Today, I want to hear this for myself. There is hope and there is power in the love of Jesus Christ. Jesus loves you. Jesus loves you, god loves you. The Holy Spirit is with you. We're spending time.
Speaker 0:Let's get straight into prayer, father. Father, we thank you for the gospel of john, chapter 15, verse 13. God loves us. Oh my goodness, lord, I want to read that greater love has no one than this to lay down one's life for one's friend. Father, I thank you that you laid your life down for us. You laid your life down for us, the greatest story of love. You gave your life because of unconditional love. And I pray for the sisters and the brothers that feel unloved today, that are going through atrocities, that are going through pain and fear and anxiety. Lord, I pray that they will feel the love of god today. Let the love of greater love has no one than this to lay down one's life for one's friend.
Speaker 0:Lord, we thank you that Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And as we come to you, lord, we need this assurance, through prayer today, of God's love. We thank you that we have hope in Christ Jesus. We pray for this daily devotional time, lord, as we devote these moments to you right now, lord, we pray as we run between the coffee machine, the office, as we run from the car to the school gates, as we're on the treadmill of life, as we're doing this, as we're doing that, father, we pray that we will feel the love of God because, lord, sometimes I want to cry, sometimes I feel unloved, sometimes I feel bruised. Lord, I feel, lord, like a punch bag of the world, father, and everything comes against us. But today, lord, reveal, lord, reveal that love. Lord, we watched it, we see it, we heard it through the word, we see it by faith. We heard it by faith, lord, we know what the scripture says that Jesus Christ bowed his head, Lord, and we thank you that you gave your life, that God had an ultimate redemption plan. And, father, we pray today for this love, this assurance of God's love.
Speaker 0:Lord, in these difficult days, lord, we need hope, in difficult decisions, lord, we need this time, this devotional time, to give us strength. Lord, love overcomes fear. Come on, jesus, please, god, wrap us up in love, father, the sacrifice that you gave us. Lord, I pray for love today over all humanity. Lord, what's happening in the world, father? We're watching the world, lord, upside down, inside out. Please, god, bring your love to our homes, our lives to us.
Speaker 0:Today, lord, we need to walk in the joy of God's presence. We need to walk in your favor, lord. I need to feel your unconditional love. I read about it but sometimes my body gets so tense, I get so fearful, I can't walk, I get frozen, lord, through fear and doubt I freeze and I can't think right, I get brain fog. My mind just goes away with me, lord, I can't concentrate, I get sweats, I get doubtful, I get scared of life.
Speaker 0:Lord, we need the love of Jesus. We know, we read it, we heard about it. Lord, the world knows about it. But the sisters and the brothers and me, today we need it. We need to feel the love of God. We need to feel the power and the glory and the Holy Spirit over our lives. Lord, help me, help me to rise above, lord, this feeling of not being loved. Help me to rise above it. Help me to declare it a daily life application. Jesus loves me. Say it, sister, say it brother. Jesus loves me.
Speaker 0:In this prayer time, Come on, let's say it together. Jesus loves me. Jesus loves me. He gave me his life for me and his love never fails God. Your love never fails the sisters. Your love never fails the brothers. Your love never fails us. Spirit of the living God, we make this a life application. Today we speak it aloud here from live in London, england. Across the world, with my sisters, as we lock shields of faith, as we lock shields of hope and faith with the brothers, we shout this aloud over our lives Jesus loves me. He gave me his life and his love never fails me. His love will never fail us. His love will never fail fails me. His love will never fail us. His love will never fail me. His love will never fail you. The spirit of God is with you today. Have an amazing day, whatever the hour is, whatever your time zone is, until tomorrow, god bless.
