Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Welcome to Christmas Week Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, and strength. We go straight into prayer. Psalm 46:10 — “Be still, and know that I am God. Isaiah 26:3 — “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” Across the globe this morning, stress symptoms rise sharply on Boxing Day — chest tightness, restless thoughts, emotional heaviness after Christmas gatherings, and the pressure of what lies ahead. Millions search for calm, focus, and inner stillness. Father, in Jesus’ name, I pray healing over every stressed and weary listener. Where hearts are racing, slow them. Where breathing is shallow, deepen it with peace. Where yesterday’s pressures linger, lift them off the shoulders of your people. Heal emotional tightness, calm nervous tension, silence the inner critic, and bring order to the thoughts that feel scattered. Let your stillness break through the noise of the season. Replace agitation with deep rest. Settle every mind that wakes too early with worry. Release fresh strength for today. Wrap every listener in the perfect peace that only you give.
prayer for stress relief, prayer for calm, prayer for emotional healing, prayer for racing thoughts, prayer for stillness, prayer for strength, prayer for inner peace Take three slow breaths and repeat: “God is here. God is steady. God is my peace today.” I declare that stress breaks and God’s stillness fills my whole being today. Share this prayer and visit DailyPrayer.uk for global devotional resources.

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, and strength. Brother and sister, we just want to say thank you so much for everybody that is praying for us, sending the prayers in. May the Spirit of the Living God be over you. Thank you so much for the downloads, the uncountable downloads. And for all those that are joining us right now across the world, come on, let's lock in. And for those also that are praying and for sowing a seed of love, for those that buy us a coffee at£3 a month, you know where that is. Hit that link in there. And also, I've just got to quickly say every Sunday night now at 9 p.m. UK time, we are on live prayer. You will find us on RB Christian Radio. Uh that is the studio from here where we are. We've got RB Christian Radio here and live on X, formerly known as Twitter. Let's pray, Father, in the name of Jesus. Lord, we come before you right at this hour, these early doors. Father, up boxing day, Father, at 5 a.m., December the 26th. Father, we're tired. Lord, it's been a heavy few days, Lord, and Father, we come before you in the beautiful name of Jesus. And we're asking for healing. And we're praying for healing for hearts, dear God, for lives, for situations. Father, will you heal us today? Lord, we believe in miracles. You are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And we just pray, dear God, that there will be breakthrough at every life, every area. Lord, come, Holy Spirit. Lord, pour out your spirit. But right now, Lord, we need healing. Healing from stress symptoms, Lord. Racing thoughts. Lord, the chest that's been tightening up. Lord, the arms that are raking, the backs that are sore. Lord, the mental fatigue that we've been carrying through commercialized December. Lord, I want to be still and know that you're God. I want to rest in the arms of Jesus. And I invite the listeners, sister and brother, wherever you are around the world, I want to draw you into this prayer time with me. I want to draw you right in. I know we ain't got no school runs. I know we ain't flying around, but life is extremely pressurized. Yeah, we've still got stuff to do, you know, clearing up, tidying up, you know, all that sort of stuff. But Father, in the name of Jesus, I invite the listeners wherever they are around the world. And Lord, we just pray that we will be still and know that you are God. So Lord, we believe that Psalm 46, verse 10 is for each and every one of us. Be still and know that I'm God. Lord, it's been hectic. Lord, it's been quite scary at certain times in December. Lord, we've been pressurized with family, we've been pressurized with work, ministry, church, all the rah-rah-ra of life. Now, Lord, we come to you right now and we pray for the love of Jesus Christ just to settle us down. I pray, Father God, as New Year's Eve is approaching and all that rasmataz what the world does. I pray, Lord, that we won't get in engaged in that, so to speak, but we will just sit and be still and we will rest in the arms of Christ and we will just, dear God, just be saturated in the Holy Spirit because Lord, we got to be still and know that you're God. Lord, on this boxing day, Lord, at these early doors, Lord, as we kick the duvet off, Lord, we're too tired to even get out of bed. Lord, I just pray right now, Lord, for the noise of the house, Lord, not to affect us, the noise of life not to affect us. So Lord, as we lean into the beautiful book of Isaiah 26, verse 3, you will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast because they trust in you. Lord, we trust in you. But Lord, at this early morning, Father, as fear starts to rise, Lord, as the land is starting to move, as Father, we're starting to hear the vibrations of the world, Lord, moving in our lives. We're praying, dear God, for the tightening of the chest to go, the body, dear God, the fatigue, dear God, the restless thoughts to go, Lord, the mental clarity, Father, bring us stability, the emotional heaviness. Father, we thank you that Jesus Christ is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. But as millions, Father, are trying to search for calm and focus and inner stillness, we're praying for inner stillness. In the name of Jesus, we pray, dear God, that you will steady every heart, every mind, every body, every soul where hearts are racing. Slow them down right now. Lord, bring our breath to a nice shallow breathing where we can breathe and relax. And no, dear God, it's all said and done. But right now, Lord, bring hope to every life. Bring hope to every home right now, Lord. I thank you for every listener that is with me right now, that has stood with us all through this Christmas season, all through this commercialization. I thank you, Lord, that they've stayed with me when I've been coughing and stumbling for my words, exhausted and worn out, doing all this stuff. I thank you for every listener that is with me. May the Spirit of the Lord be with you. Thank you for praying with us today. For more daily devotions, follow us on the social platforms at dailyprayer.uk. God bless.
