Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Show Notes
The final prayer of the day is not a prayer of effort — it is a prayer of release. Psalm 4:8 is one of the top-searched night scriptures because the world is anxious, sleepless, overloaded and fearful of tomorrow. But this verse declares that rest is not found in money, success, medicine, or security systems — it is found in God alone.
From London to Seoul, Vancouver to Lagos, millions fight silent battles in their minds at night. But where anxiety drains, God restores. Where fear grips, God guards. Where the world lies awake, the believer lies down in peace — not because life is perfect, but because God is present.
Tonight we pray for supernatural rest, deep sleep, and the lifting of mental pressure. You are not alone in the night — the Lord is your Keeper.

Come on, we're in. We're in Psalm 4, verse 8. Whatever your time is, however you are measuring life, we pray that you will find the love of Jesus Christ over your life. We are praying for rest, safety, deep peace in the presence of God. Father, we thank you for that beautiful prayer of David, the Psalms of David, Psalm 4, verse 8. Father, in peace I will lie down and sleep. For you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety. Father, I pray for the listeners that are suffering with sleep issues today. I pray, dear God, that they will sleep well. Lord, that they will rest in the name of Jesus. I pray for those that have overworked themselves today. I pray for those that have overthought situations today. Lord, we pray right now from Lagos to Vancouver, from Vancouver to Seoul, from Seoul, dear God, all the way through the Balaric Islands. Father, Russia, India, China, Lord, New York, Hong Kong, Japan. Father, in the name of Jesus, right the way through the Philippines. Dear God, we pray that you will stir hearts and minds and bodies today, that we will know that Jesus Christ is our Redeemer and because He lives, we can face tomorrow. Lord, and as the world sleeps, God remains awake. God in every soul and every mind and everyone in Jesus' name. Father, we thank you that we are entrusted to you. And tonight at this hour, as we are trying to rest, Father, we pray that you will remove all the spiritual agitations. Father, as we are trying to sleep, we pray that we will get the correct amount of sleep. Lord, as we lie down and as we find, dear God, this place of rest in Christ Jesus, will you strengthen us from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet? Lord, we believe in the power of prayer. We believe right now at the top of the hour. We believe in the midnight hour. We believe as the sun is rising. We believe, dear God, as the moon is rising in the heavens above us, the stars are in this starry host above our heads tonight. We believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe in creation. We believe in the word of God. And Lord, as we sleep right now, I pray that you will carry everybody today. Lord, that they will find a place of rest. Lord, we declare this Bible verse over our lives. Father, we pray as millions fight sleepless nights, as millions fight, dear God, that silent ache, dear God. Father, I pray right now from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the hoover, from the hoover to the school run, from the school run to the coffee run, from the coffee run to the golf course, from the golf course to the church, from the church, dear God, to every workplace, every school, every tribe, every tongue, every color, every nation. Father, Spirit of the living God, we need supernatural rest for our lives because we are weary and we're tired. And Father, we thank you that our God doesn't sleep or slumber, that there is power in the name of Jesus. Will you take us deeper into the Word of God? Lord, when fear grips, God, I thank you that you give us peace. Lord, when we wake in the early hours, sweating and fatigue and exhausted and headaches and feeling clammy and unwell. Father, we need supernatural rest today. Lord, tonight we pray for supernatural rest, deep sleep, and pray, dear God, that our minds will take and be taken away from the pressure of thinking. Lord, I want to tell the listeners that they're not alone. I want to tell the listeners that Jesus Christ is in their life. I want to tell the listeners tonight that peace and rest is over you. I want to tell the listeners now, peace and love through the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Come, Holy Spirit, we pray that anxiety as it raced through our mind. We pray, dear God, for insomnia. We pray for night fears. We pray for the terrors of night. We pray for the presence of God to bring calm to mind, emotional healing while sleeping. Father, we pray as we work and as we live that we will find that our batteries are being charged, that we are not exhausted, that we are refreshed, and the Spirit of the Living God is renewing our strength today. Lord, we believe sleep is an action of faith. So tonight, Lord, wherever we are, let us rest. Come, Holy Spirit. I will rest in peace. God is my safety, my shield, and my rest. Let's make this a call of action. Share this prayer tonight before we go to bed. Partner with us today and walk in the word of God. Wherever you are, you are bloodwashed, sanctified, you are a child of the living God. May God carry you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Stay blessed until tomorrow.
