesus, that you are working in every heart, every mind, every spirit, every soul right now. And we come to you as brothers and sisters. Father, we believe in miracles because he who began a good work in you will carry it on. Father, this work is unfolding.

Purpose And A Plan For Growth

SPEAKER_00

This work, dear God, is moving forward. Lord, we are growing in faith. We are growing in our promises of God. We are growing in divine health. We are growing, dear God, in the prosperity of the worship and the presence of Jesus Christ. Lord, as we worship you, Father, we get a greater lift. As we worship you, Lord, we grow in prosperity. Lord, as we worship you, we grow in faith. We grow in hope. We grow in healing. Father, we thank you that there is power in that name. And that under that name, Lord, we are blessed and highly favored, wonderfully and fearfully made. But Lord, we want to make Jesus Christ our Lord and our Savior. And Lord, we want to make you our anchor point. So Lord, wherever we are today, Lord, we bring these three areas of our lives before us. Lord, let us understand that through this

prayer time that there is a purpose for each and every one of us. Lord, not only have you got a purpose, but Lord, you've got a growth plan for every one of us. Lord, we are not going to stay in the quicksand of life. Lord, we are going to get out of this quicksand because Lord, just as you stretched out the right hand of God, just as God stretched out his right hand into the slimy pit and picked David out, Father, I thank you that we are going to grow, that there is growth in our life,

that there is spiritual growth. That Lord, that our faith is growing. And Lord, you are faithful. Holy Spirit, I thank you that you are faithful and your ways are just. And as we come to you right now, through the power of prayer, we lock shield together. We carry one another. Lord, I pray for everyone that's with me under the sound of my voice. Lord, that you will bless them. Lord, that they will grow in the Holy Spirit, that they will grow in their healing, that they

will grow, dear God, in their destiny. Lord, I thank you that there is a purpose over their lives, and the Spirit of the Lord is with you. Father, I thank you that we are che we are your children and we are grafted into the vine. And Lord, will you whisper into our hearts right now? Lord, we want to hear the echo of God's voice right down the corridor of our innermost being, Spirit of the Living God. I pray that every step that we take, every move forward that we take, Lord, it is a step of faith. And right now, Lord, we believe in the power of the word of God. And as we stretch out across this world, we pray that the four winds of heaven will blow over our lives. Because he who began a good work in you is going to bring this to completion. Every breath, every thought, every pattern, every area of your life. God loves you and God is drawing you, and the Spirit of the Lord is over your life. Philippians 1:6 is for me and for you right now. He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Jesus Christ. Father, help us pause to gather our breath, Lord, and to realize that we are shaped by grace. We are shaped by redemption. We are shaped by hope. We are shaped by wisdom and unfailing love. Holy Spirit, wherever we are, I pray that the fire, the glory, the anointing of God will carry each and every one of us. Lord, breathe over our lives. Breathe over our workspace. Breathe over every human being in our lives. Breathe over every situation, Lord. Revive us. Holy Spirit, revive us. Holy Spirit, draw us. Father, we thank you for everyone that is linking with us across this world and wherever we are from the four corners of this world. We pray for such an outpouring of your spirit, Lord, that the fire of God and the anointing of God will be over each and every one of us. I pray that you will continue this journey with us through dailyprayer.uk. Go into the back library, indulge in over 2,300 prayers that are sitting there waiting for you. But I want to tell you right now, there is strength in prayer, there is hope in prayer. God is drawing you and He loves you. Don't ever give up. God bless you wherever you are. Have a great day in the name of Jesus Christ. And will you join me for the early evening prayer? God bless.
