Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Show Notes
Welcome to the Daily Christian Prayer Podcast with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope.
Prayer for Forgiveness, Prayer for Inner Healing, Prayer for Letting Go, Prayer for Emotional Freedom, Prayer for Past Hurts, Prayer for Restoration in Relationships — these are some of the most searched prayers across the world right now. And the Word of God speaks straight into it: “Forgive as the Lord forgave you.”
Unforgiveness keeps the soul in chains; forgiveness breaks the prison door wide open. When you forgive, you’re not excusing the pain — you’re releasing yourself from it. True healing begins when grace flows deeper than the wound.
Tonight, wherever you are — in your car, at home, on the train, or in that quiet moment before sleep — the Spirit of the Lord is softening your heart. Let go of bitterness, anger, and resentment. Let healing flood in like light breaking through dark clouds.
You are forgiven. You are free. And because of that, you can forgive. Freedom and healing always walk hand in hand at the foot of the cross.

Thank you for joining us today on our daily Christian prayer podcast with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. This is our five-minute commute of prayer where we press into the Word of God. We read the scripture out, we gather down and we get down just and we get together just like a rugby team when we're we're in a scrum together, we're in a scrum of prayer and we lock together and we push against the devil. We are joint heirs, we are grafted into the vine. You know, we will never be separated from the love of God through the power of Christ Jesus. I want to tell you there is forgiveness over your life. You are forgiven. I am forgiven. You know, let's tell the world that we are forgiven. You know, God forgave me and God forgave you. There is nothing for us to feel guilty for, there is nothing for us to hang on to yesterday for because you are free today, brother. You are free today, sister, and may the spirit of the living God that we serve rest on your shoulders and penetrate down from your head all the way into your innermost being. If you need to hit us up in the studio, please send us an email to info at dailyprayer.uk. You can find us on the good old web at dailyprayer.uk. Thank you for the shares. Thank you for pushing us out on your social networks. Thank you for sharing these with your pastors, your leaders, your church family. Thank you for standing with us and praying with us. Thank you for your financial support. We are really blessed. Thank you for those that are pushing three pounds through uh the keepers purse. May God bless you. You know, you can do that so easily. Just jump onto the hyperlink in the show notes, click that buy me a coffee, have a little peruse around there. But thank you for your prayers, thank you for sending in your emails, and thank you for letting us know that you got the Bibles that we have been sending out. If you need a Bible, we will get you a Bible in the name of Jesus Christ. But we're in the book of Colossians, chapter 3, verse 13, and it says, forgive as the Lord forgave you. Father, help me to forgive. Because Lord, I'm harboring stuff. Lord, and I'm pushing it out there. I'm not afraid to tell the world that I'm harboring stuff. And Lord, this is becoming a block to me. This is becoming a frustration to me. And Lord, as I read this scripture, I pray, dear God, as I read the book of Colossians, chapter 3, verse 13, that it will change me today. Bear with each other and forgive one another. If any of you have a grievance against someone, forgive as the Lord forgave you. Lord, that scripture's too big for me today. Lord, I'm feeling quite weak today. I'm feeling quite tired and exhausted of my emotional pain. And today, Lord, as I bear my life and I tell the listeners, Father, Lord, I ask you, Father, that you will bless the listeners that have gone through the same trials, tribulations, as we lock shields of faith. So Lord, I thank you that the prayer of forgiveness is now. The prayer for inner healing is now. The prayer for letting go is now. The prayer for emotional freedom is now. The prayer for past hurts to go is now. The prayer for restoring in relationships. So Father, I ask you right now, the prayer for me today, God, is forgive us. Forgive me. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. Lord, will you help me to forgive those certain people in my life when I was 12, 13, 14? Will you help me, Lord, to bring these people, these men, to the cross of Calvary? Because Lord, I need inner healing. I need to let this go, Lord. I've got to get it out. Because Lord, I can't be controlled any more years. So Lord, my personal prayer, and I pray, Lord, that my brothers and sisters are standing together. Lord, I pray, Father, as we come out, dear God, of certain things in our lives from the past, that we won't be afraid to speak about it because Lord, the devil wants us to hold it in. And Lord, we're not gonna hold it in. We're gonna tell the world around us, I'm a survivor, I'm a warrior because of my God. I'm alive because of Jesus. And no man or no woman is controlling my life. I thank God that we are free from abusers, from people in our lives, in the circles we used to walk with. Spirit of the living God, I pray that you will break these soul ties now at the name of Jesus. I pray that you will break these chains at the name of Jesus. I thank you that forgiveness breaks through the prison door, and Lord, you bust the prison door off the hinges in the name of Jesus, and we walk out of that inner prison and we walk out into freedom where the sun is shining, where there is freedom in the name of Jesus. Lord, I thank you right now that we're not carrying our historical abuse, we're not carrying our historical stuff, but today is the day of freedom. Lord, if we're in the car, if we're at home, on the train, or a quiet moment before sleep. Spirit of the living God, soften my heart. Let me let go of bitterness, anger, and resentment. Let me heal. Let me feel the healing flood like a light going on. Lord, let there be a healing, Lord, an awakened. Lord, an opening in my heart today. Lord, where where the dark clouds of the storm are gone, the dark clouds of yesterday are gone. And there is freedom in the name of Jesus. Lord, let our hearts smile. Lord, I thank you that we are recovering. Lord, help me to forgive and to be free. Help me to forgive and be free. Lord, I thank you that we're healed through the power of forgiveness and emotional release. I thank you that freedom from bitterness, anger, and resentment is gone. I thank you that we got the courage to step out and forgive past wounds and betrayals. I thank you that there is restoration from broken relationships and peace. By God's grace, help us to forgive and to move forward in the name of Jesus. Heal us from guilt and shame and help us to leave it at the cross. Strengthen us to love people from our past. Help us, Lord, to leave everything at the cross. So, Father, I thank you for the power of the word. I believe that we have inner peace through the outworking and the inner working of the Holy Spirit. Lord, help me to release this pain, this offensive feeling, Lord, that gets me some days. Help me to lay it down with my sisters and brothers as I walk with my friends in this prayer group, my sisters and brothers, the prayer family across the world. God loves you, sister and brother. We are free. But let's tell the world right now, let's declare. I release my past. I am forgiven by Jesus Christ, and I am healed and I am loved. Let's just say this one more time. I am released from my past. I am forgiven through Christ Jesus. I am healed and loved by Jesus Christ. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. Until tomorrow, stay blessed.
