Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England. Well, the world gathers for five minutes. Faith, hope, and strength. Thank you for joining us today. Wherever you are across the world, the Spirit of the Living God is over us. We are still in the month of December, and as we are going to press in right now, we're praying for overthinking. We're praying for mental overload and emotional clutter. Have you got any of those? Come on, let's get straight into prayer. We thank you for your prayer support. We thank you for those that are standing with us, walking with us, and thank you for staying with us on this prayer time. Come on, let's let's get into prayer together. Come on, Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you for the power of the word of God. And each one of us, Lord, that has got clutter in the mind, we pray, Father, that you will remove the clutter and we will find that our minds are free. Lord, you tell us who the sun sets free is free indeed. But right now, Lord, as we gather around the world, we pray for every one of us that is overthinking. Lord, the mind, dear God, the power of the mind, the brain, the cognitive processing. Father, we're asking you right now, Lord, that we won't overthink. Lord, if there's anything, Lord, in our lives, we seem to overthink. We over-engineer every situation. And Lord, we pray for the fire of God and the love of God. We pray that the Holy Spirit will help our minds to be calm. And Lord, wherever we are gathering, we're asking you, Father, for mental overload and emotional clutter. Lord, that noise in my head, Father, it's so loud some days. Lord, the fear, the doubts, the ifs, the buts, the possibilities, the maybes. Lord, I need, dear God, for you to clear my mind in the name of Jesus Christ. Father, I just asked and I pray that you'll sweep for our hearts today. You'll sweep for our minds, Lord. Give us clean hands and a pure heart. I pray that the love of God and the fire of God and the power of the Holy Spirit will keep us safe. From London to Toronto, from Toronto, Singapore, Lord God, Madrid and Sydney. Father, Australia and Lord, also we pray right now for Jamaica and Canada, Lord, and Israel. Father, we pray for these nations wherever we are, but whatever nation we are in, we pray that the love of God will be with each and every one of us. And right now, we hold in to Romans 12, verse 2. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. I pray that our minds will be renewed. I pray that our minds, dear God, will be restored. I pray, dear God, for the pattern of this world, that we won't conform to the pattern of this world, but we'll have our minds transformed today by the power of the Holy Spirit. That your goodness, your mercy, your love, your saving grace, Father, we thank you for Romans 12, verse 2. Do not conform to the pattern of the world. Father, I ask you that we, us, me, every one of us, will not conform to the pattern of the world. Spirit of the living God. We ask, Lord God, that the Holy Spirit will lead us in paths of righteousness. And Lord, our mind at this season, at this hour, Lord, the overthinking, the mental overload, the emotional clutter that is going on right now. Lord, pour out your spirit over each and every one of us. Father, we thank you for Psalms 46, verse 10. Be still and know that I'm God. Lord, I've got to be still. Lord, my thoughts are racing. Lord, there is mental overload. Lord, there is overthinking right now in the name of Jesus. We claim the word over our lives. We believe in the spirit of the living God. And Lord, how do I quieten my mind? Lord, emotional clutter. Lord, at the hour, Father, whether we're trying to sleep, whether we're trying to rise, whether we're just getting ready for school, for work, whatever we may be doing, Lord, I pray, Lord, for an outpouring of your spirit over our lives. And Lord, will you deal with the emotional clutter? Will you deal with, dear God, our minds racing away with the ifs, the buts, the possibilities, the maybes? Lord, we want to lean into the gospel of Jesus Christ and the battle of overthinking, the emotional clutter and the mental overload, Lord, quiet this noise in my head. Father, it drains me of strength. It exhausts us. And Father, we come to the Word of God right now. Lord, help us, Father, where our thoughts, dear God, are just scattered. Lord, we feel that our thoughts are just all over the place. Lord, we can't seem to concentrate. We can't seem to think right. We need the power of the Holy Spirit. Transform our thinking, transform our minds. And wherever we are, we pray that the love of God, we're praying for the clarity of mind, we're praying for peace of mind. We're praying for peace. We're praying for calm thoughts. We're praying for an emotional balance. We need strength right now, and we're praying for mental healing. Spirit of the living God, I ask you that you'll sweep for our hearts today. And wherever we are gathering, let the power, let the glory, let the love of Jesus Christ refresh us and restore us. Lord, bless the listeners from the crown of their head to their sole of their feet in the mighty name, in the beautiful name of Jesus. Be blessed, be strong. God is with you. Never give up. The Spirit of the Lord is over you. Please, brother and sister, remind yourself to follow us on dailyprayer.uk. You can follow us on the social networks.
