thank you for joining me today on our daily christian prayer podcast, recorded live here in london, england. My name is reverend ben cooper. It's a privilege to sit on the other side of the mic with you and pray with you. May the glory of god, may the word, may his presence, carry you. Today we need a spiritual move of god, whatever nation are in. We pray today that nations will be saved. We pray that the joy of the Lord will move so powerfully that the spirit of the living God, whatever nation you are in today, speak to that earth, speak to that grass, speak to that concrete that you're walking on, speak to that environment and say this nation belongs to God, it doesn't belong to governments, it doesn't belong to the church, it belongs to my God spirit of the living God. I pray, lord.
Speaker 1:As we pray through these quick-fired five-minute commuter prayers, lord, I bring before each and every one of us the Psalm. I bring Psalm 67, verse 2, and it says says so that your ways may be known on the earth, your salvation among the nations. Lord, I'm going to pray for the whole world. Lord, you tell us through John 3, 16, for God so loved the world. We need to see your salvation, this nation known as the UK. Lord, we need salvation. Wherever my sisters and brothers are today, whatever nation they're in. We believe the earth under our feet, that that nation has the salvation of God in the land, has the power of the Holy Spirit running through government. We believe that the church is in revival. We believe that you are reviving the nations. We believe for global salvation. We believe for breakthrough in missions. Oh God, bless the missionaries around the world. Bless the persecuted church, father. Let the glory of God be with all those displaced Christians. Father, 365 million displaced Christians Be with our brothers and sisters under severe persecution. But, lord, help us in the nations that don't know Jesus. Lord, we pray for these nations that we live in that have pushed Jesus out of every area of life. But I thank you that they can't push you out because, lord, the atmosphere belongs to you. The oxygen we breathe belongs to you. The world in which we walk, lord. The sea in which we sail on, lord, the roads in which we drive on, it is your tarmac, it is your sea, lord. When we fly in the aircraft, it is your air that we are flying in the world, and the atmosphere and the universe is yours, everything is yours. But Lord, give yours. But Lord, give us breakthrough. Lord, give us breakthrough in our mind today. Lord, help us to find your ways. Help us to be strong in our nations, lord, that are completely anti-Christ. We pray for the nations in which we are in at this moment in time. We pray for breakthrough right now. Lord, reveal yourself, lord, make yourself known to this earth. Lord, let your salvation be amongst the nations. Lord, you tell us this in the book of Psalm 67, verse 2, so that your ways may be known to the earth. Your salvation amongst the nations, every nation, lord, we believe is in a revival posture. We believe for global salvation. We believe for breakthrough in missions. We believe for discipleship across the nations. We believe God's ways will be known. We believe that you are revealing yourself to every tribe, every tongue. All humanity will know the sound of the voice of God.
Speaker 1:We pray for leadership in churches. We pray for breakthrough in churches. We pray for unity in mission. We pray to God that religion will die. We pray that religion will melt.
Speaker 1:We pray Lord as we walk in the kingdom and we do not walk in religion. We do not walk in the way of the church, we do not walk in the plastic fake church. We walk in the kingdom of God and Lord. We rise as brothers and sisters. We rise as warriors, as lions. We rise out of the ashes. We rise out of the fire, like Meshach, shamrach and Abednego.
Speaker 1:We pray for global evangelism. We pray that this world will be saved. We pray for a harvest of souls today, we pray that nations will encounter the glory of God. But, lord, as we rise like Meshach, shamrach and Abednego, as the king and the authoritarians throw us into the fiery furnace, we will keep walking because our God is walking with us. Our king is with us. Through sickness, through pain, through fear, through lack, through life itself. Our King is with us today. So, lord, we pray for nations. Help us to make this a life application today. Help us to make Psalm 67, verse 2, a life application.
Speaker 1:Lord, we pray for this Psalm. We ask God to use the prayers of the saints to bring salvation globally, right now. Spirit of the living God, wherever we are today, let us hold on to the word of God. Let us find peace in adversity. Let us, lord, walk strong. Lord, we thank you that we are rising on wings as of eagles. We thank you that as we walk around the fire, lord, as Nebuchadnezzar looks over the edge, he says who's walking with them? Jesus is walking with you. We thank you for joining us for these quick-fired commuter prayers. Wherever you are today, may the Spirit of God and yes, the Spirit of God is with you. The Holy Spirit is with you. You carry the gifts of the Spirit. You carry the fruit of the Spirit. Don. The Holy Spirit is with you. You carry the gifts of the Spirit.
