Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Overthinking And Letting Go
SPEAKER_0013. When my mind won't switch off and I need a peaceful sleep. Father, our minds are racing. Father, we are on the motorway of life, driving at full stretch, and our minds are overthinking. Lord, we can't let go of the steering wheel of life. Lord, we are controlling everything, and our mind is controlling everything. Lord, we're not living by faith. Lord, let me pause. Maybe I should say, I'm not living so much by faith. And I pray that the brothers and sisters around the world are living by faith. But for me right now, Lord, I need to let go of the steering wheel of life. And Lord, I need my mind to switch off. Because my mind, Father God, is racing. Lord, the thoughts, everything in my head, the intrusive thoughts, the thoughts, dear God, that overtake my heart and my mind. Holy Spirit, they overtake those thoughts, dear God, are deeper than anything else. And right now, we need, dear God, to be delivered from overthinking. Lord, we need our minds to be set free. Lord, we are coming to you right now and we are tired and we are weary. Right now, Lord, my mind won't switch off. Lord, we've had a long day. Lord, the children, dear God, have just been driving us mad. Lord, life itself has just got us in a frenzy today. Lord, we feel like we got grit in the system. It's been very stressful. We're tired and weary. We feel agitated. We feel scared. Lord, our mind won't switch down. Holy Spirit, calm. Holy Spirit, please, Lord, we need to sleep tonight. We are tired. Lord, we got anxious thoughts. Lord, we got sleep deprivation. We need protection and we need night rest.
A Global Prayer For Peace
SPEAKER_00So wherever we are across the world, Lord, as we stretch out live from London, England, where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Lord, we lock in together. Lord, we pray right now from London, all the way to Jerusalem, from Jerusalem to St. Paulo, from St. Paolo to New York, from New York to Manila. Lord, we are praying for an outpouring of your spirit over every nation, every village, everyone that is with me right now. We are praying for the love of God. The night prayer, the night cry is Jesus. Lord, the night prayer is Holy Spirit. The night cry is please God. Lord, I thank you that as we sleep right now, we are going to rest in peace. Because
Psalm 4 For Safe Sleep
SPEAKER_00Lord, we are calling the beautiful book of Psalms 4, verse 8 over our lives. In peace, I will lie down and sleep. For you alone, Lord, make me dwell in a safe space. Lord, wherever we are, Lord, help us, dear God, to calm down. Help us, dear God, to breathe. Help us just to pause wherever we are right now, Jesus, when my mind won't switch off, and I need a peaceful sleep. Lord, we
Finding Rest Through The Lord’s Prayer
SPEAKER_00need peace. Lord, our mind is racing. And Lord, we are looking, dear God, to lean into the beautiful book of Matthew 6, verse 9, and thereon. Holy Spirit, I pray that we will take the Lord's Prayer. We will pray through the Lord's Prayer, that we will find rest and power through the Lord's Prayer. Holy Spirit, I pray that you will bless, dear God, the prayer family that's with me right now. I pray, dear God, that you will touch their hearts wherever they are. Lord, I pray that you will wipe their tears, that you will carry and erase their pain. Lord, that you will give them peace, dear God, at this late hour. Father, as we gather around the mic, Lord, as we gather around the word, as we carry one another in prayer. Lord, I pray that they will have a beautiful sleep tonight. The angels have been deployed around their lives. Lord, I thank you, dear God, that your love is over every listener. Thank you, Jesus. I believe that you are going to sleep well tonight and the love of God is over your life. Don't
