Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Psalm 4:8 — Peace for Troubled Sleep and Restless Minds in the Early Hours
From London to Seoul, from Johannesburg to Vancouver, from Rome to Sydney — a global 3 A.M. prayer within the DailyPrayer.uk 24-Hour Cycle. Psalm 4:8 — “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.” John 14:27 — “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you… Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” Night-time searches rise sharply for “can’t sleep,” “racing thoughts,” “why am I anxious at night,” and “peace to rest.” The early hours amplify everything the heart carries — yet God speaks peace into this quiet darkness. PRAYER Father, in Jesus’ name, we pray over every restless heart awake at this hour. Still the racing thoughts, soften the anxiety, and break the cycle of fear. Lord, calm the mind that replays worries, soothe the body that cannot settle, and silence every internal storm. Cover those scrolling through the night seeking comfort, those battling nightmares, and those overwhelmed by loneliness. Let your peace fill bedrooms, hospital wards, workplaces, and night-shift stations. Draw listeners into a deep, secure rest. Guard them from fear, reset their breathing, quieten their spirit, and bring supernatural calm to mind and body. Lord, we receive the peace that only you can give. Amen. PRAYER POINTS prayer for restful sleep, prayer for calm thoughts, prayer for night peace, prayer for anxiety relief, prayer for slowed breathing, prayer for stillness, prayer for deep rest LIFE APPLICATION Before sleep, place your hand over your heart and speak John 14:27 aloud, letting God’s peace settle your breathing and thoughts. DECLARATION I declare that the peace of Christ governs my night and quietens my mind. CALL TO ACTION Share this prayer and visit DailyPrayer.uk for global devotional resources.

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Rover Van Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, and strength. Wherever you are today, around the world, let the love of God and let the peace of God just wrap you up and carry you. The Spirit of the Lord is over each and every one of us. We're saying goodbye to Christmas and Boxing Day. It is disappearing now. We are getting further away, and I pray that the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit, you know, whatever your life reflects, however you are looking at life, whatever lens you use, I pray that the love and the glory and the presence of Jesus Christ will just carry you. Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you for every listener right now. But we believe that you are the Lion of Judah, you are the great I am, you are Jehovah Jyreh, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. You are the great I Am. You are the way, the truth, and the life. Father, we thank you that Jesus Christ went to the cross of Calvary. And Father, as we have been celebrating the birth of Jesus over the last few days. Lord, I'm sorry, Lord, if we got caught in commercialization. I'm sorry, Lord, if we got caught in dear God commercial Christmas. And Lord, we just want to say, Lord, we come to the cross right now. And Lord, I thank you for the cross of Calvary. I thank you that there is peace at the cross. And Father, as we hold on to the beautiful book of Psalms 4, verse 8. In peace I will lie down and sleep. For you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety. Father, we need peace in our lives. Lord, and as we accelerate away from uh Christmas, and Lord, as we uh press towards January, Lord, as we face January right now, Lord, Father, we want to follow Jesus like never before. Lord, we're not worried, dear God, what the world is gonna do New Year's Eve, Lord. We just want to tell you right now that we are gonna give ourselves more and more and more to Jesus Christ. Lord, we are gonna surrender our lives, surrender all those pockets that no one don't see, those little hidden places, Lord, within the skin that we walk in and wherever we are gathering from London to Seoul, from Seoul to Johannesburg, from Johannesburg all the way to Vancouver, from Vancouver to Rome, to Italy, dear God, to Romania, from Romania to Bulgaria. Lord, we are praying all over Sydney and Australia and America. Let the spirit, let the power, let the love of God, and let the peace of God just transfer all around this beautiful globe. And today, at night, in the early doors, Father, as the sun rises, as the sun sets, Father, we lock in today. And Lord, we call on the greatest name in heaven and earth. And Father, we ask Jesus. Father, we call on Jesus, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And Father, will you pour out your spirit over each and every one of us? Will you strengthen us? Will you carry us? Lord, will you anoint us afresh? Father, I pray for the listeners and myself that we come to the cross right now. Lord, that we come to the cross at Calvary, Lord, and we surrender our lives to Jesus again and again and again. And I'm sorry, Lord, that I fail you. And Lord, we believe that there is peace today. We believe that peace is coming down the track of life. Lord, and we hold on to Psalm 4, verse 8. Not only do we hold on to that, but Lord, we rest on, we hold on, we walk with John 14 27. Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. Father, I pray this over every listener's heart today. Lord, I pray for those that can't sleep, those that have got racing thoughts, those that are anxious at night. Lord, those dear God that are laying there just staring at the ceiling above, those that are scrolling on their phone, those that just feel restless, that they're kicking their legs in the air, they don't know what to do to themselves. Father, we pray for peace. You are the God of Israel, you are the Father of Isaac, Jacob, and Abraham. You said, Let there be light in Genesis chapter 1, verse 3, and there was light. So Father, we thank you for the power of light, because Jesus says, I am the light of the world. And brother and sister, wherever you are at this moment, I declare that there is peace over your life, that the love of God is with you. And wherever you are at this hour, may the Spirit, may the power, may the love of Jesus Christ bring you rest and peace for your life. As we are accelerating towards January the 1st, I pray that as we hit January, we will be ready, we will be locked into the Word of God, and we just cry out to Jesus, Father, get me ready for the year that lies ahead. Spirit of the living God, bless the listeners wherever they are at this moment. Thank you for joining us for prayer today. And wherever you are, stay locked in and follow us for more daily devotions and uncountable podcasts. Right back in the back library.
