Speaker 0:We're turning to the Gospel of John, the Gospel of John, chapter 14, verse 27, and this is for mental health and inner peace. Father, I thank you for this scripture. Peace I leave you. My peace I give to you. I do not give as the world gives to you. Hallelujah, god, I need this today. In the name of Jesus, I think you're speaking to me, lord. Wherever we are across the world, we pray, lord, for our mental health, we pray for our mind. We pray, lord, for brain fog to go. In the name of Jesus, give us peace of mind as we struggle, as we walk, as we move forward, lord. We thank you, lord, that God gives us calm in anxiety and assurance in struggles.
Speaker 0:So, through this daily Christian devotional podcast, spirit of the Living God, we reach out to you. So, lord, will you reach out to us. We stretch out to God. Lord, we thank you for the word of God because there is power in the name of Jesus. Lord. Jesus promises his peace, lord, and we are going to claim that peace now, lord, we're going to get the deeds to what you said.
Speaker 0:Lord, we're going to come, lord, and find you. Lord, we are not going to sit on the sidelines of religion. We're not going to hang around the golf course, lord. We're not going to sit on the exercise bike in the gym, lord. We're coming to find Jesus because, lord, the golf course ain't going to get us nowhere. The gym ain't going to do much, lord. The world has nothing to offer. Social media will take us down the pan. So, lord, right now we're coming to find Jesus, we're coming to find the King because, lord, we're not going to accept anxiety, we're not going to accept fear, we're not going to accept poverty, we're not going to accept lack. So, lord, we're looking for you and, lord, we know where to find you.
Speaker 0:Lord, because you're omnipresent, you're omnipotent and you're in the Word. You're from Genesis to Revelation. So, lord, I pray that we will get the Word in our spirit, in our mind, in our heart. Lord, stir us, carry us, anoint us, in the name of Jesus. Father, we're hungry, we're thirsty, lord, we're tired of Jacob's world. Lord, the bucket that we are looking, lord, at the moment has got holes in it. It can't hold the water, it can't sustain us. Lord, we need living water, spirit of the living God.
Speaker 0:We pray for mental health and we need peace. We need peace in anxiety, lord. We need calm in depression. We need hope in despair, lord. We need healing of mind. We need rest in stress. Oh God, yes, lord. We need rest in stress. We need courage in the personal battles. We need courage in the battles of life. Lord, give us joy in difficulty, lord. Let our hearts smile, lord. We need to smile again, lord. We need to find this happy bill, lord. We need to find, lord, this happy punch. We need to find this happiness.
Speaker 0:God, come on in the name of Jesus, we're calling out today. Give us joy in difficult times. Give us freedom from fear, lord. Give us freedom from fear, lord, and renew our thoughts. In the name of Jesus and Lord, we thank you that God is sustaining our peace. But, lord, help me, help me make this a life application. Help me, lord, when anxiety and thoughts arise that are giving me trouble, help me to pray through the Gospel of John, chapter 14, verse 27. Help me to speak it out aloud. I want to hear the whisper of God. I want to hear the power of God's voice. I want to feel your presence. Spirit of the living God, we invite you in, yes, god, we invite you in, lord, holy Spirit, we invite you in, jesus, we invite you in.
Speaker 0:We need Christ's peace to take over our mind and our heart. Lord, we are calling this and Lord, we call the things that are not as though they are, and we speak over our lives today and anxiety has to roll out. Fear has to go at the name of Jesus and the fire of God is in our bones. Lord, you tell us through the Gospel of John, chapter 14, verse 27,. Lord, you tell us through the Gospel of John, chapter 14, verse 27.
Speaker 0:Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Do not give as the world gives, but, lord, do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust also in God. Lord, I can't be troubled anymore. I can't be afraid anymore. Lord, I've lived my life too long in the shadows of fear. I live my life too long in the shadows of doubt. Lord, help us to find our identity in the shadows of fear. I'll live my life too long in the shadows of doubt. Lord, help us to find our identity in the word. Deal with this mental health issue. Give us calm in anxiety. Spirit of the living God, we thank you for this hour. Wherever you are, brother and sister, my name's Reverend Ben Cooper. It's been a privilege to walk to stand to pray with you. May the Lord that we serve bless you and keep you Until tomorrow.
