Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Scripture (NIV)
“Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place.” — Ephesians 6 : 14 (NIV)
Show Notes
Truth and righteousness are the foundations of every strong life. Ephesians 6 : 14 reminds us that integrity protects the soul and that righteousness guards the heart. Prayer fastens these virtues in place, helping believers stand firm when the world shifts.
From London to Berlin, from Seoul to Cape Town, voices rise in prayer for honesty, purity, and faithfulness. When truth is challenged, God’s Word remains steady; when hearts grow weary, His righteousness renews them. Standing firm begins not with power but with purity—with a heart aligned to what is right.
Let this midday prayer clothe you in truth and righteousness. When you live with honesty before God and others, strength becomes peace, and peace becomes power.

Thank you for joining us today on our daily Christian prayer podcast. As we gather for prayer, as we hold on to the word of hope, as we lock shields together for these quick-fired commuter five-minute times of prayer together, as we worship through the word, as we stand on the rock of all ages, please, please, please, please pray. Please, there's a lot of spiritual warfare at that moment, and we need your prayers. We are locking in together because we belong to the daily prayer family. This is not an organization, this is not an organization in any way, shape, or form. This is brothers and sisters across the world standing strong on the gospel of hope. Because we can't lean into church, we can't lean into the establishment, we can't lean into the world, we gotta get in Jesus. We've got to get in Christ like never before. We've got to get in the word and we've got to get hold of the word, and we've got to take the word, we've got to live in the word, we've got to run in the word, we've got to pray in the word, we've got to worship in the word. There is change on the horizon, and God is drawing you out of the mud and the mire. You've been through some spiritual battles that other people wouldn't have made it. You've been through some serious crises where other people wouldn't have made it. You've been caught in situations where anyone else would have never made it. But there is something about your life, there is something about you, and God has called you, and God is not gonna let you go. You are his righteousness, you are his blessing, you are his child, you are his son, you are his daughter. He's numbered the hairs on your head, and he loves you. Your family ain't gonna wipe you out, your colleagues ain't gonna wipe you out. Those narcissistic relationships that we've been in are not gonna wipe us out. Don't take no notice of the plastic people on social media. Stand strong today, because the battle is the Lord. I want you to tell you now, I want to tell you now, do your buckle up, do the belt up around your waist, because God is about to do something marvelous in your life. We're in the book of Ephesians, chapter 6, verse 14. These prayers are critical. Please read the show notes, read them prayer points, take them home with you, lay in your bed, you know, wherever you are, sit in your van as you walk the dog, just read those show notes on your phone. Pray right now, pray. Come on. We gotta lock shields together. You know, God is about to cut chains in your life, God is cutting umbilical cords. The Bible is very clear, and we are living in the last days. We're waiting for the second coming of the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. But if you need prayer, hit us up in the studio on info at dailyprayer.uk. Come on, send us in an email. You know, let us know what nation you're in. Oh my god, may God bless you. Thank you for your prayers. But if you can support this ministry, please do so by hitting the hyperlink in the name of Jesus Christ and just supporting us because this is a listener-supported ministry, just three pounds a month. Now, I want to tell you something now, and it's coming out of the book of Ephesians 6 14. Stand firm for it is prayer time because this is prayer. Prayer is conversation, prayer is chatting, it's not rolling on the floor, barking like dogs, jumping on one leg, just because pastor says it prayer comes from within, and it's conversation. And Father, I thank you for the book of Ephesians, chapter 6, verse 14. Lord, I thank you that the listeners are standing firm. Father, I thank you that they got the belt of truth buckled around their waist with the breastplate of righteousness in place. I believe, Lord God, that truth and righteousness is their foundation. I believe, dear God, that the word of God is their place, dear God. I believe right now that you are giving them integrity. I believe, Father, that their hearts are right with you. I believe, dear God, in the power of prayer. I understand, God, that the word of God is alive and powerful. But I'm praying for those listeners that just feel really tired tonight, that feel really exhausted at this hour. Wherever they are, from Berlin, Germany, Lord God, from Cape Town, all the way around the Belaric Islands, Lord God, to Malta, dear God, to Fiji, to China. Father, I pray that the love of God will be over everyone and the belt of truth will be done up tight. Lord, that we lift our hands and we pray to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Lord, when we are challenged by the world, Father, we just say, I belong to Jesus. Lord, when we're tired and the devil is trying to beat us down, we just say, devil, get under my feet in the name of Jesus, because I'm a child of the living God. I'm blessed and highly favored, I'm wonderfully, unfearfully made. Don't mess with me, because I ain't worried about me. But have you sinned my God? Have you sinned my king? Cancer, don't mess with me. Heart disease, don't mess with me. Fear, don't mess with me. Worry, don't mess with me. Or well, don't mess with me, because I'm not going to bend into your way. Because I'm I'm a man, I'm a woman of the word of God. I believe in the word of God, and the battle belongs to the Lord. I believe we're anointed. I believe we're born again. I believe that we're spirit-filled. I believe in the coming king. I believe in the spirit. I believe in the word of God. I believe that my God is about to anoint you. Yes, you're anointed, but God is about to give you double for your trouble. The God that you serve is running in your life. The God that you serve is before you. He's your north, he's your east, he's your west, he's your south, he is everything. He is Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. He is the first and the last. He is your savior. You are grafted into the kingdom. Nothing can separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. No weapon forged against us shall prosper. There is power in the word of God. Oh, sister Mark, God is telling you right now, get in the word. Get in the word and get in prayer. Don't worry about that secular Christianity worship. You worship through Psalm 23. Don't worry about the latest trends on the social media. You get in Psalm 91. You pray like you've never prayed before. You shout in the name of Jesus. You claim the blood over your life, your family, over your work. You tell the devil, get under my feet. I'm blessed. I'm soaring on wings as of eagles. Father, I pray for unity for believers in the truth. I pray, dear God, that we will walk in honesty and in faith. I pray right now that we will walk in justice and mercy. Lord, we speak truth and power and hope over the listeners today. Lord, I thank you that their hearts are filled. Out of their belly shall flow rivers of living water. I believe in the power of God is with them now. And I believe, and as we declare right now, that our belt is done up tight today. Lord, I thank you that the belt of truth is done up tight, Lord, and we hold all things together. Because Galatians, oh my God, Galatians, you want to need to read Galatians. It's a great book. Galatians chapter 1, uh, verse 15 through to 20. Read what it says. Christ is the image of the invisible God. And I want to tell you right now that God is with you. Spirit of the living God, I pray for peace. I pray for hope. I pray that we stand firm on the buckle of truth. We stand on the word of truth. That buckle around our waist. Spirit of the living God, supercharge us today. Fill us to the full measure. So we feel the power in our bones. We feel the power in our DNA. Lord, I thank you, Lord, that we are running. We are walking. Wheelchairs are no more. Walking aids are no more. We can hear right now. We are seeing like we've never seen before. Lord God, we are believing like we've never believed before. We're dreaming like we've never dreamt before. Because we're dressed in the armor of God. And we choose purity, we choose righteousness. We choose to follow the King above all kings. We choose to follow our God. And I pray, God, I ask you right now for every listener will rise today. Out of the ashes, there might be carnage around your life, but the King is with you. God bless. Until tomorrow, never give up.
