Speaker 1:We are living in a world that is absolutely crazy at the moment. We are hearing so many atrocities across the world and our prayers and our thoughts are with so many people across the world at this moment, with all the things that are going on, and may God bless you. We pray for protection and safety. You know we're in the gospels. We're in the gospels of John, chapter 11, and it says I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. Father, in the name of Jesus. Yes, we know that you laid down your life for us, but, lord, we pray for fire today to be around us. Lord, we are living in a world that you fully know, father, that is extremely dangerous and extremely scary. Lord, we need safety, we need protection. Lord, we pray for the children as they go to school, in the colleges, the universities. Father, we pray for the area of education today. We pray that you will protect children as they travel and commute to school. We pray, lord, for everyone that commutes across the world. We pray, lord, that you will bring safety, lord, to every area of life. Lord, we need the fire of God. Put a shield around us, lord, protect us from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet. Lord, we need the protection, we need the armor of God. You tell us, lord, in the Gospel of John, chapter 10, verse 11, that you are the good shepherd, lord, and I thank you that you are that shepherd and you lay down your life for your sheep. Right now, lord, and as I seek you and as I search for you through the Word of God, I thank you that you will be found. But, lord, I want protection and I want safety. I need your love and I need your mercy.
Speaker 1:Lord, we need God's protection over family, protection over our daily life. Lord, we need security in Christ. Lord, make us feel secure in a world that is very volatile, lord. Help us, lord, to find comfort in fear, with all the atrocities that we are watching across the socials, watching on the news channels, listening farther on the streets and the towns. Wherever we are, protect us in the name of Jesus. We need your presence to watch over us.
Speaker 1:Lord, this is the day that the Lord has made. I shall rejoice and be glad, but, lord, I pray for John 10, 11. Lord, will you reveal your word to us? You are the good shepherd, you are the way, you are the truth. Lord, we need your protection, we need abundance, we need the comfort of Christ in our life. Lord, we need the protective power of the Spirit of the living God. We pray, lord, that through this prayer, devotional time, the affirmation, lord, of God's guidance, god's guide, lord, we need to keep. Lord, we need to keep in your word. Help us to keep in your word.
Speaker 1:We need protection over family safety in everyday life, lord, we need God's presence in danger as we commute, as we live, as we transport ourselves across crossing the globe. Security, lord, I want security in you. Lord, I pray for my brothers and sisters that they will find security in Christ, comfort in fear, strength to trust with his care. Lord, deliver us from harm. Yes, father, as we go through the valley of the shadow of death, father, help us, protect us, lord, as we live our lives, help us and deliver us from harm. Bring peace, lord, in God's protection. Lord, we need guidance under the shepherd. Father, we thank you for courage in uncertain times.
Speaker 1:Lord, help us to make this a life application, every morning, every hour, every evening, every afternoon. Father, help us to make this a life application. Lord, we declare that Jesus Christ is the good shepherd. Lord, and I am safe in your care. Lord, I make this a life application. I speak this, lord, I confirm this, lord, I affirm this over my life. I speak this over my being. Jesus Christ. You are the good shepherd, lord, and I am safe in your care, lord, and I pray that the fire of God will carry us, lord, and you will melt us and mold us and we will feel the love, that love that will protect us and carry us through life.
Speaker 1:In the commuting, lord, in the car, in the traveling in the air, at school, in the supermarkets, lord, at college, wherever we are, lord, we pray for the protection and the safety of the Heavenly Father. Lord, you are the Good Shepherd and I come to you right now. You tell us that I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd lays down his life for each and every one of us.
Speaker 1:Please, god, help us to understand what the word means. Help us to live and to gravitate in the word. Help us to get right into the gospel of hope. Help us to understand that you are the good shepherd and your ways are just, and we need you in our lives like never before. Father, we need you in our heart, we need you across our home, we need you in ministry, we need you, we need the shepherd. Come, god, be that shepherd. Lord, father, father, I'm sorry where we forget and we forget the call on your name. But, lord, help us today wherever we are. Thank you for joining us today. May the Lord keep you and bless you. Just remind yourself that he is your shepherd, he is your rock, he is your El Shaddai and the shepherd laid down his life for you and for me, until tomorrow.
