Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. The day has moved forward, and I feel the pressure, the pace, and the build-up of thoughts within me. Distractions begin to pull at my attention, and overthinking tries to take hold. So I pause. I step away from the noise, and I come back into Your presence. I release distraction, pressure, and mental strain, and I receive Your peace within me. Your peace steadies me. It settles my thoughts, calms what feels unsettled, and restores clarity within my mind. What felt overwhelming begins to loosen its hold as I fix my attention on You. You bring focus. You bring alignment. You bring a calm that allows me to move forward with clarity and steadiness through the rest of this day. Jesus, remain at the centre of my thoughts. SPEAKER_00Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, wherever you are across the world. Thank you for making daily prayer part of your life and part of the rhythm of your day. Whether you're under the sound of my voice, whether you're journaling a prayer right now, or whether you're reading this prayer at this moment in time, wherever you are, the Spirit of God is over each and every one of us. We're jumping straight in, and the title of this prayer is coming from the book of Isaiah 26, verse 3. You will keep in perfect peace, those minds are steadfast. Holy Spirit, our minds are steadfast. Lord, I pray that we won't live by the rhythm of the mind of the world. But Lord, that we will live according, dear God, to the pattern and to the structure of Scripture. And right now, Lord, we are steadfast. Lord, we pray for our minds. We pray for each and every one of us under the sound of my voice. Whether we're listening audibly or whether we're journaling or whether we're reading this prayer, Lord, we believe that we are locked together as brothers and sisters around the world. So, Father, we hold each other up right now. Lord, we say, Jesus, will you keep our minds, dear God, as they should be in Scripture, full of your glory, full of your power. Lord, I ask that we will be refocused. Lord, I pray that you will steady our thinking and our capacity of our mind. And Jesus, I thank you that you keep our mind in perfect peace. As I pause at this hour, as I reflect on life, I believe as we pray through Isaiah 26, verse 3, you keep those in perfect peace whose minds are steadfast because they trust in you. Father, I thank you that as we live by faith, Lord, you are clearing our mind through. And Lord, I pray that you will sweep for every mind, every thought, that we won't overthink this day, that we won't overthink our lives, but Lord, that we will walk by faith today. This is the day that the Lord has made. We shall rejoice and be glad. Jesus, keep my mind in perfect peace today. Whatever the rhythm of our lives is, Lord, Father, through this midday moment, through this hour, through this millisecond, Lord, I pray right now for our minds, our hearts, our bodies, and our souls. But Lord, we pray for our thinking pattern. We pray, Lord, that our minds won't be overcrowded with pressure, distraction, and overthinking. But our mind will begin, dear God, not to race, but to calm down. We pray for the thought pattern. We pray that we don't over-engineer our lives, that we don't over-engineer what we see on news, what we see on social media, what comes through text, what comes through email. But right now, the peace of Jesus Christ is with each and every one of us. So, Lord, we pray for our mindset. Today, Lord, we anchor ourselves in the Word of God and we believe in miracles. Jesus, today, refocus our minds on Jesus and Lord help us to receive perfect peace within our hearts. Holy Spirit, we're asking that you will lead us to a place, dear God, called the promised land. The place that is flowing with milk and honey, the place, dear God, with new prospects, the place, dear God, where there is freedom. So, Lord, I pray that you will bring our mind in line with the word of God. And Lord, our heart has already captured the word. But right now, wherever we are across this world, Jesus, steady my thoughts, calm my mind, help me release distractions and receive your peace as I continue through you this day. Lord, we believe in miracles. Whatever the distractions are around us, dear God, I pray that you will recalibrate our mind. Lord, I'd pause today and I ask for each and every one of us to have a reset. Lord, stay the center of our lives. Jesus, we need to hear the Lion of Judah. But today, we choose to focus on the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. May the Spirit of the Lord lead you into complete peace. Don't ever give up. May God bless you.
