Scripture (NIV):

Recorded live here in London, England — Reverend Ben Cooper leads believers worldwide in a powerful prayer encounter that turns fear into faith and worry into worship. A global devotional for every soul seeking the peace of Christ.
Show Notes
When anxiety rises and the mind grows restless, Philippians 4:6–7 offers a divine exchange: worry for prayer, panic for peace. Reverend Ben Cooper invites listeners to turn every fear into thanksgiving. The Apostle Paul reveals that the peace of God is not an idea but a guardian — a divine sentinel standing watch over the heart that trusts.
Prayer is spiritual warfare against worry. Each petition releases heaven’s strength into human frailty. Across the world, believers find that when they pray with gratitude, God’s peace takes its position as protector. From London to Lagos, from Manila to Manchester, this promise is unchanged: His peace guards those who pray.

Click the hyperlink, buy us a coffee. You know that will be absolutely amazing. It is sitting in there. You can click the link, buy us a coffee, three pounds a month. Come on, we're jumping straight in. We're going to go to the book of Philippians. Philippians 4, verses 6 and 7. This is an evergreen read. You know, we bring this a lot to the table. We really feel God stirs this one. This is a very rich and ripe scripture for the days in which we live. I'm not saying that the word of God isn't, but you know what I'm saying from Genesis to Revelations, there are certain ones that really rise up, and this is really rising at this moment. Are you anxious? Do you need peace? Let's read this scripture. Let's get right in. Now, the prayer today is for anxiety and fear. And I get a lot of anxiety and fear, so let's pray against it. Come on, let's lock shields of faith. The Bible says, do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guide your hearts and your mind in Christ Jesus. Father, we thank you that this book is a supernatural book. And we come to you right now, Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ. And Father, we pray that the silence will be broken. Lord, that the silence, Lord, that in our head, Father, Lord, we pray that this anxiety will go at the name of Jesus. Lord, this noise and this silence that we have, it's just around us all the time. Father, we thank you right now that we believe in the word of God, that the God that we serve, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, Father, we pray that anxiety will go. And as we come to you, you tell us not to be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, we bring this to you right now, the prayer for anxiety to go. Lord, we need peace. Father Jesus, give us calm in our fearful days. Lord, every single day, every moment, wherever we are across the world, Father, we need global peace in our lives. Father, the cry is loud. Father, we need, Lord God, the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives today. Lord, we want to be enriched with your presence, your mercy. Father, we thank you that this scripture unpacks, Lord God, that you reveal your glory to each and every one of us. Father, we thank you for the listeners, Lord, that they have unshakable peace right now in the name of Jesus. Wherever we are joining, wherever we are locking shields of faith, Father, we thank you that you are restoring calm. Lord, there is silent in panic, Lord. Father, we thank you that faith awakens now and Jesus still speaks through the wind and the waves, through the environment, for every air of our lives. He speaks through the word of God. Holy Spirit, calm, my God, in the name of Jesus. You speak through the wall. You speak through the fabric of life. Father, you speak through nature. So right now, Lord, Father, the prayer is for peace of mind. Jesus, quiet my racing thoughts. The prayer for worry. Lord, release me from fear of tomorrow. Lord, I want, dear God, for panic to go. Calm my heartbeat right now. Teach me to trust in your plan. Grant me peaceful nights in the name of Jesus. Lord, I pray right now that you will replace my dread with faith. Help me. Hand me, dear God, the blessing of God. Help me and carry my hand, Lord, as we walk across the shore of life. Spirit of the living God, lift my soul into your place. Lift my heart into your word. Guard my mind from darkness. Anchor me in your promise. Come, Father. Lord, I want to make this a life application. I want to tell the world that I love Jesus. I want to tell the world that He's my rock and He's my God and He's my King. Lord, I thank you for the book of Philippians 4, verse 6 to 7. I thank you that peace reigns, that the glory comes, and Jesus Christ is our peace. Lord, I thank you that Jesus is not absent in our storm, but he's a very present help in trouble. So we tell the world today, right across the world, that Jesus Christ is our peace and he is not absent from our storm. And as we go through the storms of life, as we race through today, Father, I thank you that the prayer of anxiety and fear, peace, calm us, give us calm in the storm. Lord, we love you and we bless you. And I pray for the listeners wherever they are today, that they will feel the love of God, the calm of the Holy Spirit, that they will feel the word of God, the presence of Jesus Christ in their life. Come, holy God, you are the great I am. You are worthy of all praise. We want the fire of the Holy Spirit in our bones today. Lord, we thank you. We thank you, Lord, for leading us. We thank you, Lord, for being our shepherd. But right now, bless the listeners from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet. Thank you for joining me today. May the Lord bless you and keep you until tomorrow.
