James 1:5 — Wisdom, Clarity, and Calm for the Decisions Before Me Today Scripture NIV: “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” Psalm 37:23 — “The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him.” From London to Vancouver, from Manila to Johannesburg, from São Paulo to Madrid — a global 12 P.M. prayer within the DailyPrayer.uk 24-Hour Devotional Cycle. As midday approaches, global search behaviour spikes around clarity, guidance, anxiety about decisions, and the need for reassurance. People everywhere seek stability and God’s wisdom for the practical, emotional, and spiritual pressures unfolding across this day. Prayer Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask for wisdom that is pure, peaceable, steadying, and strong. Many today feel overwhelmed, unsure which path to take, or burdened by financial strain, family responsibilities, health concerns, or internal conflict. Lord, bring clarity to the confused mind, calm to the anxious heart, and strength to those carrying unseen loads. Establish the steps of Your people. Order conversations, decisions, and timings. Remove chaos and bring divine alignment. Let Your peace rule over emotional storms. For those facing deadlines, uncertainty, or fatigue, release supernatural energy and confidence. Guide every choice. Let the atmosphere of this afternoon be marked by Your presence, Your direction, and Your unfailing wisdom.

SPEAKER_00:

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Van Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of hope, faith, and strength. Let's get straight into prayer. We're going to jump into the beautiful book of James, chapter 1, verse 5, and we're praying for wisdom, clarity, and calm and for a decision before today begins. We need decisions, Lord, to be answered. Lord, our thought pattern, our mind, our cognitive processing. Lord, we need to live by faith. Holy Spirit, will you bless the listeners today? Brothers and sisters, before we go any further, let's just remind ourselves every Sunday night, 9 p.m. UK time, we are live on X and also we are live on RB Christian Radio. Also, buy us a coffee, just a three pound a month. Thank you for those that are praying for us, standing with us, walking with us, dancing with us, singing with us, shouting with us, praying with us, whatever you are doing with us. The Spirit of the Lord is over us. Father, right now we come to you, Lord, on this beautiful hour. Lord, we lift up the greatest name in heaven and earth. Lord, we believe that the Lion of Judah, we believe in the Lion of Judah. We believe in Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. We believe, Father God, that you are moving through Israel. We believe that you are moving through every nation, every tribe, every tongue. We believe, Father, that every nation, dear God, all around the globe, Lord, you are moving by your power, your anointing. Spirit of the living God, I pray for breakthrough in our lives and wherever we are gathering for prayer. Lord, we believe that we got wisdom, we got clarity, we got calm for decisions that need to be made right now. Lord, I ask you, Lord, that we will walk in James chapter 1, verse 5. If any one of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault. Thank you for that, Lord. And it will be given to you. Father, I pray for wisdom for myself and for all the listeners. Lord, I pray that you'll give us wisdom, Lord, as we start to watch this new year start to unfold. And Lord, as we walk into January very, very soon, Lord, as we close that door, dear God, on December, as we close the door on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Lord, and as this day starts to arise, as the sun starts to lift, Father, in the name of Jesus, give us wisdom for the decisions that lie ahead. Give us strength, Lord. We believe that the Spirit of the Lord is over each and every one of us. Lord, and I ask you that you will bless the listeners from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet. Lord, wherever we are, from London, dear God, all the way to Vancouver, from Vancouver to Manila, Johannesburg, Lord, we believe that you are moving in Madrid, Barcelona, Tenerife, Spain. Lord, we believe that the love of God is moving so powerfully around the world. Every heart that is with me right now, bless them, cover them in the anointing of God. Lord, we believe that we hear the sound of revival. We believe that they hear the sound of heaven moving. We believe that God is blessing nations and tribes and tongues and human beings. Lord, we thank you that anxiety is going. Lord, we need the power of God in our lives. We need wisdom. Lord, show up in our lives. Lord, reveal yourself. Father, in the name of Jesus, we come to you and we ask again and again and again for wisdom that is pure, peaceable, steady, and strong. Lord, as we face the hour, as we face the day, Lord, family responsibilities, financial strain, the burden of breathing, the burden of living, the burden of going to work, the burden, dear God, that we have around us. Father, we pray that conflict will go, health concerns, dear God, will melt like wax. Anxiety will go. Father, give us strength to carry those unseen situations. Lord, as life unfolds before our very eyes, we believe that the fire of God is over our lives. And Lord, we're going to walk in glory. We're going to walk in the power. Lord, we are marked by the Holy Spirit. We are covered in the blood of Jesus Christ. And right now we pray that you will give us direction for the decision of our lives. Lord, we need clarity, wisdom, calm. Lord, align us with the word of God. And Lord, as we dig, Lord, as we dig into the foundations of the word of God, Spirit of the living God, bring peace and strength. Sisters and brothers, wherever you are around the world, may the Spirit of the Lord be over you today. Thank you for standing. Thank you for praying. Thank you for dancing with us. And join us on the social platforms for more daily devotions. You can find us on dailyprayer.uk. May the Spirit of the Lord carry you. Never give up until tomorrow.
