Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Thank you for joining us today on our daily Christian prayer podcast with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England. You know, where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. We're in these quick-fired five-minute commuter prayers. You might be, as I always say, run into the coffee machine, run into Starbucks, run into Costa, you might be in McDonald's drive-thru. You might be wherever you are, grabbing yourself some food. You might be taking the kids swimming. You might be on the school run. You might be sitting and relaxing. You might be resting. You might be at work. You might be on the treadmill of life, the treadmill in the gym. You might be cutting the grass, cleaning the car. You might be listening to us on the radio, RB Christian Radio. You might be just doing life and whatever you're doing. But I want to tell you now that there is healing in your life. I want to tell you now, don't worry. I've gone through many years where I've worried so much. It's ruled me. It has taken over my life. Early mornings, waking up in sweat and anger and scared of the day. Sometimes I'm going to let you into a little secret, my sisters and brothers. I still wake up scared. Some days I wake up in a literal sweat. I'm frightened of what the day's gonna happen. I'm scared even though I do what I do and I pray like I pray and I preach and teach and a lead pastor in this church, podcasting, books, this, that, chaplaincy, I still get scared. I still get worried. I still feel very lonely in my life. But I have to get a grip. And what do you mean, Ben? I have to say in the morning, God help me. Sometimes I'll wake up in a pool of sweat saying, please, Jesus, I can't face the day. I ain't got the energy. But I just keep praying, please, God help me. Help me when I get out of this bed. Help me to change my atmosphere, my understanding. Help me, dear God, to be faithful to your word today. Lord, take the fears today away. We're in the book of 2 Timothy chapter 1, verse 7, and this is a beautiful scripture. It says, For the Spirit of God, He didn't give us a spirit of timidity, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline. The back end of that scripture in prayer says, But give us power. You got power to overcome. Not because of your strength, but because of Jesus. Because of the word of God, He's in your life. You've got love all around you. You've got self-discipline. You've got God. And I pray right now through this gentle prayer, as we record this live here in London, England, as we pray together, I ask God that He will strengthen you now in the quietness of this prayer. I pray for healing from fear. I pray for anxiety, for relief. I pray for peace of mind. I pray for courage. The prayer for mental strength. The prayer for calming chaos. Lord, these are crises that hit me very frequently. Lord, sometimes I feel my heart beating so fast it's in my throat. Sometimes, Lord, I'm scared. Sometimes, God, I don't want to go asleep at night because I can't face tomorrow. Sometimes I can't, Lord, shut my eyes because I'm overtired and I'm scared about tomorrow. Lord, I need the Holy Spirit in my life more than ever before. I need you to fill all of us, Lord, with the power and the love and a sound mind. I need these chains, these chains of worry to be broken, and I need these shackles to be removed now in the name of Jesus. I need the peace of God in the silence of panic and confusion. I need now that God, as I walk, as I run, as I move, as I drive, as I rest, as I go through the storms of being a human being, I need your spirit to keep me strong in these storms. Lord, I thank you that fear has no power anymore. That fear doesn't have the final safe say, but faith does. And I ask you right now to help us to breathe. I pray for those that are struggling to breathe right now. Lord, I pray, dear God, that you will get air and oxygen into their lungs, God. I pray that we will feel the breath of heaven. I pray that fear has no home in my life. Fear has no home in the listener's life. But the Spirit of the Lord does. Because there is power in us, there is love in us, there is self-control, and we are alive through Jesus Christ. And I ask God right now for this for you. I pray freedom from anxiety and panic attacks, healing from stress, worry, and mental exhaustion, peace and calm through the Holy Spirit, faith to overcome fearful thoughts and doubts, divine protection against fear that is so stubborn. I pray that God's presence to replace anxiety with peace, healing from sleepless nights and inner turmoil. I pray for renewal and courage and confidence in God's plan. I pray that God will give you spiritual stability and strength in uncertain days. I pray that we will be thankful that the Spirit of the Lord is over us. And right now we thank you that the Spirit, the Holy Spirit, is in our lives. And we want to tell the world around us now that we rise today, that we will not be anxious, but today is the day of breakthrough. And I want to tell the world through this life application when fear rises, speak faith. Your peace is stronger than your panic. And I want to tell the world through this declaration, I reject fear and receive power, love and sound mind through Jesus Christ. I ask you for breakthrough. I ask you that the listeners will find peace and rest in the greatest name in the name of Jesus. But today, Lord, through that beautiful book of 2 Timothy chapter 1, verse 7. For the Spirit of God gave us, He does not and has not given us timidity, but the power, the love of self control. 2 Timothy chapter 1, verse 7. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. May God bless you for this still prayer time, and may the Holy Spirit lead you until tomorrow.
