Joshua 1:9 — Jesus, Quiet My Mind Tonight and Surround Me With Your Peace From London to Rotorua, Chicago, Zurich, Tel Aviv, and Christchurch — this night prayer strengthens those battling intrusive thoughts, emotional weight, and fear of tomorrow. Joshua 1:9 (NIV): “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged…” Psalm 23:4 (NIV): “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me…” Jesus, as the night settles across Rotorua, New Zealand, and the nations, You see the thoughts that refuse to quieten, the fears that surface when everything grows still, the emotional weight carried through the day, the dread of tomorrow, the tightness in the chest, and the longing for rest that finally settles the mind. These mirror the exact global and NZ search behaviours tonight: night prayer for intrusive thoughts, Jesus calm my thoughts before sleep, prayer for emotional rest, I can’t switch off my mind, fear of tomorrow, prayer for deep peace, help me sleep without anxiety, Jesus protect me tonight, prayer for mental stillness, night encouragement devotional. Jesus, breathe peace into every racing thought, rest into every tight place in the heart, strength into every weary part of the mind, and courage into every space where fear has been speaking too loudly. Let Your presence surround me like a shield. Let Your voice settle every storm within me. Let Your promises guard my inner world. Let the Shepherd lead me beside still waters and steady my breath until Your rest fills me fully. Bless Rotorua tonight with healing for exhausted minds, comfort for troubled hearts, restoration for families, protection over the city, peace over neighbourhoods, strength for every person facing another difficult tomorrow, and hope rising across New Zealand as the night deepens. I declare. Jesus is with me, peace is entering my thoughts, fear is losing its grip, rest is flowing into my body, my mind is steadied, my heart is strengthened, tomorrow is held by God, and I will sleep under His covering with courage and confidence.  Joshua 1:9 night prayer, Rotorua devotional, prayer for intrusive thoughts, Psalm 23 comfort, global night prayer, NZ spiritual encouragement, V3 ultra plus max prayer

SPEAKER_00:

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, love, and strength. If you've got a prayer request, you know where to send it, you can send it into us at infodailyprayer.uk. Wherever you are scattered across this world, whatever your life is looking like, Jesus Christ is with you. Come on, will you pray with me? Wherever you are, whatever your name is, whatever your tongue, whatever your language is, whoever you are, whatever culture you've come into, the Spirit of the Lord is over each and every one of us. Jesus, quiet our mind. Quieting our mind. Lord, let our mind be quiet. Tonight, Lord, through the day, through the hour, through the midnight hour, through the early doors, Spirit of the living God, Lord, we surrender. Help me, Lord, to surrender. But Lord, surround us with peace. Father, in the name of Jesus, wherever we are across this globe, Lord, as we kick the duvet off, as we get under the duvet, Lord, as we rise out of the front door of life. Father, in the name of Jesus, Lord, as we jump in the car, Lord, as we get on the aircraft, Lord, as we get, dear God, on the bus, on the tram, on the tube, Lord, wherever we are, whatever we are doing, as we are out for a walk, as we are in the gym. Lord, if we're at home making the home up, Lord, whatever we are doing, wherever we are, I pray right now that you will give us freedom. Lord, quiet our minds. Lord, stop the pots and the pans rattling and banging and clanging. Lord, it's been a long day, it's been a long week, it's been a long life. And we pray right now that the Spirit of the Lord will carry each and every one of us. And wherever we are, Lord, we thank you for that great book of Psalms, the beautiful book of Joshua. We believe that you have been telling us through the Joshua series to keep strong, keep in the word, and hold on to whatever the word tells us. So, Father, we hold on to faith right now, we hold on to the healing, we hold on to the miracles. And right now, Jesus, quiet my mind tonight. Lord, surround us with peace and love and mercy. And wherever we are, from London to Chicago, from Chicago to Zurich, from Zurich to Tel Aviv, from Tel Aviv to Christchurch, from Christchurch all the way to the Vatican City and Rome. Let your love and your mercy, dear God, come in. Lord, let the wave of love just carry us through this life today. And Lord, we believe that the power of God is with us. Help us to switch off. Help us not to think about tomorrow. Lord, we pray, dear God, right now that we will go deeper into a peace walk. Lord, as we are trying to sleep, help us. As we're trying to awake, help us. From the battlefield, Father, we pray for every one of us that is battling things in our lives. Lord, we know that the devil is a liar and the devil is under our feet, and you are giving us every place that the sole of our foot shall tread upon. It is our territory. Lord, help us not to let this book of the Lord depart from our mouth. But right now, Lord, the pots and pans of life, Father, it is getting the grip of our mind. And Lord, it feels like we are being overtaken by noise, by worry, by fear, by financial pressure. But Lord, we're going to rise in the name of Jesus. We're going to rise up in the power of the Holy Spirit. And right now, we thank you that we are well. All it is well. Lord, we want to hear the line of Judah. So from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the field of life, we pray for such an outpouring of your spirit, your love, your mercy, your saving grace. Father, protect everyone that is in the circle of our life. Set everyone through that is in the circle of our life. Lord, I pray for every listener wherever they are at this moment in time. Thank you to everybody that is listening to the back library, everybody that is new joining us today, wherever you are, as the sun rises, as the sun sets, we pray that the love of God and the spirit of the living God will be with you. Whatever your life is reflecting. Remember, never give up. God is talking through Joshua 1, verse 9. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid. Do not be discouraged. We're in the book of Joshua. We're praying through Joshua and we are in Psalm 23. The Spirit of the Lord is over you. Jesus, quiet my mind tonight and surround me with peace. May the Lord carry you. I'll catch you at the next prayer.
