Thank you for joining us today on our daily Christian prayer podcast, where we believe in the fire of God. You're joining myself, reverend Ben Cooper, live here in London, england, as we record this, as we push this out across the globe. May the spirit of the living God carry you. Today for a quick-fired five minutes, we're going into the Gospel of Luke 23, verse 34. Jesus said Father, forgive them, for they know no what they do. May the Spirit of God be over you. Today we need forgiveness. I need forgiveness. The key is for mercy, repentance and forgiveness. Whatever your life looks like. I pray today. I pray today that there will be forgiveness, that there will be love in your life. You will feel the fire of God and you will know that your Redeemer lives. You will be healed. You will feel the forgiveness and the forgiveness prayer that we're in today. Lord, help us, help me forgive, as Christ forgave me Today. God, I come to you and I ask you, father, for a stirring Lord, as you tell us in Luke 23, verse 34, jesus said Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do, and they divided his clothes and cast lots. Father, I pray today that you will help me to be more forgiving, lord, for people, for situations, the things that have happened in my life. I pray, dear God, that as I learn to forgive, help me, lord as I walk in forgiveness, as I try to applicate this to my life, lord, as I learn to forgive, lord, I pray for grace over my life that you will help me to do that. I pray for grace over all of us today, lord, that we will learn that we will walk, lord, in our forgiveness and, lord, we will forgive those who trespass against us. Father, I pray for anyone and everyone, lord, in my life, lord, god, I bring them to the cross today, lord, and I ask you, lord, that I myself, lord me, lord, as I come to the cross, lord, I will forgive people, lord, and they will forgive me. Today will be a breakthrough day in forgiveness.
Speaker 1:Lord, I can't walk around with this unforgiving heart, lord, I can't walk around, lord, feeling Lord, sometimes, when I get frustrated and angry over historical events, lord, I pray for salvation in Christ Jesus today, repentance, lord, I come to you and I repent, lord, and I say, father, help me to walk the path of forgiveness, help me, lord, to realize Lord. And I say, father, help me to walk the path of forgiveness. Help me, lord, to realize, lord, that forgiveness of sin, father, help me to realize that mercy and grace, repentance and salvation, forgiveness in relationships, forgiveness after mishaps, mistakes. Father, help me to find freedom from guilt and shame. Lord, that really digs me. Father, help me to find freedom from guilt and shame, lord that really digs me. Father, that really gets me, lord.
Speaker 1:Lord, I'm carrying guilt, I'm carrying shame, I'm carrying fear. Lord, I'm carrying the sins, dear God, of the family, of the situations, of life, of culture around me. Lord, help me to lay at the cross today. Lord, I can't carry this no more. Lord, I want to be free. Lord, you tell us who the sun sets free, is free indeed.
Speaker 1:And Lord, I pray for grace to forgive others. Lord, I pray, lord, that you will give us the grace to forgive others. Lord, that you will give us mercy. And Lord, you will help us as we walk in eternal salvation. Lord, as we walk in new beginnings in Christ, help me make this a life application today. Help me today confess in the name of Jesus Christ. I am forgiven, I am redeemed and I am free. Help me, lord, to leave my history at the cross. Lord, not my own personal history, but, lord, help us to leave our history at the cross. Help us, lord, to forgive, as Jesus said. Father, forgive them, for they know no what they do. Lord, help me to walk more in forgiveness. Help me to walk and to understand mercy and grace. And as we pray together, lord, we pray today that we will walk in the forgiveness of God. We are forgiven, we are blessed and today we cry out from the depth of our heart, lord, we confess with our lips, we speak it from our heart, lord, it is not lip service.
Speaker 1:Today, today, we need serious change. God, spirit of the living God, anoint us, refresh us and bring us in Jesus' name. I am forgiven, brother and sister, let's tell ourselves today I am forgiven through the name of the redeeming King. I am forgiven, I am redeemed and I am free. Let's declare this word over our lives Jesus, jesus name above all names. I am forgiven, I am redeemed, I am free, I am forgiven, I am redeemed, I am free. Spirit of the living God. We confess today and we speak this healing Lord, we speak this word over our lives.
Speaker 1:Today and through the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ, lord, we come to you Forgiven, healed, redeemed, restored, walking in the glory, walking in the power. We thank you for Luke 23, verse 34. Jesus said, father, forgive them, for they know no what they are doing, and they divided his clothes by casting lots. Lord, you forgave me, you forgave every one of us. You've done the John 3, 16. So today, lord, I pray for the listeners that they will feel the fire of God, the power of God, the power of God, the love of God, and they will walk in freedom. May God bless you and carry you in the mighty name of Jesus Until tomorrow.
