Morning Prayer — Today I Declare: You Are My Refuge and I Will Not Be Afraid

Psalm 91:2 — I Will Say of the Lord, “He Is My Refuge and My Fortress”

Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope  São Paulo • Dallas • Nairobi • Manila • Warsaw ANXIETY • FEAR • COVERING morning prayer for anxiety and fear • Psalm 91:2 prayer for protection • God I feel anxious starting today help me • prayer for safety and covering today • Christian prayer to begin the day with peace  Psalm 91:2 (NIV)  “I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.’”  Deuteronomy 31:6 (NIV)  “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified… for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” Jesus, as this day begins, I come to You honestly. God, I feel anxious stepping into today. There are things ahead of me I cannot fully see. Thoughts are already moving, and before the day has even started, I can feel the pressure trying to rise. I feel that. The uncertainty of what may happen. The quiet fear of what I might face.  The tension of stepping into the unknown. I feel it. But I will not let fear lead me today. I come to You. You are my refuge. Before I step into anything, I step into Your presence. Before I face anything, I stand under Your covering. You are my place of safety, my place of strength, my place of rest. So I release the fear of what might happen. I release the anxiety that tries to take hold. I release what I cannot control. I release it. And now, I receive. I receive Your covering. I receive Your strength. I receive the quiet confidence that You are with me. I receive. You go before me. Nothing I face today will meet me before You are already there. No moment will surprise You. No situation will find me alone. So I move forward. Not in fear. Not in hesitation.  But in trust. Jesús, hoy camino bajo Tu protección y encuentro paz en Tu presencia.  Jesus Cristo, hoje caminho sob a Tua proteção e encontro paz na Tua presença. Jesus, Ikaw ang aking kanlungan at nagbibigay Ka sa akin ng kapayapaan ngayon. From São Paulo to Dallas, from Nairobi to Warsaw, across every place beginning a new day, You are present. You are covering. You are strengthening Your people. So I step into this day with peace. I release. I receive.  I trust. In Your name, Jesus, I am covered, I am protected, and I am not afraid. Psalm 91 Refuge Declaration

SPEAKER_00

We're praying out of the book of Psalm 91, verse 2. This is the title, Jesus. I declare you are my refuge and I will not be afraid. Father, we come to you right now. Before the sun rises today, Lord, before the dew lifts off the ground, Holy Spirit, we pray that we declare, Lord, before we kick the duvet off, before, dear God, we get on the track of life today, Spirit of the living God, we want to declare with our heart, our mind, our body and our soul. I declare today that you are my refuge and I will not be afraid. Lord, we're not going to be afraid today at the situations at work. We're not going to be afraid at life itself. Lord, we believe that Psalm 91 verse 2 is for us at this hour. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge, my fortress, my God in whom I trust. Father, we trust you with every fiber of our body. We trust you with every area of our life. And we come to you, Lord, at this early hour, Lord, this devotional time as we lock in wherever we are across the world, Father, we pray for breakthrough. We pray for the love of God. We pray for an anointing. We pray, dear God, for the love of Jesus Christ just to be wrapped around each and every one of us. We are not going to be afraid today. We're going to go, dear God, in the love of Jesus Christ. We're going to go in the authority of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. Lord, as we stretch out, Lord, as we pray live from London, England, Father, we thank you that this is where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. But right now, Lord, we pray out of live London here right now. And

Global Prayer And Daily Battles

SPEAKER_00

Lord, we draw everyone into prayer. We pull each other in, Lord. We lock in on the rugby scrum of life. Father, we lock in and we press down. Lord, and we get over that triline. Lord, we walk strong. We walk faithful in the word of God. We're not going to walk in fear. We're not going to be pushed back over the triline of life. Lord, you are our refuge. You are our strength. And as we pray out live from London, England, we stretch out all the way to Brazil, all the way to Colomba, all the way, dear God, to Panama City, Chile. Lord, Venezuela. Lord, we're praying for every area, every tribe, every language, every colour. Lord, we pray for the rhythm of life over our lives. And Lord, we call the things that are not as though they are. Lord, we speak the word of God over every situation.

Deuteronomy Courage And Quiet Pause

SPEAKER_00

Lord, we walk through, we pray through Deuteronomy 31, verse 6. Be strong and courageous. Let's just pause a moment. Wherever you are, pause and let's take this text in. The Bible says, Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified. For the Lord thy God goes with you wherever you go. I will not leave you nor forsake you. Spirit of the living God, we just pause and be quiet. Before we kick the duvet off, Lord, we pause, we breathe, and we say, Yes, Lord. Today we're going to be strong, we're going to be courageous. We are not going to be afraid and we are not going to be terrified. For the Lord thy God goes with us wherever we go, from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the field of life. Dear God, to every rainfall, to every sunset. Dear God, in the name of Jesus, from the battles on the outside to the battles on the inside. Lord, the external skirmishes, the internal skirmishes, every sunset, every rainfall. Father, we will not give up. We will never give in. The Spirit of the Lord is over each and every one of us. Lord, we call the things that are not as though they are. Lord, and we are living in abundant hope. We are living in abundant peace. We are living in abundant life. So

Blessing Peace And Invitation

SPEAKER_00

Father, bless us from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet. Lord, bring us to a place of peace today. But Lord, we recognize today, I declare, you are my refuge, and I will not be afraid. The love of God, the Spirit of God, the power of the Holy Spirit is over your life. God bless you. I invite you to join me for the next prayer. God bless.
