Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Show Notes
As the clock strikes midnight, the weight of tomorrow often presses hardest. Fear whispers of uncertainty, anxiety steals rest, and countless souls search for “a prayer to stop overthinking.” Yet 1 Peter 5:7 holds the divine answer — release it. God never meant for you to carry what only He can hold.
From London to Manila, Nairobi to Toronto, people lie awake fighting invisible battles. But where fear shouts, God whispers peace. His care is not conditional; His comfort is not distant. Every anxious thought becomes a point of connection when turned into prayer.
Tonight we pray for release — from fear, from sleeplessness, from mental pressure. The peace of God is not delayed; it is already available. Rest begins the moment you let go.

Wherever you are, we welcome you right now to the to the throne of grace. Come on, we're gonna pray today. Whatever the hour is, the midnight hour, we're praying for freedom from fear. That word fear is now coming up a lot over the last number of months. It's coming up in every prayer time, it's it's right the way through the thread of life. But the Bible clearly talks about that in the end day. So it's nothing for us to be worried about, is the word fear. But fear is such a powerful emotion. You know, what a funny thing to say, nothing for us to be fearful of is the word fear. You know, anxiety and worry, we've got to pray right now against it. We've got to come into the word of God and we've got to stand and we've got to rise. Come on, brother and sister, wherever you are today. Father, I thank you for the book of 1 Peter, chapter 5, verse 7. And the Bible says, cast all your anxieties onto him because he cares for you. So, Father, wherever we are right now across the world, we believe in the blood of Jesus. We believe that we are born-again, spirit-filled believers. And at this midnight hour, as the clock strikes midnight, Father, we pray that the weight of tomorrow will go right now in the name of Jesus. Lord, as we are overthinking about tomorrow, Father, we're thinking about what happened yesterday, when we're thinking about what happened this morning, two hours ago, 15 minutes ago. Lord, I pray that you will clear our mind right now. Lord, when fear whispers down the corridor of life, Father, when anxiety tests us and takes us to the end of the tarmac. Father, we pray right now that we will call on the greatest name in heaven and earth. And Lord, that we will speak the name of Jesus over our lives. And Father, wherever we are gathering, Lord, we need the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. Lord, we need our daily bread. Today, give us today our daily bread. You are the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. And we got to walk with you and we want peace in our lives. We want understanding. And Lord, wherever we are, we pray, dear God, whatever hour it may be, that the listeners, the brothers and sisters around the world will hear the whisper of peace through the word of God. All the way from Mamila, all the way, dear God, Toronto, from Toronto, dear God, all the way to Geneva, from Geneva, all the way, dear God, to the Atlantic Ocean and around the coastline of that. Father, we pray right now for all the coastline of the world. Father, we pray, dear God, for the coastline of the UK. We circle it, Lord, and we say, Lord, bless the shorelines. Lord, we pray, dear God, that you will pour out your spirit over America, over California, dear God, over Egypt, dear God, over Istanbul, all the way through Europe, Ukraine, Spirit of the Living God, Poland, dear God, we can't ask you right now that you will pour out your spirit and the love of God will be so strong. Father, we need you in our lives, and we want to connect with the word of God. And tonight we pray for release. We pray for freedom. We pray that fear will go. And anyone that is suffering with sleepness uh areas of life, Lord, a mental pressure, today will be the day where they get breakthrough. And Lord, we thank you for the peace of God and we declare the peace over our lives today. And Lord, we ask you that you'll strengthen our innermost being. Lord, from freedom, dear God. We ask freedom from fear, that we will get free from fear and anxiety. Lord, that we will stand on the word of God and the peace of mind and the calm at night time. Those that are struggling with worry and stress, Father, give us relief from panic, attacks, and fears and tensions and doubts. Lord, all those complicated ways of thinking that we do. Lord, open our head, our mind, our spirit, our body. Lord, bring us to the cross of Calvary because Lord, we want our mental health to be clear. We want our focus to be powerful. Well, dear God, we want this emotional stress to go at the name of Jesus. Lord, we pray that you'll give us strength today. Lord, at the midnight hour, Lord, that we will wake right now and we will feel the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit. And Lord, we want to make a life application. Every time that we feel anxious, Lord, we want to turn into prayer. Every time we feel worried, we want to turn into prayer. And Lord, I thank you, Lord, that we are going to turn worry into worship. And I cast all my cares onto you, Lord, because you care for us. And Lord, we pray that your peace will guard our hearts and our minds, and the power of God will come alive in our spirit. And we want to share this midnight prayer with the brothers and sisters around the world. And wherever they are, Lord, bless them from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet. Brother and sister, the spirit of the Lord is over you wherever you are. Don't give up, and the power of God is in your life. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. Until tomorrow, stay blessed.
