Galatians 5 : 22 — Prayer for Peace, Calm, and Freedom from Anxiety

Recorded live here in London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope.

Scripture (NIV)

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness.” — Galatians 5 : 22 (NIV)

Show Notes

Peace is not the absence of chaos — it is the presence of Christ. Galatians 5 : 22 tells us that the fruit of the Spirit is peace — a peace that guards the heart when fear rises and anxiety shouts. This prayer invites the listener to rest in God’s calm, to breathe deeply again, and to remember that Jesus is still Lord over every storm.

Recorded live here in London, this prayer reaches out to those across the world — from New York to Nairobi, from Israel to Indonesia — who are searching for inner stillness in a world that never slows down. You may feel surrounded by noise, deadlines, or conflict, but the Spirit of peace is whispering, “Be still and know that I am God.”

Let this moment remind you: you are not forgotten, and you are not fighting alone. God’s peace is your inheritance, not your reward. You don’t need to earn it — you just need to receive it.

Declare this over your life today: “The peace of God guards my heart and mind in Christ Jesus.”
