Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

And the peace of God… will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” This is your early morning prayer for anxiety and overthinking. If your mind is already racing ahead of you, if thoughts are circling before the day has even begun, this moment is for you. This is a prayer to calm your mind and bring you into peace right now. We are praying from the words of Jesus in the Lord’s Prayer — “Our Father in heaven.” Father, as the morning begins, we come to You. Not as strangers. Not as distant voices. But as children who belong. You are our Father. And right now, before anything else begins, we anchor ourselves in that truth.I belong to God. I am not alone. I am held by my Father in heaven. And Your Word tells us not to be anxious. So we bring every anxious thought to You. Every thought that is running ahead… Every fear about what today may hold… Every worry that feels too heavy too early…We place it into Your hands. Because You are already ahead of us. You are already present in every moment of this day. So I release the overthinking. I release the anxiety I woke up with. I release the pressure to figure everything out. I release it. And now, I receive. I receive the peace of God over my mind. I receive calm over my thoughts. I receive the covering of Jesus over my life. I receive. Today will not control me. My thoughts will not lead me into fear. I will walk in peace. Because my Father is with me. Across the world, wherever we are listening, God is present. From Mexico City to Bogotá, from São Paulo to Manila, His Spirit is calming minds, lifting burdens, and restoring peace. Jesús, cúbrenos hoy con Tu paz. Jesus Cristo, cobre-nos com a Tua paz hoje. Jesus, Ikaw ang aking kapayapaan ngayong umaga. Father, we trust You. We rest in You. We begin this day in peace. Welcome To Daily Prayer
SPEAKER_00Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper. Wherever you are across the world, thank you for making daily prayer part of your life and part of the rhythm of your day. We're gonna jump straight into the early morning devotional prayer time, and I invite you to
Matthew 6:9 And Today’s Theme
SPEAKER_00stay with me. You know, before this day unfolds, let's get straight into the beautiful book of Matthew, chapter 6, verse 9. And this is the title of this prayer. When my mind won't stop overthinking and I need peace.
A Simple Prayer For Peace
SPEAKER_00Father, we are living in times where we need peace. Father, when we look across the platform of the UK and across the world, Father, we need peace. And Lord, we pray that you will bring peace to our heart, our mind, and our body and our soul. And right now, Lord, wherever we live, Lord, before we pull the curtains back on today, Lord, the morning's prayer, Lord, is very simple. Lord, help me to stop overthinking and Lord, bring your peace. Let your glory just rest over me. Lord, let it be like the spring rain, the summer rain after a hot day. Lord, let your love just just come down over me, dear God. Just just refresh my soul right now. Refresh each and every one of us. Lord, we recognize that the Lord's prayer is all I need. We recognize that the Lord's prayer is full power, is for glory. And Lord, I pray that we will take the Lord's prayer and we will realize that God in heaven is our Father in heaven. Holy Spirit, I pray today that we will acknowledge you as our Father. Lord, you are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And today, Lord, I pray, before we kick the duvet off, before we rise out of bed, before this new day springs forth, Lord, before the dawn, dear God, comes across the heavens and the earth, Lord, before the dew lifts off the grass of life. Holy Spirit, I pray today that the Spirit of the Lord will give us peace. And wherever we are across the world, whatever our time zone is, whatever our colour, whatever our understanding, whatever our creed may be, Lord, whatever our culture may be, whatever our understanding of life may be, I pray that you will draw each and every one of us to the cross of Calvary. And Lord, that we will find that place of rest. So today, Lord, before dear God, we get out of bed, Lord, we pray that our mind will calm down. Lord, when my mind won't stop overthinking, I need peace. And Lord, we lean into the beautiful word of God and we believe in
Philippians 4 Peace Over Anxiety
SPEAKER_00miracles. And Lord, we pray through Philippians 4, 6 and 7. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God, and the peace of God will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Lord, we come against anxiety. Lord, we believe that we are living in abundance, we are living in abundant life. We call the things that are not as though they are. Right now, we thank you that we are not a stranger to our Father. We thank you, dear God, that we are not a distant voice. We thank you, dear God, that we are grafted into the vine, and nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. But right now, we recognize that our God is our Father in heaven. Hallowed be thy name. Your name is holy. You are Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi. But right now, Lord, we thank you that you have cancelled out fear, you have cancelled out doubt, you have cancelled out, dear God, any area of worry and doubt in our lives. And you are bringing peace, you are bringing rest. You are bringing glory right now. Lord, we recognize that we belong to God. I am not alone. I am held by my Father in heaven. So Lord, I pray at this hour, wherever we are across the world, that we will feel the love of God from the battlefield to the boardroom. Lord, as we draw the curtains back on today, Lord, as we get out of bed right now, Lord, we smile and we say, This is the day that the Lord has made. I shall rejoice and be glad. We believe in miracles. We are healed and we are blessed. Lord, from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the field of life, to every sunset, to every rainfall.
Global Blessings And Closing Invitation
SPEAKER_00Father, we pray as we pray out live from London, England, where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Father, we pray for blessings all the way around the world, from Mexico City to Bogota to Manila, the Philippines. Lord, all the way to America. We are praying, dear God, for Jerusalem and Israel that the love of God will descend like rain. Lord, let it rain over our lives today. The Spirit of the Lord is over you. Have a beautiful day today. Don't ever give up. God is with you. And let's just pray that prayer through the journey of our day. Matthew 6, verse 9. The Lord's prayer is with you. I invite you to stay. Will you join me for the next prayer? Have a beautiful morning. God bless.
