Speaker 1:

Now let's begin to pray today. Wherever you are across this beautiful world, let's get straight in to this five minute time of prayer together. And the prayer is emotional healing, strength and peace, and the biblical reference is coming from the book of Philippians, chapter 4, verses 6 through to 7. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God, and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds. In Christ Jesus, father, right now, we come to you today and, lord, the daily prayer for emotional healing. Will you heal us today? Will you guide us, lord? Will you set the captives free? Lord, in the name of Jesus, we pray today our prayer Lord, this hour, this moment, lord, we need to be healed from emotional pain. Spirit of the living God, we pray for inner peace and calm that you will lead us to a place of calmness and peace in the wonderful name of Jesus. But, lord, as we stand on the brink of a new hour, a new day, a new moment, a new breath, come Holy Spirit. This daily prayer, lord, is for our emotional healing. Lord, we pray, lord, for this emotional healing right now, in the name of Jesus. But, father, also, we pray for inner peace and calm. Lord, our lives can be so chaotic, we can be so overwhelmed with the craziness of life, and we pray today for inner peace and calm through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Speaker 1:

Lord, also, we need strength during anxiety moments, lord, we need strength when we're feeling fearful and doubtful. Lord, help us to overcome stress and worry, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Lord, I'm tired of worrying, I'm tired of being stressed, I'm tired and exhausted of being anxious. So, lord, will you strengthen us today? Will you fill us to the full measure, dear God, of the Holy Spirit. But Lord, also that big and difficult area, lord, of mental health.

Speaker 1:

We pray for mental health today. That, lord, not only. We pray for mental health and the worry and the fear and the anxiety and the dread of life and everything that goes along with that. Lord, we want to turn that around and we're hungry and we need peace. Will you bring peace through our mental health issues? Will you bring peace over stress and over worry? Will you bring peace over anxiety, lord, will you bring calmness to our thought pattern and our lives? In the name of Jesus.

Speaker 1:

But right now, lord, father, we pray for any one of us that is sad. Lord, that you will comfort us in the name of Jesus. But right now, lord, father, we pray for any one of us that is sad, lord, that you will comfort us in the valley of sadness. Lord, in the doubt, in the worry, in the fear. Lord, we need comfort in these sad moments. Help our emotions today, enrich our lives with the glory of God.

Speaker 1:

We also pray today, lord, for courage. That you will give us courage today and, lord, every day will be a faithful day of courage. Lord, as you said to Joshua, be strong and be of good courage. We pray, lord, that we will be strong and we will be of good courage. In the name of Jesus. We pray also, lord, for any one of us that has got broken hearts through relationships, through situations. Lord, we pray for the brokenhearted that they will be restored.

Speaker 1:

In the name of Jesus, father, strength and peace we require today and we need the love of God and Father. We pray, lord, for Christians, for their emotional well-being, that they will feel the love of God in their heart, their mind, their body, their soul. So, strengthen us wherever we are, lord, through this time. We thank you for the book of Philippians, chapter 4, verses 6 through to 7. Lord, we will not be anxious, for in any situation we will come to you and give our request to you. So, lord, give us strength for emotional healing, bring peace, bring calm.

Speaker 1:

And, lord, we ask you that you will drive out anxiety, stress, worry, mental health and, lord, we will find the peace of God that gives us comfort and rest in the craziness of life. We love you, lord. We're praying for breakthrough. We're praying for miracles. We believe in miracles. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, let your light shine on us today. Let your glory come, holy Spirit, lord, we thank you that we are redeemed, but, lord, today we believe that we are healed of anxiety, stress and worry. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, amen. Thank you for joining me today. May God bless you and keep you. See you tomorrow on the Daily Christian Prayer Podcast.
