Welcome to Christmas Week Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, and strength. We go straight into prayer. Isaiah 40:31 — “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength…” Psalm 73:26 — “God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” Across Boxing Day, global searches spike for “burnout,” “tiredness after Christmas,” and “emotional fatigue.” Many feel drained, overstretched, overwhelmed and struggling to reset. Father, in Jesus’ name, breathe strength into tired bodies and worn-out hearts. Heal those carrying December overload — the tension, the rushing, the late nights, the quiet worries behind the noise. Lift the mind fog, the heaviness, the pressure in the chest. Bring calm to those feeling behind, disappointed, or mentally overstretched. Restore those battling winter fatigue, chronic tiredness, and emotional weariness. Let your Spirit renew energy where motivation has collapsed. Give peace where exhaustion meets anxiety. Let midday hope rise again. Wrap every listener in your rest. Renew their strength like the eagle. Restore their equilibrium. Let them breathe again. prayer for strength, prayer for burnout, prayer for emotional fatigue, prayer for tiredness, prayer for renewal, prayer for midday strength, prayer for calm, prayer for restoration, prayer for motivation, prayer for God’s peace

SPEAKER_00:

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, and strength. Thank you so much for all those that are prime for us standing with us and being with us wherever you are. It is Boxing Day. It is a Friday, the 26th of December. It is 12 p.m. Have you got emotional fatigue and midday weariness? Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for our brothers and sisters around the world. And right now at this Christmas time, Father, wherever we are gathering, from London to New York, from New York all the way around America, from America to France to East Anball, dear God, all the way to Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, right the way around Asia, Spirit of the Living God. We pray for Holland and Switzerland. We pray that the love of God will be over Europe. Wherever we are in Jesus' name, I thank you for the listeners today. Right now at 12 p.m. here, dear God, on Friday, the 26th of December, Boxing Day. Spirit of the Living God. Lord, my voice is feeling tired. Lord, my body's feeling tired. Lord, we've had a real rough December, Jesus. We have been pushing everything to the limit. But the Spirit of the Lord is over each and every one of us. And I gotta hope in Jesus. I don't know about wherever you are right now, but Lord, strengthen our voice, strengthen our bones, strengthen our hope. And Lord, we pray on this boxing day across the world, Father, as anxiety spikes and as burnout spikes, as tiredness spikes, Father. We are praying, Lord, for tiredness after Christmas. We're praying, dear God, for emotional fatigue to go. Lord, as many of us feel drained just in our body, in our voice and our eyes, and we're so tired, we're exhausted. We're praying for everyone that feels overstretched, overwhelmed, and is struggling to reset. We pray for that reset in the name of Jesus. We pray that in the name of Jesus that we will breathe and we will find, dear God, that the Spirit of the Lord is with us. And Lord, we love you because you never leave us nor forsake us. Even when we're tired and we're rushing around, cooking dinners, tidying up, hovering up the house. Lord God, Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, you are the Lion of Judah. And as we have just recognized the birth of Jesus, Lord, now we want to recognize that Jesus Christ is the coming King. Lord, we believe that the second coming of Jesus is so close. But Lord, as we recover, as we try to recover to get over this December, Father, we are praying, Lord, for those that are battling winter fatigue, chronic tiredness, emotional weariness. Lord, we believe that the Spirit of the Lord is rising in our hearts. And Lord, we want to put Isaiah 40, verse 31, right in the middle of our day. Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. I've got to tell you, sister and brother, the Spirit of the Lord is with you. God is rising his glory in your life. Don't ever give up. Hold on tight. Jesus Christ is with you. There is power, there is anointing, there is love over your life. And wherever you're joining us from right now, from this studio, live in London, England, God is calling you. God loves you and God is with you. Those who hope in the Lord. Father, I pray that our hope will rise. I pray, dear God, that the love of God will be so strong. You are Yahweh, Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. You are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. You are the great I am. You are worthy of all praise. You are our Redeemer. But right now, Lord, we hold on to Psalm 73, verse 26. God is the strength. God is the strength of my heart and my portion forevermore. I've got to tell you that God is with you forevermore. Nothing can separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. And we're praying for strength. We're praying, dear God, for emotional burnout. We're praying for emotional fatigue. We're praying for tiredness. We're praying, dear God, for renewal and for the midday strength right now, Lord, wherever we are gathering around the world. Spirit of the living God, rescue us, Spirit of the Living God, restore us. Spirit of the living God, carry us wherever we are. I thank God for your life. Thank you for joining us all this year. For those uh thousands that join us day in, day out, right across the world. May the Spirit of the Lord be with you. Thank you for praying with us today. My name is Reverend Ben Cooper.
