Morning Prayer — Jesus, You Are Risen, and I Walk in Living Hope and New Life Today Matthew 28:6 — Jesus, You Are Not Here—You Are Risen, and Everything Has Changed Live from London, England São Paulo • New York • Nairobi • Manila • Madrid resurrection prayer • Jesus is risen • new life in Christ • hope today • Easter Sunday prayer  Matthew 28:6 (NIV): “He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay.” 1 Peter 1:3 (NIV): “In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” Jesus, You are risen—and because You are risen, everything is different. I do not stand in uncertainty. I stand in living hope. You have overcome death. You have broken the power of darkness. You have made a way where there was no way, and You have brought life where there was none. So today, I walk forward in that truth. I do not carry yesterday. I do not remain in what was. I step into what You have made possible—new life, new strength, new beginning. You are alive. And because You live, I live with purpose. Because You have risen, I rise with confidence. Because You have overcome, I walk in victory. Jesus, establish this truth deep within me. Let my thinking, my decisions, and my steps reflect the life You have given me. I move forward in You. Jesús, has resucitado, y en Ti camino con esperanza viva hoy. Cristo vive, e eu caminho em nova vida e esperança hoje. From São Paulo to New York, from Nairobi to Madrid, across every place stepping into this day, You are alive. You are present. You are moving in power and truth. So I walk in new life. I stand in living hope. I remain in You. In Your name, Jesus, I live in resurrection power. Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Van Cooper, wherever you are in the world, thank you for making daily prayer part of your life and part of your day. Come on, without further ado, we're in the Gospel of Matthew, chapter 28, verse 6. This is the title of this prayer for this morning prayer. This is what it is. Jesus, you are not here, you have risen, and everything has changed. Father, we thank you that as this Passover, Lord, as this Sunday did, God, this resurrection Sunday, Lord, we pray for this early time together. Lord, that we will realize that Jesus Christ is alive, that He has risen. And as we walk in the light of hope and in new life today, Lord, we believe in the resurrection power of Jesus Christ. We believe in the Word of God. And Lord, on this Passover Sunday, Lord, on this resurrection Sunday, Lord, at this early time together, Lord, we thank you that there is healing over our lives. And Lord, I pray that we will just reflect on the cross of Calvary. And Lord, at this unusual hour, this morning devotional prayer time as we gather around the Word of God. Whatever we are facing, whatever we are going through, the trials, the tribulations, the worries, the fears, the doubts, every scenario under the sun. Lord, we thank you that Jesus Christ has risen and we walk in the light of our salvation. But Lord, right now, we're praying for healing. We're praying for that miracle-working hand of God over our lives. And Lord, I pray that we will see your mercy, your grace. He has risen. And Lord, we thank you for the resurrection power of the word of God. And as God breathed life into the lungs of Jesus Christ on the third day, the grave closed, the clothes, the burial cloth have been wrapped up by itself. The stone had been rolled aback. And as the angel said, He's not here, he has risen. Father, we thank you that we serve a risen king. And Lord, as we come to you right now, Lord, for this early prayer time, Lord, we're looking for miracles. Lord, we need miracles in our heart. Lord, you are risen. You are Lord. You are Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nisi. But right now, we need miracles. Lord, we're tired and we're weary. Lord, we need these bones to be refreshed. Lord, we need this worry to go. We need this panic to diminish in the name of Jesus. Lord, we thank you that as we rise right now, we rise in faith. And we thank you, Lord God, this beautiful day. Lord, this is the day that the Lord has made. And Lord, as we've just crossed over, Lord, from the Saturday to the Sunday, Lord, as we've crossed over right now into Passover Sunday, Lord, we thank you for the power of the word of God. And Lord, we want to let the world know, Lord, that this prayer time together, Lord, that Jesus Christ is risen, He is the Savior of the world, that we have John 3.16 over our lives. And as we pray out of London, all the way to New York, all the way to Madrid, Barcelona, Chile, we pray, dear God, right now for the peace of Jerusalem. We pray for Israel through this Passover time. That the love of God, the power of God, the resurrection power, Lord, will be over each and every one of us. But whatever battles we go through, the field of life, the trials, the skirmishes, Lord, the fatigue, the worries, the doubts. Lord, we just want to say thank you, Holy Spirit, that Jesus Christ has risen. And right now, from the battlefield to the boardroom table, from the boardroom table to the Passover table, Lord, as we break bread together, as we take at the cup of redemption, Lord, we thank you that there is healing in our mind, our body, and our soul. And right now, Lord, at these early doors, at this time as we gather around the word, we thank you that we are carrying one another. Lord, I bless you and I pray to you, dear God, right now that you will strengthen each and every one of us. Lord, we pray to you right now, Jesus, you are not here. You have risen and everything has changed. Father, I pray that we will walk in that resurrection power of Jesus Christ. I thank you that every organ in our body we are healed and blessed and highly favored. Wherever you are, don't ever give up. Join me at the next prayer. God bless.
