Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Psalm 46 Stillness In Overwhelm
Asking God To Lift Anxiety
Be Still In A Noisy World
Practising Stillness Wherever You Are
Anchor Prayer And Closing Blessing
SPEAKER_00Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper. Wherever you are in the world, thank you for making daily prayer part of your life and part of the rhythm of your day. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. Whether you are journaling right now, or whether you're having a cup of tea or a cup of coffee, you're listening to my voice through this audio prayer, or whether you have just been reading this prayer through, I pray that the love of God will sit over you. And we're going to jump straight into the book of Psalms 46, verse 10. This is the title of the prayer, Jesus. Everything feels too much right now. Help me to be still and find peace within. Father, I pray for anyone that feels that life is just too much. Work, life, family, situations, Lord, history, the present, worrying about the future. I pray right now, Lord, holy God, that you are. Come, Jesus. Lord, we are praying for a refreshing presence of your love and your mercy. Lord, we're looking for a reset. Lord, we're looking, dear God, for this hour. Lord, we're looking for a reset of our heart. Lord, we're looking to find a place to rest our heart and our mind, a place to be still. And as we pray out from the four corners of this world, Lord, we ask you that you will lift anxiety right now. Anyone that is feeling overwhelmed, anyone that is feeling really pressured with life, feeling scared and lost, Jesus, we pray. Lord, we ask you that you will lift that heavy weight, Lord, from within. Lord, that fear that sits in the mind, sits in the skin that we walk in. God, I feel overwhelmed right now. Will you help me? Lord, will you carry me right now? Jesus, we're praying for calm right now. Will you help me? Holy Spirit, Lord, we're praying through the beautiful book of the prayers of David, Psalm 46, verse 10. Be still and know that I'm God. Father, we thank you that we are trying to be still through the noise of life. Lord, our lives are very noisy at this moment. Lord, with the rattle, dear God, of social media, the rattle, dear God, of the war cry, the rattle of life itself, the rattle of work, home situations, the rattle of life. But Jesus, I pause right now and I try to breathe. God, when I feel overwhelmed, I ask you now that you will lift this feeling out of this skin. Lord, I step out of the noise of life. Lord, I release the pressure that is against my mind at this hour. And I'm asking, God, will you replace that for peace? Lord, replace that for and with peace. I receive stillness and it settles within me right now. I receive calm and a steady thought. Holy God, wherever we are, Lord, we do not want to push hard into the world. Father, but we want to slow down, we want to breathe, and Lord, we want to walk in the freedom of the Holy Spirit. So Lord, I'm praying, Lord, for the listeners wherever they are, that they will feel your love, your grace. I receive, I walk, and I rest. In the name of Jesus. I am still right now. Lord, we're at work and it's really noisy, but Lord, I'm still within. Lord, I'm in the shops right now. It's really noisy, but I'm still within. Lord, I'm in the circle of life right now, and it's really noisy externally, Lord, but it's quiet within. Holy Spirit, we pray for Psalms 46, 10 over our lives, that we will return to stillness, to peace, to love, to mercy. Be still and know that I'm God. Lord, at that moment at every day, at every second, of every thought pattern, when I feel the pressure of life just rolling up higher and higher, Holy Spirit, I thank you, Lord, that we call on your name. And Lord, I pray that you will help us to pause, to be still, to focus, soften our hearts, soften our hearts today, Lord. Help us to find peace within the skin that we walk in. And wherever we are across the world, I pray that the love of God and the Spirit of God will carry you. Jesus, I want you to be that anchor. And right now I step out of the noise, I return to stillness where God steadies my mind and my heart. Jesus, when everything feels overwhelming, draw me back to you. Quieting these racing thoughts within my head. Help me find rest in your presence. Let my mind become steady and my heart be at peace again as I trust in you. Amen. The love of God is over your life. Don't ever give up. Jesus is with you. Have a beautiful day. God bless.
