Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. SPEAKER_00Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, wherever you are in the world. Thank you for making daily prayer part of your life and part of the rhythm of your day. Come on, we're gonna jump straight in. We're tired, we're weary. This is the night prayer, and the title is coming out of the great book of Psalms 4, verse 8. Jesus, I lie down in peace because you alone keep me safe. Father, we thank you. It is the power of the word of God. And right now, Lord, it's been a busy day. Lord, it's been a busy week. Lord, this Passover right now, Lord, the spiritual atmosphere is quite heavy around the world. And Father, we come to the cross right now. We say, Jesus, we thank you that you was the living sacrifice, that the scriptures have been fulfilled. And as we look, dear God, into the depth of salvation, we thank you that we are saved. Lord, we just come to you right now. And we're tired, we're weary. Lord, it's been a long day today. Lord, we're tired, Father. Life and work and just the rhythm and just the general walk of life. It's quite exhausting at the moment, Lord, and we need to lie down in peace. And you tell us through the great Psalms, Psalms 4, verse 8, in peace I will lie down and sleep. For you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety. Father, we thank you that there is safety in the presence of God. And Lord, I pray right now that we will open up the word of God, Lord, that we will turn the device off, turn the screens off, stop listening to the news. We won't capture what is happening around the world. But Lord, that we'll turn into the prayers of David. We'll turn, dear God, Psalm 91, Psalm 23. Lord, that we'll pray these prayers through. Lord, that we will go to the Gospel of Matthew chapter 6 about the Lord's Prayer. Our Father who art in heaven. Father, we thank you that you are our Father in heaven. And we thank you that Jesus Christ is the Lamb, was the Lamb that was sacrificed, the Lamb of God. Father, we come to you right now. We're tired, we're weary. And as we stretch out right now over this Passover, Lord, it's been a long, long time, Lord God, and we are just exhausted. Lord, the days feel long, life feels long, the seasons feel long. Lord, if we're going through winter, summer, spring, autumn, whatever is going on around the world, Father, we come to you now. And Lord, we don't want to lock onto the price of the diesel, the petrol, the barrel of oil, Lord. We don't want to get caught in the rhythm of what's happening with the war shout and the war cry. Lord, we're not worried, dear God, what's going on in space at this moment in time. Father, dear God, we just want to know, dear God, that Jesus Christ is real. And Lord, we need the power of prayer. And Father, we thank you through this Passover time that the love of God is touching our hearts from London all the way to Lagos, from Lagos all the way, dear God, to Nepal, from Nepal all the way to Jamaica, from Jamaica all the way to Nigeria. Father, we pray that the fire of God, the love of God, Lord, we want to feel peace tonight. Lord, this night prayer, Lord, this devotional nighttime prayer as we gather. Lord, we need your word. We need your presence from the battlefield to the field of life. Holy Spirit, I pray that you help us to close the laptop on today. Lord, help us to close this lid on work. Father, help us just to close that lid, Lord, and just to grab our thought and just grab that breath, Lord, and say, Jesus, I need to lie down in peace right now. I've got to rest right now, wherever you are across this world, as we just gently push through this season of the Passover. The Lord God is with you wherever you are. Father, will you bless Jerusalem tonight? Will you bring peace right now over Israel and around the Middle East? Holy Spirit, we're asking you. Lord God, we pray for those astronauts that are on the other side of the moon right now. Holy Spirit, Lord, they're close to you tonight, Jesus. And Lord, I pray that you will bring them back to earth safely. Father, wherever we are, we thank you that the love of God is over our lives. But whatever you are, whoever you are, whatever your tribe, your language, your color, your skin, the rhythm of your life, come on, let's get out of here. May God bless you. I will see you soon.
