Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

God, everything feels too much right now. There are too many thoughts at once. Pressure has built quietly, and what seemed manageable earlier now feels heavy. Even small things are starting to carry more weight than they should. I feel that. The noise in my mind. The tension in my body. The sense of being pulled in too many directions. I feel it. But I will not stay in this place. I come to You. You are not asking me to push harder. You are calling me to be still. So I step out of the noise. I release what is overwhelming me. I release the pressure that is crowding my thoughts. I release it. And now, I receive. I receive Your peace. I receive the stillness that settles within me. I receive the calm that steadies my mind. I receive. You are God. Not the pressure. Not the noise. Not the urgency. You are. And because You are, I do not have to carry this. So I slow down. My breathing begins to settle. My thoughts begin to quiet. My heart returns to a place of rest in You. Even here, I am not overwhelmed. I am held. SPEAKER_00Welcome to daily prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper. Wherever you are in the world, thank you for making daily prayer part of your life and part of the rhythm of your day. Whether you're with me on this audio prayer right now, or whether you've been journaling, having a cup of tea, a cup of coffee, just sitting and pondering over the scripture, or whether you've been reading this prayer through, wherever you are right now, I pray that the love of God will descend on you like the latter-day rain. We're going to jump straight into scripture. We're going to go straight to Psalm 46, verse 10. This is the title of this prayer. I invite you to stay with me just for these few moments. Jesus, everything feels too much right now. Help me to be still and find the peace. Lord, we pray that you will help us to be still at work, at home, in life, out of life. Wherever we are, Lord, I pray that we will find a place to rest our heart, our mind, and our body and our soul. But Lord, we believe in miracles. We believe in the power of the word of God. And right now, wherever we are across the world, as we stretch out to one another, as we pray together, as we lock in together, Lord, we are looking for peace. We are looking for calm. We're looking for hope. We're looking for the power of God just to come down and just refresh us. Jesus, everything feels too much right now. Life feels too much. Work feels too much. Family, friends, society, culture, social media. Father, we pray the sound of war sounds too much right now. The oil, dear God, the barrel of oil, dear God, the fuel, the diesel, the petrol, life, Father, everything just feels too much. And we need peace. Lord, we're calling on our God and we're calling on the King. And Lord, we're stretching out to you, Jesus. Lord, we come to the cross at Calvary and Lord, we pause. And we be still and know that you're God. But Lord, I've got to be honest. Sometimes, Lord, in the noise of the world, it is so difficult to be still and know that you're God. Lord, it's noisy at work. It's noisy at home. It's noisy on the motorway of life. But Jesus, help me to pause right here in the middle of this hour. Because everything feels too much. Lord, I feel weighed down with life. And Lord, I want the pressure to evaporate at the name of Jesus. Lord, the noise in my mind, the tension in our body, Lord, the sense of being pulled in too many directions. Lord, I pray that we will either our eyes open, that we will keep our eyes on Jesus Christ, the author, the perfecter of our faith. And Lord, we lean into scripture because Lord, there's nowhere else to go. And whatever the hour is, Lord, we receive peace. We receive stillness. And Lord, this settles our mind right now. I receive calm and a steady mind wherever we are on the commute, dear God, whether at home, at school, at work. Father, whatever the life looks like that we are living right now, Lord, help my breathing to become settled. Help my thinking to become quiet. Help my heart to return to a place of rest. Lord, every time we feel overwhelmed, Holy Spirit, we will call on your name. And Jesus, we thank you that we are learning to be still and know that you are God. And whatever our life reflections through this devotional reflection time in the middle of this hour, Lord, I thank you that you are bringing calm, you are bringing peace. And Lord, when we feel overwhelmed, worried, anxious, and unsure, we believe that the word of God will accelerate in our minds. And Father, we are not going to live by worry. We're not going to live by doubt. But Father, we thank you, Lord, that you are softening our heart and we are going to return to peace. We're going to return to the Word of God. Father, I thank you that you are our anchor, Lord, in the times of trouble. Lord, you are the anchor in the times of storms. So whatever we are facing, Lord, I step out of the noise and return to the stillness. Wherever God is, God loves me. Holy Spirit, wherever you are, and Lord, you are omnipresent, you are omnipotent. Lord, restore my mind, restore my peace. And Father, I thank you that we walk in hope and in righteousness. But Jesus, when everything feels overwhelming, draw me back to your stillness. Quiet in these thoughts that rise within me and help me to rest in your presence. Let my mind become steady and my heart return to peace as I learn to trust and walk in your unfailing love. Father, I pray, from the battles of life to the journeys of life, to the rock face of life, wherever we are right now, I pray for every heart, every mind, every body, every soul. May the blessings of the Father be over you. Don't ever give up. God is with you and God bless.
