And the title of the prayer is Guidance and Direction. We're coming from the book of proverbs, chapter 3, verses 5 through to 6. Do you need guidance today? I do. Do you need the fire of god to lead you in paths of righteousness? Let's get straight into prayer.

Speaker 0:

Proverbs, chapter 3, verses 5 through to 6 trust in the lord with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Father, lord, as I lean into you right now, lord, as I stretch out to you right now, lord, I pray for guidance. Lord, will you guide me, lord, through the valley of life? Will you guide me, lord, will you lead me in paths of righteousness? Lord, I believe in your word and I'm trusting in you with all of my heart Because today, lord, I need guidance, I need a fresh awakening, I need vision, I need dreams, lord, to come alive in my spirit. Because, lord, we've got to get out of this rat race of life and we've got to live by faith. So, lord, we need guidance through the power of the Holy Spirit. So today, lord, in the rat run of life, of life, lord, through the chaotic way of life, lord, through this fast pace of life in which we live, lord, will you give us spiritual guidance and direction, will you lead us? Lord, father, we need to trust in you more and more and more. And, lord, I want to feel the richness of the word of god. I want to feel the richness of the word of God, I want to feel the richness of the Holy Spirit. I want to feel the richness of the scripture in my life.

So, father, as I come to you right now, father, I thank you for the direction of God. Give God's hand to me now, lord, when I say you give me your hand, god, what I mean, jesus, is put your hand on my shoulder in the name of Jesus. Lord, let me feel your presence like never before. Lord, I know you're in my life. I know you guide us. I know you lead us, but, lord, I need God in my future. I need you in my future, god, I need you in my now. I need you right now, in this present time, lord, in this studio, wherever we are across the world. We need you in our now, lord. We want you right now. We thank you that you've been in our past, that you know everything about our past, that our life was now to the cross of calvary. But, lord, we thank you, lord, that you're the god of yesterday, today and tomorrow. But right now, lord, we need the now god. We need this god, we need our god, we need the god of now. We need the hand of god over us. So, father, will you guide us by your hand and your love and your mercy? Will you keep us on the pot as well? Will you shape us and mold us?

Speaker 0:

So, father, we pray today for godly direction. We pray for wisdom and clarity of mind. We pray, lord, that your will be done in the name of Jesus. We pray, father, that we will feel your guidance. Lord, do you tell us that the steps of a good person are ordered by the Lord? And, father, we pray that you will help us to make good and wise and biblical decisions. Because we need guidance. Because, lord, as we look across the platform in the world, there is no real guidance. Lord, father, we need spiritual guidance. Father, we can't lean into the political, we can't lean into the finances, we can't lean into the world, we certainly can't lean in for guidance into social media. Lord, we've got to lean into Jesus. So, father, if I've been leaning in the wrong way, if I haven't been looking for your guidance and your direction, will you please forgive me in the name of Jesus.

So, father, as we pray today as born again, spirit-filled, blessed and highly-favored brothers and sisters across the world, we lock arms together, we hold hands, we stand strong together in the Bible. We believe in the word of God. So today, lord, we believe that godly guidance is over us, godly guidance is with us. We believe and we trust in the Lord with all of our heart. So, father, we thank you for Proverbs 3, verses 5 through to 6. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and he will make your path straight. Lord, we thank you that our path is straight. We thank you that your word is a lamp unto our feet, a light for our paths. So guide us in our life, lord.

So, father, as we come to this time together, as we stand on the gospel of hope, we need strength, we need guidance, we need spiritual guidance, we need a great awakening in our spirit. So, lord, wherever we are, whatever our life looks like today, fill us to the full measure as we trust in the lord with all of our heart. Lord, we're not going to go the way to world, father, we're not going to go the way of what the world might be doing. We're going to go god's way. We're going to walk victorious. Today, god is in our future. God is in our now, and lord, give us discernment in every situation. So, father, we pray that you will give us spiritual direction and spiritual guidance. In the mighty name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit.
