Matthew 11:28 — Jesus, Heal What I Cannot Fix and Bring Peace Into the Middle of My Day From London to Chicago, Auckland to Cape Town, São Paulo to Dublin — many are searching for healing, relief, clarity, emotional rest, and strength in the middle of their day. This prayer speaks directly into that global cry. Matthew 11:28 (NIV): “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Psalm 147:3 (NIV): “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” Jesus, in the middle of this day, I bring You every burden I cannot carry alone. You see my anxiety, my tiredness, the emotional pressure I am hiding, the physical battles I am fighting, the thoughts that spiral, the worries that press into my chest, the exhaustion that sits inside my bones, the sadness I cannot explain, and the fears I cannot voice. And these match the exact global long-tail searches rising right now: Jesus heal my anxiety, prayer for emotional healing, prayer for physical healing, healing prayer for my mind, prayer for a heavy heart, Jesus help me cope today, prayer for peace in stress, healing for depression, prayer for strength in weakness, Jesus restore my hope. Jesus, heal what doctors cannot see, what friends cannot understand, and what I cannot even find the words to describe. Heal my body where it aches, my mind where it battles, my heart where it breaks, my emotions where they feel fragile, my memories where there is pain, my thoughts where fear tries to live. Bring rest to my nervous system, peace to my breathing, strength to my spirit, clarity to my decisions, and hope to my soul. Let the Holy Spirit fill me with calm, courage, and renewal. I declare that Jesus is my healer, my peace, my rest, my strength, my refuge, and my restoration — and I receive His healing today.

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for faith, hope, love, and strength. If you've got a prayer request, you know you can send them into the studio at info at dailyprayer.uk. Thank you to everybody that is sending in the prayers, everybody that is sending in the messages. If you need a Bible, just let us know where you are around the world. We will get you a Bible. Also, thank you to everybody on RB Christian Radio. There is no news, there is no weather, there is no human voice. It is pure worship. And also, there is that terrific back library of podcasts that we have done since lockdown. Please divulge, uh, express yourself through that, whatever you've got to do. But let's just pray wherever you are right now. Good morning, good afternoon, and good evening. Let's get straight in. Father, in the name of Jesus, we're praying for healing. Oh God, do we need healing? Father, there are things in our head that are broken. There are things in our heart that are broken. There are things in our lives, Lord, these these things, these areas of life, Lord, these certain areas, these elements of being a human being. Father, this heart that is broken, this mind that is broken, these emotions that are broken. Lord, there are things in our lives that we cannot fix. But by the power of God, we believe in pure healing. We believe in the word of God. And you tell us through that great book of Matthew 11, 28, come to me, all of you that are burdened, and I will give you rest. Father, my heart needs rest. My mind needs rest. My spirit needs rest. Lord, my physicality needs rest. Lord, those four areas of life. Father, the mind, the body, the soul, dear God, and the physical realm in where we walk. Father, Jesus, Holy Spirit, the deity. Jesus, stretch out to us right now. Right now in the middle of the day. Lord, we bring every burden to you that we cannot carry alone. Father, we are carrying burdens. We're carrying history. Lord, we've got clutter in our mind. Father, hearts are broken, dear God, we feel wayward. We feel like prodigal sons. Lord, we feel, dear God, that we've lost our way. Father, the road of life is extremely difficult. Father, it feels like we are walking, dear God, over unusual territory. Lord, and it feels odd, it feels strange, but Lord, we believe that there is a new day arising. We believe that you are fixing all things. And Jesus, heal what I cannot fix and bring peace into the middle of my day. Jesus, I need you to heal my mind. Jesus, I need you to heal my heart. Jesus, you gotta heal my spirit, and Lord, you gotta heal my body, the physical realm on the outside. But Lord, I pray for every one of us that is battling thoughts that we just can't seem to erase. I pray for those thoughts, those thoughts of being unwell, the thoughts of dying, the thoughts of living, the thoughts, dear God, of of staying in this situation for the rest of our lives. Spirit of the living God, we cannot stay. Lord, these thoughts are spiraling out of control. Lord, we pray for those that have got chest pains, those, dear God, that their bodies aching with fear and worry and their minds are trembling. Lord, we pray for the clutter in our mind. Lord, we are praying for physical healing. We're praying for spiritual healing. We're praying for physical, we're praying for this world that is around us. Father, that you will bring peace to our hearts, our minds, and our bodies and our souls. Jesus, I declare healing today. I declare peace today. Rest, strength, refuge. You are my restoration, you are our God. And Father, from London to Chicago, from Chicago to Auckland, Cape Town, Father, Dublin, Lord, we pray for France and China. Lord, we need you in our lives, Father, from this battlefield that is exhausting. And this battlefield, Lord, is the wasteland of my mind. Father, the wasteland of my mind, Father, brings clutter from yesterday, brings clutter from last year, brings clutter from childhood, brings clutter from the last job, from the last relationship. Lord, my mind is just bringing clutter up to my destiny. And Lord, we cannot walk any further in the clutter. So Jesus, heal what I cannot fix and bring peace into the middle of my day. Sisters and brothers, wherever you are across the battlefield of life, Jesus Christ is with you. If you're battling heartache, God is with you. If you're battling emotions, God is with you. If you are battling fears and doubts and just certain things of life, let's get ourselves to the cross of Calvary and say, Jesus, I need breakthrough. I need to pray through this pain barrier. May the Spirit of the Lord be with you wherever you are in the greatest name in heaven and earth. I will catch you at the next prayer.
