thank you for joining me today on our daily christian prayer podcast. Wherever you are, tell yourself that jesus loves you wherever you are. Remind yourself that you are anointed. Wherever you are, remind yourself that the father, the son, the holy spirit is living in your life and all things are okay. If you feel down today, never give up. If you feel lost today, never give up. Get hold of the word of God and get in. Psalm 23 read those six verses, one to six. They are a go-to scripture that will fill you with fire and anointing. Get it in your spirit. Psalm 23 as I said, I want to welcome you to this studio this prayer time together, as we gather around the word of God recorded live, here in London, england, england, for our five minute quick, fired commuter prayer, with all the noises, all the bashes and the knocks and the scrapes and the sneezes and the coughs and all that stuff that goes with it, because this is real life.
Speaker 1:This is what we wanted to do. We wanted to let you know that this is real life, and we got pains and we got hurts, you know, and God is with all of us, wherever we are, and the spirit of the Lord is over you today. So thank you for joining us. If you can click that link, that hyperlink, buy us a coffee. That'd be absolutely amazing to support this ministry. This is a listener supported ministry of RB Christian Radio and that is us, reverend Ben Radio. That's what it's about.
Speaker 1:Come on, I've got to get in. I'm rambling too much and I know you're on a quick-fired five-minute prayer time. We want prayer, don't we? Of course we do, rev. Come on, let's get in. We're in Psalm 27, verse 14.
Speaker 1:Psalm 27, verse 14. Wait for the Lord. Be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord. Oh, jesus, I love this scripture. Today, lord, I thank you that this scripture is our wake-up call. Wait for the Lord, help me to be patient in times of trouble. Help me to be strong when the rivers start to try to carry me. Help me to be faithful in your word. Help me to be completely into Jesus. So today, lord, I wait on the Lord. I wait on the Lord and help me to be strong and take courage and to take heart as I wait for you, as I wait for you, as we wait for you.
Speaker 1:Lord, the noise of the world is so loud and, lord, it feels like heaven's gone quiet on us. It feels like Lord. All we hear is guns. All we hear is shouting. All we hear, lord, is loud voices. All we hear is traffic, is aircraft. All we hear is the noise of school, the noise of education, the noise around us. Lord, we want to hear your voice. So, lord, help me to be still in the noise of the world around me. Help me to wait on the Lord, to be strong and to take heart.
Speaker 1:And as I wait for the Lord, I thank you, lord, for Psalm 27, verse 14. Give us strength while we are waiting on God. Help us to smile as we wait for the Redeemer. Lord, you tell us in Psalm 23, right bang in the center of that Psalm, that you are preparing a table for us in the presence of our enemies. Help us to sit at the banquet table in the valley of trouble.
Speaker 1:Spirit of the living, god, I thank you for the listeners today and I pray that you will be with them in times of trouble, fear, doubt. Give them courage in faith. Give them courage to trust in you, lord. I pray that we will realize is that your timing is perfect. Your timing is just. Your ways are perfect Right now, lord, I pray that the fire of God and the Holy Spirit will descend on each and every one of us, lord, that you will give us strength to endure through troubles, through hardships.
Speaker 1:Lord, through this daily walk, through this five-minute time of prayer together as we lock shields of faith, lord, we stand on hope today. Lord, help me to remind me to wait on God. Remind me to be still. Remind me not to get anxious and to get caught in social network, to get caught in the world. Help me to be still. Lord, I want to be still. I want to be faithful in stillness. Lord, I want to smile when the world is racing. I want to stand strong on the gospel of hope. Lord, we want to be faithful in stillness. Lord, I want to smile when the world is racing. I want to stand strong on the gospel of hope. Lord, we want to stand strong. Give us strength while we're waiting on God. Give us courage in the seasons of delay. Lord, when we think it is delay, it's not delay in your world, lord, it is just our minds being anxious. But, lord, we thank you that you're always on time. We thank you that you always show up, that you never let us down. Help us, help me to trust in God's perfect timing. Your timing is perfect, I hope, and we hope the answers are on their way. Lord, we feel that the latter day rain is falling. Give us patience in trials of suffering. Help us to endure through the long seasons of life. Lord, I need you in my life. I trust in God's joy. I trust in your judgment. I trust in the word from Genesis to Revelation. Give me faith for keeping believing. Help me to keep believing. Give me courage to take heart in Christ. Give me peace while I wait on the Lord. Help me to make the word of God a life application every day, every moment. Lord, I pray for the listeners and I pray for myself that we will get into prayer, that we will get into prayer and we will fast and we will pray and we will fast, we will worship and we will pray. Lord, we call the things that are not as though they are. We speak the word in our lives, god. We speak this heavenly language over our lives and we will be strong, we will take heart and I will wait on the Lord. Lord, I am not going to stand in the river Jordan and be swept away by the torrent of the storm. I am not going to stand in the river Jordan and allow myself to be swept away. I'm standing in the river today. I'm trusting in the God Almighty Lord. I lock shield with my brothers and sisters. Lord, we hold our place in the river Jordan. We stand on the gospel of hope, lord. We are Bible-believing believers. Lord, we tell the devil to remove himself. In the name of Jesus, we tell the devil to get under our feet. Lord, we thank you that the sickness, disease, is under our feet, fear is under our feet and we wait patiently in the face of adversity, in the face of Goliath. Lord, we just stand there and the joy of the Lord is our strength. Father, we thank you. Help me to make this a life application for my life. Lord, psalm 27, verse 14. I will be strong, I will take heart and I will wait for the Lord. Help me to take those three attributes of the word. Help me to stand strong, help me to take heart and help me to wait for the Lord. Lord, I call this over our lives, lord. I speak Lord, prosperity, I speak healing. I speak this word of power of life over our lives today, lord, I pray today that the brothers and sisters will smile, lord, as they walk through Psalm 27, verse 14,. I pray, as we take this prayer of David, lord, that we will stand strong, lord, and I thank you, lord, as we read this out, as we come to the close of this prayer time together, wait for the Lord, be strong. Time together, wait for the Lord, be strong, take heart, wait for the Lord, spirit of the living God. I thank you for the listeners. I thank you for their lives, but bless them wherever they are. May the Lord keep you and carry you until tomorrow.
