Philippians 4:7 — Healing Prayer for Stress Symptoms, Panic, Chest Tightness, Racing Thoughts and Emotional Overload — “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Psalm 94:19 — “When anxiety was great within me, Your consolation brought me joy.”  PRAYER Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we lift before You every listener battling the physical weight of stress. Lord, You see the chest tightness, the trembling, the breathlessness, the racing thoughts, the knot in the stomach, the waves of panic that come without warning. You see the emotional exhaustion, the burnout, the December pressure that squeezes the heart and drains the mind. Lord, we ask right now for supernatural peace to guard hearts and minds. Let Your presence calm the body. Slow the breathing. Release the tension from the chest. Silence the internal pressure. Let the nervous system settle under Your authority. We pray healing from stress-induced symptoms: dizziness, shaking, panic spikes, emotional overload, heaviness, and fear of collapse. Jesus, step into the overwhelm. Break the cycle of fear about fear. Break the pattern of spiralling thoughts. Bring clarity where the mind feels fogged. Bring rest where the heart feels overstretched. From London to Toronto, from Nairobi to Singapore, from Belfast to Sydney — breathe Your peace across the earth. Lord, replace panic with stillness, fear with courage, tightness with release, overload with strength. Guard the hearts of Your people. Guard their minds. Guard their breath. Guard their emotions. Jesus, be their anchor today. Amen.

SPEAKER_00:

Welcome to Daily Prayer. We're myself Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of prayer, hope, and strength. Sisters and brothers, we are in, we are straight in. Let's lift up the name of Jesus Christ over every emotion, over every symptom, over every fear, and over every tear. Father, in the name of Jesus, we come to you and Father, we pour our hearts out to you at this hour. Lord, whether it's the morning, the evening, in the middle of the day, Father, wherever we are at night, Father, whatever nation we're in, whatever tribe, whatever tongue we're from, Lord, I pray that you help us to kick off the duvet. Lord, that we will get out the house, we'll get to school, we'll get to work, we'll get on the food run, we'll get on the school run. Lord, we'll get on the rugby field of life and we'll lock down in prayer together and we'll carry each other. Lord, we pray for healing today. We're praying for healing from stress symptoms. Lord, if any brother and sister, Lord, is having a panic right now, Lord, take the panic, take the anxiety away now in the name of Jesus Christ. Father, for those that feel that their chest is tightening right up. Father, for the thoughts that are racing and the emotional overload. Father, I pray that the love of Jesus Christ, Lord, will come down like a flood. I thank you that anxiety is being lifted, that panic is being lifted. Lord, that the chest is feeling relief right now. Lord, loosen the chest muscles. Father, take away the racing thoughts. Spirit of the living God, we thank you for the beautiful book of Philippians 4. Lord, we believe that Philippians 4, verse 7 is for every listener right now. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Lord, we lay in this word. Lord, we rest in this word. We hold our place in this word. We believe in the peace of God. Lord, we need this peace today. We need this peace at the midnight hour. Lord, we're fighting, dear God, on the ground root, the grassroots of life. Lord, we're fighting right at grassroots level to keep it together. Lord, we're having a long day at work. Lord, the kids are driving us mad. Lord, the family is just completely AWOL. Lord, and we can't seem to get stability. Lord, our chest is tightening. Our thoughts are racing. There's emotional overload. Lord, work is driving me mad. Church, dear God, I don't know why I'm going. Lord, ministry, Lord, God, help us in the name of Jesus. Lord, I pray for everyone that is really stressed at this season. And they will heal the calming and they will fill the beautiful words of heaven. Father, I pray that you will speak to every mind right now. You will speak to every heart right now. Lord, for those that are suffering with stress symptoms, that they will be, Lord God, blessed and highly favored. And we take courage right now. Lord, replace panic with stillness, fear with courage. Lord, tightness with calm. Lord, we pray right now for overload, Lord God, for overload to go, dear God, and strength to come. Guard people's hearts in the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. But Lord, we need our Jesus. We need our God. And right now, from London to Tokyo, from Tokyo to Japan, from Japan all the way to Oslo, from Oslo to Tel Aviv, from Tel Aviv to Sydney to Belfast. Lord, we pray wherever we are capturing our voice. Lord, on the platforms right now, Lord on RB Christian Radio, wherever we are listening, Lord, whatever we are engaging this voice of mine to, Lord, we need breakthrough at every level. Break the cycle of fear. Break the chains of adversity. Smash, dear God, these thoughts of scared, of feeling. Lord, they are spiraling out of control. Lord, break the pattern. Lord, we are spiraling down, but Lord, we're not going to spiral down. We're going to rise on wings as of eagles. We are children of the living God. And we believe that we are healed from stress symptoms right now across this world, across the globe. The Spirit of the Lord is over you, sister and brother. Don't ever give up. Lord, I pray right now that their hearts will feel the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit. Lord, and we pray, Psalm 34, verse 19, when anxiety is great within me, your compassion brought me joy. Lord, let the love of God bring me joy. Let the power of the word bring me peace today. Sisters and brothers, wherever you are gathering across the world, may the spirit and may the power of the Lord be over you today. And thank you for joining us today on dailyprayer.uk. Follow us on the social networks until tomorrow, dailyprayer.uk. God bless.
