John 16:33 — Jesus, Restore My Hope Tonight and Lift My Heavy SpiritFrom London to Rome, Chicago, Lagos, Toronto, Amsterdam, Berlin, Tel Aviv, and Auckland — millions search for stability, certainty, and hope as night falls across the world. John 16:33 (NIV): “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” Psalm 34:18 (NIV): “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Jesus, as evening settles across the nations, I bring You my uncertainty — the fear of what may come, the weight of tomorrow, the emotional exhaustion, the heaviness in my thoughts, and the questions I cannot answer. These mirror the exact global long-tail searches rising tonight: Jesus restore my hope, prayer when I feel overwhelmed, prayer for the future, breakthrough hope prayer, Jesus lift my spirit, I feel hopeless tonight, prayer for fear of tomorrow, prayer for emotional exhaustion, Jesus help my anxiety, how to trust God with my future. Jesus, breathe hope into the places where fear has settled. Let Your presence steady my heartbeat, calm my thoughts, and lift my confidence. Remind me that You are already in my tomorrow, strengthening what feels weak, preparing what feels uncertain, and guiding what feels confusing. Where I doubt, give faith. Where I feel small, give courage. Where my mind spirals, give peace. Where the future intimidates me, give clarity. Where anxiety takes hold, give freedom. Where despair whispers, silence it with Your truth. Where I cannot see a way, lead me step by step with Your light. I declare tonight that Jesus is Lord over my future, the anchor of my hope, the strength of my heart, the whisper of courage in my weakness, and the One who goes before me. My future is not in the hands of fear — it is in the hands of the God who has already overcome the world.

SPEAKER_00:

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of hope, strength, and faith. Wherever you are, whatever is going on in your life, we are praying that Jesus will strengthen and restore hope tonight. Have we lost all hope? Are we at work and we're just tired of work? Are we tired of life? Whatever is going on in your life, I pray for strength, for restoration and hope. And Jesus Christ will enter into your heart like never before. That God will draw you out of the monotony of life, that God will restore all the years that the locust has taken. God is calling you. You are not here by chance. Thank you to everybody that has been here from day dot, everyone that is downloading all these podcasts. And for those that are new to this channel, as we press this out, these prayers that go out nine a day as we crisscross the world for Jesus Christ. Without further ado, come on, we got to jump into prayer. We've got to pray for our future, we've got to pray for our now, and we've got to pray for our history. Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you that our historical events are at the cross. Father, we thank you that our present-day events are at the cross. And Lord, we thank you that our future is at the cross because the cross is central to everything. And Father, we believe in the power of the Word of God. And today, wherever we are, Jesus, restore my hope tonight and lift my heavy spirit. Jesus, restore hope. Jesus, restore the word. Jesus, restore each and every one of us. Father, when despair starts to whisper, Lord, when silent, dear God, silent fears start to make a noise, and the pots and pans of anxiety, the panic attacks start to roar, the emotional exhaustion, Father, in the name of Jesus, as that bear, dear God, of fear starts to growl at the midnight hour. Lord, as that lion starts to roar of panic in the midday, Father, wherever we are, if we feel overwhelmed, Father, I pray that there will be breakthrough today. We believe that there is a future in Jesus Christ. We believe that Jeremiah 29, verse 11, is for us. For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to give you a hope and a future. There is a future for you. The Spirit of the Lord is over you. You are not here by chance. You are here because of divine accuracy through the word of God. There is an accurate plan for your life. Don't listen to the pots and pans. Don't be controlled by social media. Don't allow the workplace issues to pull you down. Rise up on wings as of eagles. Father, from London to Rome, from Rome to Chicago, Chicago to Los Angeles, from Los Angeles to Amsterdam, Berlin, Toronto, Spirit of the Living God, we pray that you will touch millions across the globe. Dear God, that you will touch every human being. Lord, bring stability, bring certainty, and Lord, let hope abound. Lord, as night falls across the world, as day starts to rise, Lord, as we have no hope, dear God, in the political agenda. We have no hope in the world. We have no hope in social media. Father, everything has let us down, and Jesus, restore our hope tonight and lift my spirit. Father, we come to the cross of Calvary and we say, Holy Spirit, take charge of our lives. Jesus, you are my future, you are my past, you are my present. And right now, Lord, I pray for every listener, from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the field of life, from the field of life to the train, to the bus, to the car, to the school run, to the lunch run, to the coffee run. Wherever we are in the glorious name of Jesus Christ, Father, you gotta restore this hope. Because, Lord, what we're hearing is the bear of doubt. We're hearing the lion of uncertainty. Lord, we've got chaos in our thinking. Lord, we got brain fog, but today is the day that the Lord has made. I shall rejoice and be glad. Father, the chains of adversity are breaking. The fear is going, the pots and pans that are rattling and the drumbeat of monotony is going out of my life. Father, we are not living in chaos, we are not living in uncertainty, we are living in hope. Lord, continue to restore this hope in the greatest name in heaven and earth. Wherever you are across the world, Jesus Christ is with you. He is your yes and your amen. I will catch you extremely soon. God bless.
