Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

2 Corinthians 10:5 — Jesus, Take Authority Over My Thoughts and Bring Every Pattern Into Your Control Live from London, England São Paulo • New York • Nairobi • Manila • Barcelona overthinking at night • intrusive thoughts • anxiety mind • mental struggle • controlling thoughts 2 Corinthians 10:5 (NIV): “We take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” Isaiah 26:3 (NIV): “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” Jesus, in this deep hour of the night, I bring my thoughts before You right now. The mind can become active in the quiet, and patterns can begin to repeat themselves without rest. But I will not allow my thoughts to lead me—I bring them under Your authority. Your Word tells me that I can take every thought captive, and I do that now. I do not entertain what brings anxiety. I do not give space to what brings fear. I bring every thought into alignment with You. So I take control in this moment. I interrupt every pattern that is not from You. I refuse to let my mind drift into worry or confusion. I place every thought under Your authority right now. Jesus, steady my mind. Establish peace within me. Let every restless thought slow down. Let every anxious pattern be broken. Fix my focus on You and make my mind stable. You promise perfect peace when the mind is fixed on You. So I choose that now. I shift my thinking. I rest my mind in Your presence. Jesús, toma control de mis pensamientos y lléname con Tu paz perfecta ahora mismo. Jesus, toma conta dos meus pensamentos e enche-me com a Tua paz perfeita agora From São Paulo to Manila, from New York to Barcelona, across every place where minds are unsettled in this hour, You are present. You bring order. You restore calm. So I release every thought. I trust You completely. I rest my mind in Your peace. In Your name, Jesus, my mind is at peace. Scripture Focus On The Mind
SPEAKER_00heart. Come on, we're gonna jump straight into prayer and we're in 2 Corinthians 10 verse 5. This is the title, Jesus. Take authority over my thoughts and bring every pattern into your control. Holy God, Jehovah Jirah, take authority over our thoughts and bring every pattern into your control. Father, we lean into the cross. And right now, Lord, Father, with these thoughts, these 50-50 mindsets, this anxious mind, this mental struggle, Lord, the history, Lord, that just won't go away. That battlefield of the mind, Lord, take control of our thoughts. Lord, we lean into the word because there's nowhere else to go. And the Bible says in 2 Corinthians chapter 10,
Taking Intrusive Thoughts Captive
SPEAKER_00verse 5, we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. Father, we take every captive thought to make it obedient to Christ. Father, we take these thoughts captive. And Lord, we say, Lord, with these intrusive thoughts, with these fears, with this anxious mind, with the mental health, with the struggles, with the controlling mindset that we may have. Father, we come to the cross of Calvary. Lord, our eyes are tired, the eyelids are closing. Father, as the sun will rise in a few hours, Holy Spirit, we pray, Lord, as we come to the cross of Calvary, Lord, I pray that you will heal our mind. Lord, will you bring quietness to the rhythm of this hour? Holy Spirit, we pray that you will allow our thoughts to lead us into the Scripture. Lord, we pray that our thoughts won't lead us to the news channels, that our thoughts won't lead us to yesterday, to the back history of our lives. Lord, we want the back history of our lives from our mind to be erased. Lord, we don't want to overthink at the midnight hour. We don't want to overthink, dear God, in the middle of the day. We don't want to overthink, dear God, in the middle of the night. Lord, wherever we are, whatever situation we're going through, Holy Spirit, I pray that you will bring peace

So we come to you, Lord, in the spirit of the Lord. And right now I thank you from the battle of the mind to the war zone of life. Father, from the edge of the bed, from the sofa to the chair, from the chair to the bed, from the bed, dear God, to life itself. I ask you, God, at these early hours as the sun is going to rise, Father, remove these anxious thoughts, this mental struggle. Lord, take control of all of our thoughts in the name
