SPEAKER_00:

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Van Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, and strength. Let's go straight into prayer. Wherever you are, the Spirit of the Living God is over you. Today we're going to pray for strength, you know, as we get over Christmas, as we climb out of Boxing Day, as we're climbing into the first day. You know, may God bless you and strengthen you in the mighty name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. Do we realize that each and every one of us realize that He is the Lion of Judah? He is the great I am, He is Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nisi. We're going to jump uh into the book of Isaiah 40, verse 29. We're going to pray for the weariness, emotional crossing over coming from Christmas Day, Boxing Day, the lead up, obviously, the big lead up to Christmas Day and all that stuff, the Razmataz and all that that goes on. And we're just going to pray now that God will lead us into January. We'll get into January smooth and the Spirit of the Lord will just carry us and will give us strength. Father, we thank you for the word of God. Lord, and as there are many are having an emotional crash right now, Father, just coming out of Boxing Day, Lord, stretching into a normal day as if we can say normal. Father, we just pray right now for the love of Jesus Christ. Lord, as we try to recover, get some energy back, Lord, you are a good, you are a powerful God. You are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Father, we thank you for the birth of Jesus Christ. As we just celebrate the birth of Jesus. But Lord, as we push away now, dear God, commercialize December. And Lord, as we climb, as we push towards January, Lord, we believe that Isaiah 40, verse 29 is for each and every one of us. So Father, the Bible says he gives strength to the weary, increases the power of the weak. Father, increase that power to our bodies today. We pray, dear God, that those that are going for emotional overload, those, dear God, that feel their bodies about to crash. Lord, will you help us as many bodies and many hearts and minds just drop now because of the noise and the family strain is starting to decrease? The houses are becoming quieter, Lord. The situations are turning around. But Father, in the name of Jesus, we lift every listener before you, facing that emotional crash, the fatigue, the heaviness of what has just become of Christmas. And Lord, as suddenly we're finding that we're launching ourselves, sorry, just back into the reality of life. Father, where we've been spinning so many plates, we've been doing this, we've been doing that, balancing everything together. Lord, we just pray for that overwhelming feeling, dear God, of the noise, Lord, and the pressure and all that stuff. And those, dear God, that are feeling their bones are raking, those that feel drained from the pressure of commercialized December, and dear God, the crash of Christmas. This Christmas crash, Father, we pray as we just sit in the quiet moments, Lord, that we will just celebrate, we will breathe, and we will realize that Jesus Christ is the savior of the world. And wherever we are, from London to Manila, from Manila, all the way to Toronto, Mumbai, all the way to Sydney, Father, we pray for such an outpouring of your spirit right away across America, right away across Europe. Lord, we pray right now as we sit, as we record this live here in London, England. Lord, that you will restore us and we will find that balance. So we'll get back to where we was. And Lord, when we get back to where we was, Father, that we will grow and we will blossom. So Father, wherever we are at this moment in time, Lord, from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom, oh my God, all wherever we are right now, Spirit of the Living God, sitting on the sofa, dear God, still eating the chocolates, whatever we may be doing. Lord, I pray for strength and I pray for healing. We believe in the word of God. And Lord, we call right now on this word. Lord, we believe that Matthew 11, 28 is for each and every one of us right now. Jesus is saying, Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Christ will give you rest. You know, whatever is going on in your life as we're in this prayer time, let's just pray as we come to some form of a close as we dip and as we keep going, uh, as the new year starts to approach, a new a new month that is looking down our face. Let's just pray that God will strengthen us. So, Father, we just ask you right now that we will walk, dear God, in the scriptures. But you are calling us, Lord. You're telling us very loud and clear from Matthew 11, 28. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Father, I pray for rest over every listener's heart today. Lord, wherever they sit, Lord, in faith, out of faith, however they measure life, I pray, Lord, that you will bless them from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. It's been a privilege to stand with you, to pray with you, and just to get us through this time together. Please remember every Sunday night, 9 p.m., live prayer.
